Description
本実施の形態では、図1乃至図4を用いて、本発明の一態様の二次電池の一例について説明する。
本実施の形態では、図5乃至図9を用いて、本発明の一態様の二次電池の作製方法の一例について説明する。
上記実施の形態で説明した二次電池と組み合わせて用いることができる電池制御ユニット(Battery Management Unit:BMU)、及び該電池制御ユニットを構成する回路に適したトランジスタについて、図11乃至図17を参照して説明する。本実施の形態では、特に直列に接続された電池を有する蓄電装置、例えば図4(A)に示す二次電池200が直列に接続された蓄電装置の電池制御ユニットについて説明する。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1で説明した二次電池を搭載することのできる電子機器の一例を示す。
本実施の形態では、車両に実施の形態1で説明した二次電池を搭載する例を示す。

Claims (1)
- 正極集電体と、
前記正極集電体の一方の面に設けられた正極活物質層と、
負極集電体と、
前記負極集電体の一方の面に設けられた負極活物質層と、
前記正極活物質層と前記負極活物質層との間の間に配置され、前記正極活物質層の側面を覆う領域を有する電解質層と、
前記負極活物質層の側面に接する領域と、前記電解質層の表面に接する領域と、を有する絶縁層と、を有し、
前記電解質層は、スペーサと、ポリマーと、電解質と、溶媒と、を有し、
前記スペーサは、前記正極活物質層と前記負極活物質層との間の距離を一定以上に保つ機能を有し、
前記ポリマーは、前記電解質層をゲル化する機能を有し、
前記絶縁層の端部と、前記正極集電体の端部と、前記負極集電体の端部と、は揃っている、二次電池。
