Description

The present invention relates to an improvement of a pedestrian road boundary block which is arranged between a sidewalk and a roadway and on a catchment basin and indicates a boundary between the sidewalk and the roadway.

As a boundary between a sidewalk and a roadway, a pedestrian roadway boundary block that is arranged in a protruding shape along the length of the road has been conventionally known.
And, for example, below the roadway adjacent to the pedestrian road boundary block, a water collecting basin for collecting drainage such as rainwater is provided, and this water collecting basin has a grid-like drainage lid (collection) on the same plane as the roadway. It was provided with the water outlet) located (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, when a pedestrian road boundary block that is projected to indicate a boundary between the sidewalk and the roadway is adopted, for example, drainage such as rainwater on the sidewalk side is a boundary between the sidewalk and the roadway. Since the block protruding as a part stands up, it is difficult for the block to flow into the catchment basin on the road side.
Therefore, the drainage of rainwater and the like on the sidewalk side goes around the place where the block is cut (the place where the block is not projected) and is drained to the water collecting basin, so that the water collecting and draining efficiency is excessive. It wasn't good.
In order to solve this problem, a water collecting basin and a drain lid (water collecting port) may be separately provided on the sidewalk side, but there is a big cost problem.

Therefore, as in Patent Document 2, a water collecting basin is provided below a predetermined position in the length direction in which the pedestrian road boundary block is arranged, and above the open water collecting basin, the same shape as the pedestrian road boundary block is provided. A configuration is provided in which a metal lid (drainage lid) having a drainage function is provided.

This lid has a protruding ridge formed in the same shape as the boundary block, left and right aprons integrally provided in the horizontal direction from the lower ends of the left and right sides of the ridge, and left and right sides of the ridge. It is composed of a water collecting hole provided, and a plurality of apron portions on the left and right sides are fixed and fixed to the upper surface of the water collecting basin by screws.
Then, the drainage on the sidewalk side and the drainage on the roadway side are collected in the catchment basin through the respective catchment holes provided on the left and right sides.

However, this type of prior art has the following problems.
(1) The raised portion is a hollow shape formed by bending and molding a metal plate, but is not held anywhere, and only the hollow raised portion is arranged between the front and rear pedestrian road boundary blocks in the length direction. Therefore, there was a problem in durability.
(2) Further, when arranging on the water collecting basin, the screw holes provided in each apron portion and the screw holes of the water collecting basin are positioned, and screws are screwed into the respective screw holes. However, this alignment work was very troublesome and complicated.
(3) It is necessary to lift and move the lid when attaching and detaching the lid, but there is a problem in workability because the structure does not take into consideration the lifting and moving work of the operator at that time.
(4) It is necessary to remove the lid when cleaning the inside of the box, but even when inspecting the inside of the box, the parts that were fixed with screws must be released and the lid must be removed, which poses a problem in workability. Had had.

It is formed in a gate shape having a substantially trapezoidal cross-sectional view that covers the regions 12a and 13a. As described above, the wall thickness of the cover portion 20 is set to be about the same as the step difference between the cover holding regions 12a and 13a.

Further, when the cover portion 20 comes into contact with the cover holding regions 12a and 13a (upper surface regions of the cover holding regions 12a and 13a) of the first main body portion 12 and the second main body portion 13, the left and right side walls thereof. The inner surfaces of the portions 20b and 20b abut on the cover holding regions 12a and 13a (side regions of the cover holding regions 12a and 13a), and the lower ends of the side wall portions 20b and 20b abut on the catchment groove portion 16. .. That is, when the cover portion 20 comes into contact with the cover holding regions 12a and 13a, the cover portion 20 is housed in the step of the cover holding regions 12a and 13a and does not project to the outside.

At the center position of the concave round holes formed at both ends in the length direction of the top wall portion 20a of the cover portion 20, the cover portion 20 is formed in the first bolt mounting holes 12b and 13b via bolts 50 and 50. Second bolt mounting holes 20c and 20c for tightening and fixing the bolts are formed.
Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the fitting protrusion 30 is provided so as to project from the back surface position of the cover portion 20 facing the second bolt mounting hole 20c.
The fitting protrusion 30 is formed so that the second bolt mounting hole 20c penetrates in the vertical direction.

