Description

The present invention relates to a paper container and a method for producing the same. The paper container stores, for example, beverages such as fruit juice beverages, coffee, liquid soups, and zenzai, and powders and granules such as seasonings, rock salts, and granular detergents, and pulls out laminated sheets based on paper. It is a paper container that is formed by fusing.

Conventionally, paper containers using sheet materials containing liquids such as coffee drinks, tea drinks, cocoa drinks, Japanese sake, liquid soups, soup powder, and sweet sake, powders and granules such as seasonings, rock salt, and granular detergents, etc. A filling machine has been developed that can fill a large number of containers at high speed and can easily handle various contents.
In a paper container that can be used with such a filling machine having a high filling property, an easy-peeling tab having a high opening property has been used as a part for sealing the opening.

For example, in Patent Document 1, a container opening structure is provided in a predetermined portion of a container body, and an opening for discharging and / or injecting the contents is closed by an easy peel sealing means. It is composed of a container body having a portion, an inner film and a pull tab, and at least the lid material of the container body having the opening is composed of a laminated body including a paper layer, a synthetic resin layer and a barrier layer. The periphery thereof is closed by an inner film covering the end face of the opening from the inside of the container and a pull tab covering from the outside of the container, and at least the peripheral edge of the outer body of the opening has a predetermined width from the end face of the opening. We propose an opening structure characterized in that the inner surface film, the peripheral edge of the opening, and the pull tab are joined so as to provide the non-adhesive portion having the opening.

However, as in this paper container, even if a non-adhesive portion having a predetermined width from the opening edge end surface is provided at least on the peripheral edge of the outer body portion of the opening, the pull tab and the opening are provided when the pull tab is peeled off. It is difficult to insert a nail between the container body. Therefore, it is difficult to pull up the pull tab and pinch it, so there is a problem that it takes time to open it.

Japanese Patent No. 4962835

An object of the present invention is to provide a paper container in which a tab can be more easily peeled off from an opening.

In order to solve the problem, the paper container of one aspect of the present invention is a paper container having a top plate on which an opening is formed and a tab for closing the opening, and the tab is the opening. It has a closed portion that covers the closed portion and a protruding portion that is continuous with the closed portion, a crease is formed between the closed portion and the protruding portion, and at least the tip of the protruding portion is separated from the top plate. It is characterized by having a gap with respect to the top plate.

Further, the method for manufacturing a paper container according to one aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the folds of the tabs are formed by crease processing by pressing with a chevron-shaped die and a valley-shaped die.

Since the paper container of the present invention is provided with a crease between the closed portion of the tab and the protruding portion, the fingertip can be easily inserted between the top plate and the protruding portion of the tab. As a result, the protruding portion of the tab can be strongly grasped, so that the tab can be peeled off more easily and the opening of the opening of the paper container can be smoothly opened.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a paper container based on the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the embodiment, a tubular paper container will be described as an example of the paper container.
In the paper container 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1A, a laminated sheet based on paper is rolled to form a cylindrical body portion 30, and the top and bottom of the cylindrical body portion 30 are bent. , A paper container produced by sandwiching and fusing the fusing portions 3310 and 3320 provided around the top plate 331 and the bottom plate 332. Therefore, in the paper container 1, the top plate fusion section 3310 and the bottom plate fusion section 3320 are provided vertically with a constant width.
Further, an opening 2 is formed in the top plate 331. The tab 4 is fused to the top plate 331 so as to cover the opening 2.
After filling the paper container 1 with the contents, the entire upper portion of the paper container 1 may be covered with a cap 7 that covers the drinking spout.

FIG. 1B is an enlarged view of the tab 4. The tab 4 has a closing portion 42 that fuses with the top plate 331 on the periphery of the opening 2 to cover (seal) the opening 2, a protruding portion 41 that is continuous with the closing portion 42, and the closing portion 42 and the protruding portion 41. It has a crease 43 formed between and. The protruding portion 41 constitutes a portion to be gripped when the tab 4 is peeled from the top plate 331. As shown in FIG. 1, the protruding portion 41 is inclined in a direction (opposite to the fusion) from the top plate 331 as the distance from the opening 2 increases with respect to the closed portion 42 with the crease 43 as a boundary. ..

FIG. 2A is a cross-sectional view of the vicinity of the top plate 331 to which the tab 4 is fused.
The tab 4 is fused to the top plate 331 on the periphery of the opening so as to cover the opening 2 provided in the top plate 331 of the paper container. It is the closed portion 42 of the tab 4 that is fused to the top plate 331 so that the protruding portion 41 of the tab 4 is separated from the top plate 331 at the crease 43 provided between the closed portion 42 and the protruding portion 41. It is tilted.
At this time, a large inclination angle of the protruding portion 41 with respect to the top plate 331 is set by the crease 43 so that the tip of the protruding portion 41 has a gap 44 of 1.5 mm or more from the top plate 331 (FIG. 2A). )reference).

