Description

Claims (8)
- 心臓傷害を治療する必要がある対象者の心臓傷害を治療する医薬組成物を製造するための、治療上有効量の心臓神経堤細胞の使用であって、前記心臓神経堤細胞はcKit陽性、Mesp1−陰性、及びNkx2.5−である、使用。
- 請求項1記載の使用において、前記心臓傷害が心筋症である、使用。
- 請求項1または2記載の使用において、前記心臓傷害が、心筋梗塞、心不全、先天性心疾患、栄養性疾患、虚血性または非虚血性心筋症、高血圧性心筋症、弁膜症性心筋症、炎症性心筋症、全身性代謝性疾患に続発する心筋症、アルコール性心筋症、糖尿病性心筋症、拘束型心筋症、及びこれらの組合せによって引き起こされる心臓傷害である、使用。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか記載の使用において、前記医薬組成物が、約1×106 または約1×10 8 の心臓神経堤細胞を有する、使用。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか記載の使用において、前記医薬組成物が、1つまたはそれ以上の分化剤をさらに有する、使用。
- 請求項5記載の使用において、前記1つまたはそれ以上の分化剤が、BMP拮抗薬、ノギン、コルジン、Tsg、BMPR1A及びBMPR1Bなどの可溶性受容体、ドルソモルフィンなどの低分子BMP拮抗薬、レチノイン酸、ビタミンA、LG100268、またはLGD1069などのレチノイン酸受容体作動薬、dickkopfホモログ1(DKK1)などのwnt阻害剤から選択される、使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか記載の使用において、前記心臓神経堤細胞が、約50受容体/マイクロメートル2から約800受容体/マイクロメートル2の幹細胞因子受容体濃度を有する、使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか記載の使用において、前記心臓神経堤細胞が、約200受容体/マイクロメートル2から約600受容体/マイクロメートル2の幹細胞因子受容体濃度を有する、使用。