The left and right side wall portions 20b, 20b of the cover portion 20 are formed with communication holes 60, 60 on the same axis in the horizontal direction (FIGS. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 6, FIG. 7, FIG. 11, FIG. 13, FIG. 16 and FIG. 17).
The communication hole portion 60 is formed in a round hole diameter shape having a small diameter that communicates from the outside to the inside of the cover portion 20, and is used to insert a rod-shaped lifting jig 70 used when attaching / detaching the cover portion 20. It functions as a hole for inserting a jig (see FIG. 17).
That is, it functions when the lifting jig 70 is inserted into the communication holes 60, 60 which function as the holes for inserting the jig, and the cover portion 20 is lifted and lowered at the time of attachment / detachment (see FIG. 17). .). It is optional that at least one communication hole portion 60 is provided on the same horizontal axis of the left and right side wall portions 20b and 20b, respectively, but the hole diameter is such that a human finger cannot be inserted. It is preferable in terms of safety that it is designed. The form of the lifting jig 70 and the communication hole portion 60 is arbitrary, and the design can be changed within the scope of the present invention.

Further, the communication hole 60 functions as a hole for inserting a scope for checking the inside of the catchment basin 700 (see FIG. 16).
That is, for example, a camera such as a waterproof flexible microscope 95 having a camera 95b and an LED light 95c attached to the tip of a flexible arm 95a that can be freely bent can be assumed, and the captured image can be displayed on a liquid crystal display 95d or the like. The internal state of the catchment basin 700, that is, the state of clogging with dust and the state of deterioration of concrete, can be checked and inspected without removing the cover portion 20 (see FIG. 16 (b)). ..
Therefore, since the inside of the catchment basin 700 can be easily inspected, workability can be greatly improved.

The apron portion 15 is integrally projected from the base ends 12'and 13'of the first main body portion 12 and the second main body portion 13 and the upper edge 14'of the opening 14 in a substantially horizontal direction. One apron part 15 (the apron part on the left side in FIGS. 3, 5 and 8 to 12, 16 and 17) is on the sidewalk side, and the other apron part 15 (FIG. 3, 5 and 8). The apron portion on the right side in FIGS. 12, 16 and 17) is arranged so as to be located on the road side, and in the present embodiment, all the apron portions 15 are flat and have the same width and length. It is formed in a rectangular shape in a plan view.

The apron portion 15 is formed to be thinner in the vertical direction than the first main body portion 12 and the second main body portion 13, and is the same as the width in the length direction (block installation length direction) of the concrete secondary molded product main body 10. It is formed in the length direction.
Although the apron portion 15 is slightly, each surface region 15a is directed toward the first main body portion 12 and the second main body portion 13 (in the directions indicated by arrows L2 in FIGS. 3, 12, and 15). It is formed with an angle (gradient) in a downward slope (toward).
The configuration of the apron portion 15 is not particularly limited, and both apron portions 15 and 15 may be formed in different widths, and only one of the apron portions 15 descends. The other apron portion 15 may be inclined (having a gradient) and may be flat, or both may be formed flat.
Further, the apron portion 15 may be provided only on either the sidewalk side or the roadway side.

The catchment groove 16 is located at the boundary region between the base ends 12'and 13'of the first main body 12 and the second main body 13, the upper edge 14'of the opening 14, and the apron 15. Therefore, the concrete secondary molded product main body 10 is continuously recessed along the length direction (the same direction as the length direction of the road indicated by the arrow L1 in the figure).

The water collecting groove portion 16 has an inner wall surface 16a continuously provided from the end edge 15b of the apron portion 15 toward the inner bottom surface 16b, and a side wall surface 12c of the first main body portion 12 constituting the other inner wall surface facing the water collecting groove portion 16. , And the side wall surface 13c of the second main body 13.
In the present embodiment, the inclination angle of the inner wall surface 16a is configured to be steeper with respect to the inclination angles of the side wall surfaces 12c and 13c (see FIG. 12).
By making the inner wall surface 16a steep, it is possible to improve the efficiency of collecting rainwater or the like from the apron portion 15 to the catchment groove portion 16.
The groove width, groove depth, and the like of the water collecting groove portion 16 are not particularly limited, and the design can be arbitrarily changed within the scope of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the catchment groove portion 16 is formed by one row on one side, but may be formed by a plurality of rows on each side. For example, one catchment groove 16 is set at the boundary with the apron portion 15 on the sidewalk side, and a plurality of catchment grooves 16 are formed at the boundary with the apron portion 15 on the roadway side where the amount of drainage is large. It is also possible.