When the gap 44 is less than 1.5 mm, it is difficult to insert the claw between the top plate 331 and the protruding portion 41 of the tab, so that the protruding portion 41 cannot be quickly grasped.
If the gap 44 is 1.5 mm or more, a claw is inserted between the top plate 331 and the protruding portion 41 of the tab to raise the protruding portion 41, and a finger can be easily inserted between them.
The gap 44 may be 1.5 mm or more, but is set to be lower than, for example, the top plate fused portion 3310.
The gap 44 is the amount of the gap when the protruding portion 41 is unloaded.

FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which a finger is inserted between the top plate 331 and the protruding portion 41 of the tab, the protruding portion 41 is grasped, and the tab 4 is peeled off from the top plate 331. is there. In this way, the protruding portion 41 is grasped, the tab 4 is peeled off and removed from the top plate 331, and the opening 2 is opened.

FIG. 3A is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a state of a mold for processing the crease 43 of the tab 4.
The tab laminating sheet 40 is inserted between the upper mold 45 made of a chevron mold and the lower mold 46 made of a valley mold, and pressed to the outer shape of the tab having the desired contour. Then, at the same time as punching the outer shape of the tab by pressing, the tab 4 is once crease 43 as shown in FIG. 3B immediately after pressing.
However, as shown in FIG. 3C, the closed portion 42 and the protruding portion 41 having a large curvature are immediately straightened, and the tab 4 is bent only at the crease 43.
Here, the crease 43 may be a curved line shown in FIG. 1 (c) or a triangular shape shown in FIG. 1 (d) in addition to the straight crease as shown in FIG. 1 (b). It may be a multi-stage fold having a crease other than the crease 43 as shown in FIG. 1 (e).

Such crease processing of the tab 4 is manufactured by a press die as shown in FIG. 3A.
That is, one upper die 45 uses a press die having a chevron-shaped crease forming position, and the other lower die 46 uses a press die having a valley-shaped crease forming position, and the chevron-shaped pointed position is set as the crease position.
It is preferable that the processing depth 450 of the chevron shape and the valley shape is in the range of 0.1 mm or more and 2.0 mm or less, respectively (see FIG. 3A). The processing depth 450 is the amount of protrusion or depression with respect to the reference plane.
If the processing depth 450 is less than 0.1 mm, the crease 43 is likely to return to its original position immediately after pressing, and there is a possibility that a gap of 1.5 mm or more with the top plate 331 cannot be secured.
Further, if the processing depth 450 exceeds 2.0 mm, the tab base paper may be cut.
Therefore, the processing depth 450 of the chevron shape and the valley shape is set in the range of 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm, respectively, but preferably, it is at least the thickness of the tab base paper and within 2.5 times the thickness of the tab base paper. The processing depth is preferable.

Further, in the chevron-shaped mold 45, the two pressurizing tilt angles sandwiching the apex of the chevron shape make the protruding portion side pressurizing tilt angle 410 smaller than the closing portion side pressurizing tilt angle 420. If the pressure inclination angle 410 on the protruding portion side is made larger than the pressure inclination angle 420 on the closing portion side, the flatness of the closing portion is impaired, and wrinkles are generated when the peripheral edge of the opening is fused, resulting in sealing performance. May be damaged. Therefore, the pressure inclination angle 410 on the protruding portion side is reduced.

Similarly, the valley-shaped mold 46 has two pressure tilt angles with a recess facing the apex of the chevron shape, and the two pressure tilt angles are the pressure tilt angles on the closed portion side. The pressure inclination angle 411 on the protruding portion side is made smaller than that of 421. This is because if the pressure inclination angle 411 on the protruding portion side is made larger than the pressure inclination angle 421 on the closing portion side, the flatness of the closing portion is impaired and wrinkles are generated when the peripheral edge of the opening is fused. , The sealability may be impaired. Therefore, the pressure inclination angle 411 on the protruding portion side is reduced.

FIG. 4 is an external perspective view showing another embodiment based on the present invention.
The three-dimensional shape of the paper container 1 based on the present invention may be not only a cylindrical shape as shown in FIG. 1 but also a paper cup shape as shown in FIG. 4A. Of course, the cup shape may be upside down.
Further, a paper container with a Goebel top or a flat top paper container as shown in FIG. 4B may be used.

