タワークレーンを用い、n階よりも1つ上の階に残した搬入口を介してn階の外壁を構築するために必要な複数の外壁材をn階に搬入し、かつ、当該n階に搬入された複数の外壁材を、n階の床上において、当該各外壁材の各塗装対象面を上に向けた状態でかつ各外壁材の取付位置の近傍に配置する第2ステップと、
n階の1つ上の階の搬入口を塞いだ後、n階の床上に配置されている各外壁材の各塗装対象面に塗装を施して乾燥させる3ステップと、
塗装が乾燥した各外壁材を用いてn階の外壁を構築する第4ステップと備え、
