Description

The present invention relates to a syringe aid that is attached to a syringe and used when performing self-injection.

Traditionally, self-injection has been performed in which a patient administers an injection to himself / herself using a syringe. The syringe used for self-injection is attached to the syringe body so as to cover the syringe body having a tubular barrel filled with an injection and an injection needle provided at one end in the axial direction of the barrel, and the injection needle. It has a cap that is used.

When self-injecting using the syringe, the patient removes the cap from the syringe body to expose the needle and punctures the human body with the needle at an appropriate puncture depth. However, it is difficult to adjust the puncture depth of the injection needle, and it may be difficult to remove the cap from the syringe body depending on the patient's condition.

Therefore, syringe aids are provided to enable patients to easily and appropriately self-inject.

Such a syringe assisting tool includes a main body in which a syringe is arranged, a cover portion that can be opened and closed with respect to the main body, and a removal mechanism portion for removing a cap from the syringe main body (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ).

The cover portion is rotatably connected to the main body, and is configured to switch between a closed state in which the main body is covered and an open state in which the main body is opened as the cover is rotated.

The removal mechanism portion is configured to remove the cap from the syringe body in conjunction with the switching from the open state to the closed state of the cover portion.

When self-injecting with the syringe aid, the patient places the syringe in the body and then rotates the cover to switch to the closed state. Along with this, the syringe is fixed between the main body and the cover portion, and the cap is removed from the syringe main body by the removing member. Then, the patient performs self-injection by puncturing himself with an injection needle protruding from the main body.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2014-36879

By the way, since the syringe assisting tool is configured to rotate the cover portion to switch between the open state and the closed state, the patient operates the cover portion with the other hand while holding the main body with one hand. And rotate it.

Therefore, in the syringe assisting tool, since the patient uses both hands each time the cover portion is opened and closed, the operator has to perform a series of operations from fixing the syringe to the main body to taking out the syringe after injection. However, it was complicated because it was necessary to change the main body.

Further, in the syringe assisting tool, since the cover portion is closed and the cap is removed from the syringe main body, the injection needle is continuously exposed from the time when the syringe is set between the main body and the cover portion, resulting in lack of safety. Was there.

Therefore, in view of such circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a syringe assisting tool capable of performing self-injection easily and safely.

The syringe assisting tool of the present invention is attached to a syringe body having a cylindrical barrel filled with an injection and an injection needle provided at one end in the axial direction of the barrel, and the syringe body so as to cover the syringe needle. It is a syringe auxiliary tool used by being attached to a syringe provided with a cap to be used, and is a housing in which the syringe body can be pulled out in a pulling direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the barrel, and a housing inserted into the housing. An removal member for removing the cap from the syringe body, a removal control unit capable of restricting the removal of the syringe body from the housing, and a retractable attachment to the housing and the removal outside. It is provided with a material and an operation unit configured to operate the extraction control unit, and the operation unit switches from a raised state caused to the housing to a pushed down state pushed down to the housing. Along with this, the removing member removes the cap from the syringe body, the extraction restricting unit restricts the extraction of the syringe body from the housing, and the operating unit switches from the pushed state to the raised state. Along with this, the extraction restricting unit is configured to release the restriction on the extraction of the syringe body from the housing.

The syringe assisting tool having the above configuration includes a extraction control unit that can regulate the extraction of the syringe body from the housing by pushing and pulling the operation unit that can be retractably attached to the housing, and the housing. Since the removal member for removing the cap from the syringe body of the syringe inserted in the syringe is configured to operate, the patient can hold the syringe with one hand while holding the syringe in the housing. It is possible to perform a series of operations from insertion to removal of the syringe body after injection.

Therefore, the syringe assisting device can reduce the trouble of changing the housing when the patient performs self-injection.

Further, in the syringe assisting tool, as the operation unit switches from the raised state to the pushed state, the removing member removes the cap from the syringe body, and the extraction restricting unit restricts the extraction of the syringe body from the housing. The patient can remove the syringe body from the cap at his / her desired timing after inserting the syringe into the housing.

