Claims (8)
- 運転手がよそ見をしたことを示すよそ見情報を取得する運転手状況取得部と、
車両状況を取得する車両状況取得部と、
前記車両状況に応じた警告である車両警告を受信する車両警告受信部と、
前記運転手がよそ見をし、かつ前記警告を受信した場合に生成される適応ルール情報であって、受信した前記警告に係る前記車両状況から定まる所定の条件と、前記運転手の識別情報と、を関連付けて生成された適応ルール情報を取得する適応ルール取得部と、
前記運転手状況取得部が前記よそ見情報を取得すると、前記適応ルール情報においてよそ見をした前記運転手と関連付けられた前記所定の条件と、前記車両状況取得部により取得された前記車両状況とを比較し、前記所定の条件を前記車両状況が満たすか否かを判定する出力判定部と、
前記出力判定部が前記所定の条件を満たすと判定する場合に、よそ見に関する警告であるよそ見警告を出力する出力部と、
を備えることを特徴とする、警告出力装置。 - 請求項1に記載の警告出力装置であって、
前記出力部は、前記運転手状況取得部が前記よそ見情報を取得しても、前記車両状況が前記所定の条件を満たさない場合には、前記よそ見警告の出力を抑制することを特徴とする、警告出力装置。 - 請求項1に記載の警告出力装置であって、
運転手の特定に用いる運転手関連情報を取得する運転手関連情報取得部を備え、
前記適応ルール取得部は、前記運転手関連情報を用いて特定された前記運転手について生成された前記適応ルール情報を取得し、
前記出力部は、前記運転手関連情報を用いて特定された前記運転手の運転による前記車両状況が、該運転手に係る前記適応ルール情報により特定される前記所定の条件を満たす場合に、前記よそ見警告を出力することを特徴とする、警告出力装置。 - 請求項3に記載の警告出力装置であって、
前記適応ルール取得部は、前記運転手関連情報を用いて特定された前記運転手の前記適応ルール情報が特定できない場合には該適応ルール情報を取得せず、
前記出力部は、前記適応ルール取得部が前記適応ルール情報を取得しない場合であって、前記運転手状況取得部が前記よそ見情報を取得した場合に、前記よそ見警告を出力することを特徴とする、警告出力装置。 - 請求項1に記載の警告出力装置であって、
前記車両警告受信部は、種別を特定した前記車両警告を受信し、
前記適応ルール情報には、前記種別が含まれ、
前記出力判定部は、前記種別を用いて特定される閾値を前記所定の条件として特定し、前記運転手状況取得部が前記よそ見情報を取得すると、前記車両状況取得部により取得される前記車両状況を示す値と前記閾値とを用いて前記所定の条件を満たすか否かを判定することを特徴とする、警告出力装置。 - 請求項1に記載の警告出力装置であって、
前記出力部は、前記よそ見警告に応じた振動パターンを特定し、該振動パターンを用いて運転席を振動させることを特徴とする、警告出力装置。 - 警告出力装置が行う警告出力方法であって、
前記警告出力装置は、運転手状況取得部と、車両状況取得部と、車両警告受信部と、適応ルール取得部と、出力判定部と、出力部と、を備え、
前記運転手状況取得部は、運転手がよそ見をしたことを示すよそ見情報を取得する運転手状況取得手順を実行し、
前記車両状況取得部は、車両状況を取得する車両状況取得手順を実行し、
前記車両警告受信部は、前記車両状況に応じた警告である車両警告を受信する車両警告受信手順を実行し、
前記適応ルール取得部は、前記運転手がよそ見をし、かつ前記警告を受信した場合に生成される適応ルール情報であって、前記警告に係る前記車両状況から定まる所定の条件と、前記運転手の識別情報と、を関連付けて生成された適応ルール情報を取得する適応ルール取得手順を実行し、
前記出力判定部は、前記運転手状況取得部が前記よそ見情報を取得すると、前記適応ルール情報においてよそ見をした前記運転手と関連付けられた前記所定の条件と、前記車両状況取得部により取得された前記車両状況とを比較し、前記所定の条件を前記車両状況が満たすか否かを判定する出力判定手順を実行し、
前記出力部は、前記出力判定手順において前記所定の条件を満たすと判定される場合に、よそ見に関する警告であるよそ見警告を出力する出力手順を実行することを特徴とする、警告出力方法。 - ルール管理装置と、車両の有する警告出力装置と、を備える警告出力システムであって、
前記ルール管理装置は、
前記車両の運転手がよそ見をし、かつ前記警告出力装置が車両状況に応じた警告である車両警告を受信した場合に、前記警告に係る前記車両状況から定まる所定の条件と、前記運転手の識別情報と、を関連付けて適応ルール情報を生成する情報生成部と、
前記適応ルール情報を前記警告出力装置に送信する適応ルール送信部と、を備え、
前記警告出力装置は、
前記運転手がよそ見をしたことを示すよそ見情報を取得する運転手状況取得部と、
前記車両状況を取得する車両状況取得部と、
前記車両警告を受信する車両警告受信部と、
前記運転手がよそ見をし、かつ前記警告を受信した場合に生成される適応ルール情報を取得する適応ルール取得部と、
前記運転手状況取得部が前記よそ見情報を取得すると、前記適応ルール情報においてよそ見をした前記運転手と関連付けられた前記所定の条件と、前記車両状況取得部により取得された前記車両状況とを比較し、前記所定の条件を前記車両状況が満たすか否かを判定する出力判定部と、
前記出力判定部が前記所定の条件を満たすと判定する場合に、よそ見に関する警告であるよそ見警告を出力する出力部と、
を備えることを特徴とする、警告出力システム。