One or more of the drainage hole portions 18 are integrally molded by selecting one or a plurality of the drainage hole portions 18 according to the specifications at the time of molding the concrete secondary molded product main body 10.
The drainage hole portion 18 is provided so as to penetrate from the inner bottom surface 16b of the water collecting groove portion 16 to the bottom surface (block bottom surface) 10a of the concrete secondary molded product main body 10 (FIGS. 7, 8, 10, 12, and 12). (See FIG. 15).

The drainage hole portion 18 of the present embodiment is formed in a hem-spreading shape that gradually expands from the inner bottom surface 16b of the water collecting groove portion 16 toward the bottom surface 10a of the concrete secondary molded product main body 10. That is, the opening (opening on the water outlet side) provided on the bottom surface 10a of the concrete secondary molded product main body 10 is formed larger than the opening (opening on the water inlet side) provided on the inner bottom surface 16b of the water collecting groove portion 16. (See FIGS. 5 and 7).
Further, in the present embodiment, the drainage hole portion 18 is formed in a rectangular shape in a long plan view in the groove direction, but is not limited to this shape and is circular or triangular in a plan view. The design can be changed within the scope of the present invention.

The drainage hole portion 18 of the present embodiment is formed by leaving predetermined flat surfaces 16b ′ and 16b ′ between the inner wall surface 16a and the side wall surfaces (inner wall surface) 12c and 13c of the catchment groove portion 16, respectively. ..

The flat surfaces 16b'and 16b' are provided on both sides of the drainage hole portion 18 in a direction orthogonal to the groove continuous direction of the catchment groove portion 16.

The flat surfaces 16b'and 16b' function as follows in the present embodiment.
If sand or fallen leaves are accumulated in the catchment groove 16, the efficiency of drainage to the drainage hole 18 may deteriorate. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically remove the fallen leaves or the like that have accumulated in the catchment groove 16.
At this time, for example, a cleaning jig such as a spatula-shaped scraper having a size that is in contact with the full width of the water collecting groove 16 is moved along the water collecting groove 16 to scrape out fallen leaves and the like from the groove. To do so. At this time, since the flat surfaces 16b'and 16b' are provided on both sides of the drainage hole portion 18 in the width direction, there cannot be a problem that the scraper moving in the groove falls into the drainage hole portion 18. .. That is, the flat surfaces 16b'and 16b' exert a function of preventing the cleaning jig from falling when cleaning the groove.
Further, in the present embodiment, since the inner wall surface 16a and the side wall surfaces 12c and 13c constituting the water collecting groove portion 16 are formed in a downward inclined shape, respectively, the scraper functions as a guide when the scraper is inserted into the water collecting groove portion 16. ..
Further, in the present embodiment, since the boundary portion between the inner wall surface 16a and the inner bottom surface 16b and the boundary portion between the side wall surface 12a and the inner bottom surface 16a are formed in an obtuse angle, when a scraper is used, each of them is formed. It is very useful because there is little risk of leaving sand or fallen leaves on the boundary.

The size (width) of the flat surfaces 16b'and 16b' in the width direction is not particularly limited, but if the flat surfaces are formed too large (wide), the size of the drain hole portion 18 is limited, so that the drain hole Design the portion 18 so as not to make it too small.

At the end of the anti-boundary portion of the apron portion 15, an engaging portion 80 which is continuously recessed in the length direction of the concrete secondary molded product main body 10 is integrally molded.

The engaging portion 80 is provided continuously from the inner wall surface portion 80a provided continuously from the edge 15c of the apron portion 15, the bottom surface portion 80b continuously provided from the inner side wall image portion 80a, and the bottom surface portion 80b. The outer mural portion 80c is formed in a concave groove continuous in the length direction of the concrete secondary molded product main body 10. Reference numeral 81 indicates an outer protrusion.

The inner side wall image portion 80a is continuous with the first surface portion 82 provided continuously from the edge 15c of the apron portion 15 and the first surface portion 82, and has an inclination angle different from that of the first surface portion 82. It includes a second surface portion 83 integrally and continuously provided on the bottom surface portion 80b (see FIG. 14).
That is, in the present embodiment, the second surface portion 83 is configured with a gentle inclination angle with respect to the first surface portion 82. Further, the second surface portion 83 is configured to have a gentle inclination angle as compared with the outer wall surface portion 80c. The outer wall surface portion 80c is configured to have a gentler inclination angle than the first surface portion 82 (see FIG. 12).