Therefore, the syringe assisting tool can be handled with the cap attached to the syringe body until immediately before self-injection is performed (immediately before the injection needle is punctured by the human body).

Further, in the syringe assisting tool of the present invention, the housing is configured to project the injection needle outward from one end in the axial direction, and the operating portion is rotatably attached to the housing. At the same time, it has a lever portion configured to extend from the mounting position to the housing, and the tip portion of the lever portion is arranged on the other end side of the housing in the axial direction from the mounting position. It may be done.

According to this configuration, the tip of the lever portion is arranged on the other end side of the housing, which is opposite to the one end side on which the injection needle is projected, so that the patient can put his little finger along one end side of the housing. The tip of the lever can be placed near the thumb or index finger while the housing is gripped. Therefore, with the syringe assisting tool, when the patient performs self-injection, the operation unit can be easily pushed down and pulled up.

In the syringe assisting tool of the present invention, the operating portion is gradually separated from the housing as the lever portion moves from the mounting position to the tip end side in the raised state with respect to the outer surface of the housing. It may be configured to have an inclined posture.

According to this configuration, the opening angle of the lever portion with respect to the housing is suppressed in the state where the operation unit is switched to the raised state, so that the operation unit can be easily pushed down while the patient holds the housing. be able to.

Further, in the syringe assisting tool of the present invention, the operating portion is configured such that the tip end portion of the lever portion is arranged at a position protruding from the other end of the housing in the axial direction in the pushed down state. You may be.

According to such a configuration, when the operating portion is in the pushed-down state, the tip end portion of the lever portion is arranged at a position protruding from the other end of the housing in the axial direction, so that the operating portion is switched from the pushed-down state to the raised state. At this time, the tip of the lever can be easily operated.

As described above, according to the syringe assisting tool of the present invention, it is possible to exert an excellent effect that self-injection can be performed easily and safely.

It has a mounting shaft 252b. Therefore, the fixed side pressure receiving portion 251a and the movable side pressure receiving portion 252a are always urged by the urging member 250 in a direction in which they are separated from each other in the axial direction.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the operation unit 3 includes a lever unit 30 that is attached to the housing 2 and extends from the attachment position to the housing 2 toward the other end side of the housing 2. It has an actuating connecting portion 31 that operates the removal member 4 and the extraction restricting portion 5 in conjunction with the movement of the portion 30.

The lever portion 30 is connected to a rotary connecting portion 300 having a base end rotatably attached to the housing 2 and a tip arranged on the other end side of the housing 2 and the tip of the rotary connecting portion 300. It has a push-pull portion 301.

As shown in FIG. 4, the rotary connecting portion 300 includes an outer wall forming portion 300a configured to close the mounting recess in a state where the operating portion 3 is switched from the raised state to the pushed state, and the outer wall in the pulling-out direction. It has a pair of ribs 300b extending from both ends of the forming portion 300a toward the inside of the housing 2.

The rotary connecting portion 300 is formed so that the outer surface is curved so as to correspond to the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion 200. Therefore, when the operation unit 3 is switched from the raised state to the pushed state, the outer surface of the rotary connecting portion 300 is arranged at a position corresponding to or substantially corresponding to the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion 200, and the operation unit 3 is pulled up from the pushed state. When it is switched to the state, it is arranged so as to be inclined with respect to the outer surface of the housing 2.

The push-pull portion 301 is continuously provided at the tip of the rotary connecting portion 300. The push-pull portion 301 has a protruding portion 301a that stands up from the outer surface of the rotary connecting portion 300, and an extending portion 301b that extends to the tip of the protruding portion 301a.

The push-pull portion 301 is configured such that when the operation portion 3 is switched to the pushed-down state, the extension portion 301b projects to the rear side of the rear wall portion 202 in the axial direction.

