3. 全ての鉄筋20が切断されたら、可動刃2は上昇して元の切断作動前の位置に戻る。
4. 被切断鉄筋受止め装置25の鉄筋受止め面部24は、固定刃1の上面位置より下側の排出用設定位置で水平又は略水平姿勢になるまで上昇付勢されて停止する(図6(c))。
5. 前記排出用設定位置に鉄筋受止め面部24が維持された状態で、第1払い出し装置7における第1シリンダ7Bの伸長作動により、切断された鉄筋が、第1鉄筋排出板7Aによって鉄筋排出口から鉄筋切断空間の外方に排出される(図2、図6(c))。