The engaging portion 80 is provided so that when the paved road 90 is laid, the contact area with the paved road 90 can be increased so that the paved road 90 can be firmly and tightly engaged.
Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the inclination angle of the second surface portion 83 is gently configured with respect to the inclination angle of the first surface portion 82, and the outer wall surface portion 80c with respect to the second surface portion 83. By configuring the inclination angle abruptly, when the paved road 90 is laid (when rolling with a roller), the rolling compaction is easy and there is no possibility that a cavity will be formed after the rolling compaction. The combination becomes tight and strong adhesion can be achieved.

According to the present embodiment, rainwater or the like flowing on the paved road 90 (roadway / sidewalk) once collects in the respective catchment grooves 16 and 16, and flows in the catchment groove 16 in a predetermined inclined direction.
Then, the rainwater that has flowed in the groove 16 efficiently flows down into the catchment basin 700 through each drainage hole 18.

The pedestrian road boundary block 1 cuts out and penetrates a substantially central region of the first main body portion 12 and the second main body portion 13 in a predetermined range to form an opening 14 so as to cover the region of the opening 14. The cover portion 20 having the same shape as the first main body portion 12 and the second main body portion 13 is detachably provided. Then, by removing the cover portion 20, the inside of the catchment basin 700 can be inspected, confirmed, cleaned, and the like.
In this embodiment, they are arranged at predetermined positions shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.

In the present embodiment, the drainage hole portion 18a is formed in the catchment groove portion 16 located in the region where the cover portion 20 is attached, that is, the region of the opening portion 14.
Unlike the drainage hole portion 18 formed at another position of the catchment groove portion 16, the drainage hole portion 18a is opened by cutting out a portion 18a'corresponding to the inner wall surface region of the opening 14 (FIG. FIG. See 13.). That is, it differs in that it is formed in a groove shape instead of a hole shape.

It is preferable that the drainage hole portion 18a'is widely formed or formed in large number from the viewpoint of drainage only, but as in the present embodiment, one side within the region of the opening 14 in the length direction. It is preferable to provide only two places and to provide the ground contact surface 16c of the cover part 20 at three places in the region of the opening 14 in terms of the strength of the concrete secondary molded product main body 10 and the strength of the cover part 20.

Further, each of the drainage hole portions 18 and the drainage hole portion 18a functions as a hole for inserting a microscope in the same manner as the communication hole portion 60 provided in the cover portion 20, and contributes to checking the internal condition of the catchment basin 700. It is also possible to squeeze.

"Second embodiment"
FIG. 10 shows a second embodiment.
This embodiment is a modified example of the engaging portion 80 in the pedestrian road boundary block 1 of the first embodiment described above.
The engaging portion 80 of the present embodiment is cut in the end region so that mud, sand, etc. accumulated in the groove of the engaging portion 80 can be easily swept out by a scraper or the like until the laying of the paved road is completed. The notch groove 85 is integrally molded at the time of mold molding (see FIG. 18).
Since other configurations and actions and effects are the same as those in the first embodiment, the description thereof will be omitted.

The notch groove 85 is formed by notching the front and rear end regions of the outer ridge 81 with a predetermined length.
Therefore, when the pedestrian road boundary block 1 and other pedestrian road boundary blocks (100-500, etc.) of the present embodiment are arranged next to each other in the length direction L1 of the road, the adjacent notch grooves 85 and 85 A concave groove (not shown) in the width direction communicating with the concave groove of the engaging portion 80 is formed.
The widthwise recessed grooves formed by the notch grooves 85 and 85 are formed in an open shape at the widthwise end of the concrete secondary molded product main body 10 (the widthwise end of the outer ridge 81). Therefore, it is possible to sweep out the mud, sand, etc. accumulated in the groove of the engaging portion 80 with a scraper or the like and discharge the mud, sand, etc. through the concave groove in the width direction.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the surface portion 81a of the notch groove 85 (the notch surface portion at the end of the outer ridge 81) is configured to have a downwardly inclined inclined surface, a scraper or the like is used like the water collecting groove portion 16. It has a guide function when inserting the scraper, and it is very useful because there is little leftover when using the scraper.

According to the present embodiment, by forming the notch groove 85, the contact area with the paved road at the time of laying the paved road is further increased, so that the paved road can be engaged tightly and tightly.

The present invention can be used in modes other than the pedestrian road boundary block shown in the present embodiment.