As shown in FIG. 5, each rib 300b is formed with an insertion hole 300c that penetrates in the insertion / removal direction. The base side mounting shaft portion 230 is inserted through the insertion hole 300c of one of the ribs 300b. The cover-side mounting shaft portion 231 is inserted through the insertion hole 300c of the other rib 300b. Therefore, the operation unit 3 attached to the attachment unit 23 can rotate in the circumferential direction centered on the virtual axis extending along the insertion / removal direction.

As shown in FIG. 4, the operating connecting portion 31 has a flat plate-shaped connecting plate portion 310 formed on the lever portion 30. The connecting plate portion 310 is formed with a connecting insertion hole 310a that penetrates in the pull-out direction. The connecting insertion hole 310a is formed by an elongated hole formed in the connecting plate portion 310, and a connecting shaft portion 421 described later is inserted through the connecting insertion hole 310a.

The removal member 4 can reciprocate in the axial direction in the housing 2, and is capped from the syringe body 80 as it moves in the axial direction (movement from the rear wall portion 202 side to the front wall side). It is configured to remove 84.

The removal member 4 includes an extruded portion 40 for pushing the cap 84 in the axial direction, and a guided portion 41 connected to the extruded portion 40 and guided by the guide structure 24 in the axial direction in the housing 2. (See FIG. 5), and has a connecting portion 42 for interlocking the movement of the operating portion 3 with the movement of the extrusion portion 40.

The extrusion portion 40 has an arrangement portion 400 in which one end side of the barrel main body portion 810 is arranged, and an extrusion claw portion 401 arranged between the barrel main body portion 810 arranged in the arrangement portion 400 and the cap 84.

The arrangement portion 400 is a pair of a mounting surface portion 400a on which the barrel main body portion 810 is placed in the pull-out direction and a pair that stands up from the mounting surface in the pull-out direction and is arranged at intervals in the width direction. Has an upright portion 400b of.

The above-mentioned mounting surface portion 400a is formed so as to be curved according to the outer shape of the barrel main body portion 810. The distance between the standing portions 400b in the width direction is set to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the barrel main body portion 810.

One extruded claw portion 401 is formed on each upright portion 400b. The extruded claws 401 are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in the width direction. Further, each extruded claw portion 401 projects from the standing portion 400b in a direction approaching each other. The distance between the extruded claw portions 401 is set to be smaller than the outer diameter of the cap 84 and larger than the outer diameter of the annular portion 812.

As shown in FIG. 5, the guided portion 41 has a guided piece 410 projecting in the pull-out direction and a pair of retaining pieces 411 extending from both sides of the guided portion 41 in the width direction.

The guided piece 410 has a shape extending along the axial direction, and is arranged in the guide groove 240.

The retaining piece 411 has a shape extending along the axial direction, and is arranged between the bottom portion 203d and the protruding piece 241b.

As shown in FIG. 4, the connecting portion 42 has a connecting piece portion 420 connected to the extrusion portion 40 and a connecting shaft portion 421 protruding from the connecting piece portion 420. The connecting shaft portion 421 is arranged at a position outside the region corresponding to the extruded portion 40 in the axial direction.

The extraction restricting unit 5 is configured to switch between a state in which it advances from the inside of the housing 2 to the covering wall portion 204a through the retractable recess and a state in which it retracts from between the covering wall portions 204a into the housing 2. Since the extraction restricting unit 5 is erected on the connecting plate unit 310, it retracts into the housing 2 and the state of advancing between the covering wall portions 204a as the operation unit 3 switches to the pushed down state or the raised state. It switches to the state where it was evacuated.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the extraction restricting portion 5 is formed with a retaining recess 50 having a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the barrel body portion 810, and when it advances between the covering wall portions 204a, the barrel body portion It is configured to abut the portion extending from the lower portion to the side portion and the upper portion of the 810.

The extraction restricting unit 5 according to the present embodiment has a pair of retaining portions 51 arranged at intervals in the pulling direction, and a connecting portion 52 continuous with each of the pair of retaining portions 51.