In the case of a tubular or cup-shaped container, a caulking protrusion for caulking the body and the top plate is formed around the top plate 331.
Further, the opening 2 may be drunk by directly putting the mouth in the vicinity of the opening 2, the powder or fluid may be spouted from the opening, or the opening 2 may be sucked with a straw. Is generally provided at an unbalanced position rather than at the center of the top plate.
As a matter of course, the closing portion 42 is fused to a position covering the opening 2 provided at an unbalanced position. Then, the protruding portion 41 of the tab is directed toward the center side of the top plate 331.

The paper container targeted by the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is formed of a laminated sheet using paper as a base material and an opening is formed in the top plate. For example, a container having an opening that can be fused with a flange, whether the base material is made of paper, a plastic sheet molded, vacuum formed, pressure-molded, or injection-molded. Any container can be used as long as it is used.
Further, although the description has mainly described a cylindrical paper container, it may be a prismatic shape, a truncated cone shape, or a paper container having a gobel top or a flat top.
When the main body of the container is a paper-based container, the base paper for the body, top plate, and bottom plate is a paperboard with a basis weight of 200 g / m 2 to 800 g / m 2 , and printing is performed on the surface. A coat Manila, a coat ball, an ivory, or the like having a white side can be used. If possible, the body should be thicker than the top and bottom plates.

Further, the top and bottom of the paper container, the mating portion of the back of the body, and the tab 4 need to be heat-sealed. For this reason, a laminated sheet is used in which a polyethylene film having a thickness of 15 μm to 80 μm, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, or a thermoplastic film having excellent sealing suitability such as a polypropylene film is laminated on the front and back surfaces. These thermoplastic films also consider hygiene when the content is food, and also serve as a moisture proof.
Of course, in order to improve the barrier property, a laminated sheet may be obtained in which an aluminum foil, a polyethylene terephthalate film on which silicon oxide, aluminum or the like is vapor-deposited is laminated between the base material of the laminated sheet and the polyethylene on the inner surface. These can be easily manufactured by using a dry lamination machine or an extruder laminating machine.

Examples of the tabbed laminated sheet to be the tab 4 include polyethylene terephthalate / low density polyethylene / paper / low density polyethylene / ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene terephthalate / polyamide / modified low density polyethylene / paper / low density polyethylene / Uniaxially stretched polypropylene / biaxially stretched polypropylene / polyamide / modified low density polyethylene / paper / low density polyethylene / uniaxially stretched polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate / polyamide / modified low density polyethylene / aluminum foil / low density polyethylene / uniaxially stretched polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate / A configuration such as low density polyethylene / paper / low density polyethylene / polyethylene terephthalate / silicon oxide vapor-deposited polyethylene terephthalate / adhesive / low density polyethylene / uniaxially stretched polypropylene can be considered.
The paper may be a paper having a basis weight of about 50 to 250 g / m 2 , but it is not always necessary to use the paper.
These are completed by manufacturing films with a tandem extruder laminating machine or dry laminating machine, and punching and creases with a press machine.

In the production of the cylindrical paper container, for example, first, the laminated sheet for the body portion is die-cut, edge-protected to form a cylindrical shape, and the back seal 301 is fused to produce the body portion 30.
The tab 4 is produced by punching out the outer shape of the laminated tab sheet with a press mold and at the same time performing crease processing.
The outer shape of the laminated sheet for the top plate is punched out with a press die, and the tab 4 is fused to the outside of the opening 2 and its periphery to temporarily fix it. When the outer shape is pulled out, the end is bent to form the top plate.
The outer shape of the laminated sheet for the bottom plate is punched out with a press die, and the bent portion with the end bent is formed to form the bottom plate.
The top plate is wound and fused on the upper side of the body, the bottom plate is wound and fused on the bottom side, the contents are filled, and then the tab is completely sealed to close the spout and the cylinder. Filling and can making of paper containers is completed.
Of course, the bottom plate or the top plate may be crimped after filling. In that case, the tab is crease-processed from the beginning and fused to the opening.

As described above, the paper container of the present invention is provided with the crease 43 between the closing portion 42 of the tab 4 and the protruding portion 41, so that there is a sufficient gap between the top plate 331 and the tab 4. You can easily insert your fingertips. Therefore, the protruding portion 41 of the tab 4 can be easily grasped quickly, the protruding portion 41 can be pulled up, the tab 4 can be peeled off, and the opening of the paper container can be smoothly performed.
Further, when the tab 4 is pulled out from the tape (laminated sheet for the tab) and the crease 43 is pressed at the same time, the manufacturing process is not significantly changed and the conventional manufacturing line can be used as it is, so that the tab 4 is inexpensive. The merit of the present invention is great, such as being able to be manufactured in a highly productive state.