One of the retaining portions 51 is connected to the connecting piece portion 420 in series. Therefore, when the extraction restricting portion 5 advances between the covering wall portions 204a, one retaining portion 51 is arranged below the barrel body portion 810, and the other retaining portion 51 is arranged above the barrel body portion 810 to connect. The portion 52 is configured to be arranged on the side of the barrel main body portion 810.

The operating mechanism 6 is configured to link the pushing-down operation or the pulling-up operation of the operation unit 3 with the movement of the removal member 4 in the axial direction. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the operating mechanism 6 according to the present embodiment is composed of an operating connecting portion 31 of the operating portion 3 and a connecting portion 42 of the removing member 4.

The lock mechanism 7 has a pull-up lock structure capable of locking the pull-up operation of the operation unit 3 that has been switched to the pushed-down state.

As shown in FIG. 4, the pull-up lock structure includes a hooked portion 70 formed in the housing 2 and a hooked portion 71 formed on the lever portion 30 so as to be hookable on the hooked portion 70. Has.

The hooked portion 70 is formed in the housing main body portion 20. Further, the hooked portion 70 is formed in a shaft shape, and is configured so that the axial direction corresponds to the pull-out direction. The hooked portion 70 according to the present embodiment is formed so as to extend from the base portion 203 in the pull-out direction.

The hook portion 71 is formed on one of the ribs 300b. More specifically, the hooking portion 71 is formed of a recess formed in one of the ribs 300b and into which the hooked portion 70 can be fitted.

Therefore, the pull-up lock structure is configured to lock the pull-up operation of the operation unit 3 when the hooked portion 70 is fitted into the recess constituting the hook portion 71.

In the present embodiment, as described above, the urging structure 25 urges the removing member 4 toward one side in the axial direction. Therefore, the urging structure 25 indirectly urges the operation unit 3 to switch to the raised state. Therefore, the urging structure 25 also functions as a push-down lock structure that locks the push-down operation.

The syringe assisting tool 1 according to the present embodiment has the above configuration. Subsequently, a method of using the syringe assisting tool 1 will be described.

When performing self-injection using the syringe assisting tool 1, the patient inserts the syringe 8 (the syringe body 80 with the cap 84 attached) into the housing 2 of the syringe assisting tool 1.

More specifically, the syringe body 80 is inserted into the arrangement space of the housing body 20 from above.

Along with this, the flange portion 813 passes between the rear wall portion 202 and the insertion notch 204j and is inserted between the inner wall surface of the rear wall portion 202 and one end 212 of the receiving portion 21, and the syringe body 80 The movement in the axial direction is restricted. More specifically, in the syringe body 80, the flange portion 813 is caught by one end 212 of the receiving portion 21 when trying to move to the front wall side, and the flange portion 813 moves to the rear wall when trying to move to the rear wall side. Since it is caught on the inner wall surface of the above, the movement in the axial direction is restricted.

Further, the rod 830 of the plunger 83 is inserted into the rear wall side recess 202a, the barrel body 810 is inserted between the covering wall portions 204a, and the cap 84 is inserted into the front wall side recess 201c. Then, the extruded claw portion 401 is inserted into the gap between the syringe main body 80 (barrel main body portion 810) and the cap 84. In this way, the syringe 8 is set in the syringe aid 1.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 10, the patient grasps the housing 2 by attaching an index finger to the rear end side of the peripheral wall portion 200 and a little finger to the front end side of the peripheral wall portion 200.

Then, as shown in FIG. 11, when the operation unit 3 is switched from the raised state to the pushed state at the timing when the patient wants to perform self-injection, the cap 84 is removed from the syringe body 80 and the injection needle 82 is exposed. Extraction of the syringe body 80 from the housing 2 is restricted.

This will be described more specifically. When the patient pushes the extension portion 301b of the push-pull portion 301 toward the housing 2 with his thumb, the lever portion 30 rotates about the attachment position to the housing 2. In the present embodiment, the lever portion 30 rotates in the circumferential direction centered on the axial direction of the base side mounting shaft portion 230 and the cover side mounting shaft portion 231.

Along with this, the actuating connecting portion 31 also rotates around the mounting position of the lever portion 30 to the housing 2, and the extraction restricting portion 5 and the removing member 4 operate in conjunction with the rotation of the operating connecting portion 31. ..

At this time, the extraction restricting portion 5 advances from the inside of the housing 2 between the covering wall portions 204a, so that one of the retaining portions 51 is arranged above the barrel main body portion 810. As a result, the extraction of the syringe body 80 from the housing 2 is restricted.

Further, as the removal member 4 moves from the rear wall side to the front wall side in the axial direction, the extruded claw portion 401 moves toward the front wall side while pushing the cap 84. As described above, since the syringe body 80 is restricted from moving in the axial direction, the cap 84 is pulled out from the syringe body 80. In this way, the syringe 8 set in the syringe aid 1 is ready for self-injection.

Then, when the operating portion 3 is switched from the raised state to the pushed state, the hooked portion 70 is inserted into the recess constituting the hooked portion 71. The fixed side pressure receiving portion 251a and the movable side pressure receiving portion 252a are always urged by the urging member 250 in a direction in which they are separated from each other in the axial direction, but stay in the hooked portion 71 on the hooked portion 70. The raising operation of the operation unit 3 is locked. Therefore, the switching from the pushed state to the raised state of the operation unit 3 is locked.

Then, the patient grasps the housing 2 by holding the upper part of the cover portion 204 with his thumb, punctures the injection needle 82 at the injection site, and brings the front wall portion 201 into contact with the human body. In this state, when the head 832 of the plunger 83 is pushed in, the injection in the barrel 81 is administered to the human body.

After the self-injection is completed, as shown in FIG. 12, when the operation unit 3 is switched from the pushed state to the raised state, the extraction restricting unit 5 retracts from between the covering wall portions 204a into the housing 2 and the syringe main body. The 80 is ready to be removed from the housing 2.

In the present embodiment, when the thumb is hooked on the extension portion 301b of the push-pull portion 301 and the pulling operation is performed in the direction away from the housing, the actuating connecting portion 31 rotates together with the lever portion 30 and is interlocked with the rotation of the operating connecting portion 31. Then, the extraction control unit 5 and the removal member 4 operate. Then, the actuating connecting portion 31 retracts the extraction restricting portion 5 from between the covering wall portions 204a into the housing 2, and the removal member 4 returns to the original position.

The patient punctures the human body with an injection needle 82 protruding from the front end of the housing 2 in the axial direction, and further pushes the plunger 83 with the thumb to perform self-injection.

After self-injection, the push-pull portion 301 is pulled up with the thumb of the hand holding the housing 2 to remove the hook portion 71 from the hooked portion 70, so that the operation portion 3 is switched from the pushed-down state to the raised state. At the same time, the extraction restricting portion 5 retracts into the housing 2 from between the covering wall portions 204a through the retractable recess. As a result, the syringe body 80 can be removed from the housing 2.

As described above, the syringe assisting tool 1 according to the present embodiment is the syringe main body 80 from the housing 2 as the operation unit 3 is pushed down or pulled up so as to be vertically attached to the housing 2. Since the extraction control unit 5 capable of restricting extraction and the removal member 4 for removing the cap 84 from the syringe body 80 of the syringe 8 inserted into the housing 2 are configured to operate, the patient can receive the patient. While holding the housing 2 with one hand, it is possible to perform a series of operations from inserting the syringe 8 into the housing 2 to taking out the syringe body 8 after injection.

Therefore, the syringe assisting tool 1 can reduce the trouble of changing the housing 2 when the patient performs self-injection.

Further, in the syringe assisting tool 1, as the operation unit 3 switches from the raised state to the pushed state, the removing member 4 removes the cap 84 from the syringe body 80, and the extraction restricting unit 5 removes the syringe body from the housing 2. Since it is configured to restrict the extraction of the 80, the patient can remove the cap 84 from the syringe body 80 at his / her desired timing after inserting the syringe 8 into the housing 2.

Therefore, the syringe assisting tool 1 can be handled with the cap 84 attached to the syringe body 80 until immediately before self-injection is performed (immediately before the injection needle 82 is punctured by the human body).

Further, in the syringe assisting tool 1 according to the present embodiment, since the urging structure 25 indirectly urges the operating unit 3 to switch to the raised state, the operating unit 3 is in the raised state at a timing not intended by the patient. It is prevented from switching to the pushed down state.

Further, in the syringe assisting tool 1 according to the present embodiment, the locking mechanism 7 prevents the operating unit 3 from switching from the pushed state to the raised state at a timing not intended by the patient. Therefore, the syringe assisting tool 1 according to the present embodiment prevents the syringe body 80 from falling off from the housing 2 and the cap 84 from being removed from the syringe body 80 at a timing not intended by the patient.

As described above, the syringe assisting tool 1 can easily and safely perform self-injection.

Further, in the present embodiment, the tip of the lever portion 30 is arranged on the other end side of the housing 2 opposite to the one end side on which the injection needle 82 is projected, so that the patient is on the front end side of the housing 2. The tip of the lever portion 30 can be arranged near the thumb or index finger while the housing 2 is gripped along with the little finger. Therefore, in the syringe assisting tool 1, when the patient performs self-injection, the operation unit 3 can be easily pushed down or raised.

Further, in the present embodiment, when the operation unit 3 is switched from the raised state to the pushed state, the tip portion (that is, the pushed / pulled portion 301) of the lever portion 30 protrudes from the other end of the housing 2 in the axial direction. Since it is arranged at the position, the push-pull portion 301 can be easily operated when the operation portion 3 is switched from the pushed-down state to the raised state.

Then, the lever portion 30 (outer surface of the rotary connecting portion 300) is in an inclined posture with respect to the outer surface of the housing 2 in a state where the operation portion 3 is switched to the raised state (specifically, the lever portion 30). Is configured to be inclined with respect to the outer surface of the housing 2 so as to gradually separate from the housing 2 as it moves from the mounting position to the tip end side), so that the lever portion 30 with respect to the housing 2 is formed. The opening angle of the lever is suppressed, which enables the patient to easily push down the operation unit 3 while holding the housing 2.

The syringe assisting tool 1 according to the present embodiment is not limited to the above-mentioned one embodiment, and it goes without saying that various modifications are made without departing from the gist of the present invention.

In the above embodiment, the housing 2 is formed so that the outer diameter is different at each position in the axial direction, but the housing 2 is not limited to this configuration. For example, the housing 2 may be formed so that the outer diameter is the same at each position in the axial direction.

Further, in the above embodiment, in the housing main body portion 20, the front wall portion 201 and the rear wall portion 202 are integrally formed with the cover portion 204 to form a single member (hereinafter referred to as a cover body). The cover body was attached to the base, but the configuration is not limited to this. For example, in the housing body portion 20, the front wall portion 201 may be integrally formed with the base portion 203, or the rear wall portion 202 may be integrally formed with the base portion 203.

Further, in the above embodiment, the urging member 250 indirectly urges the operation unit 3, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and for example, the operation unit 3 may be directly urged.

Further, in the urging structure 25 according to the above embodiment, the urging member 250 urges the removing member 4 from the front wall side toward the rear wall side, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, in the urging structure 25, the urging member 250 may be arranged between the rear wall and the removing member 4 and may be configured to pull the removing member 4 toward the rear wall side.

In this case, the urging member 250 may be composed of a tension coil spring, and the movable side mounting portion 252 may be configured to face the fixed side mounting portion 251 formed on the rear wall side of the removing member 4. .. As described above, in the urging structure 25, the urging member 250 may be configured to urge the removing member 4 so as to be pulled toward the rear wall side.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the push-pull portion 301 of the operation portion 3 has a bent shape, but may have a shape that extends straight, for example. In this case, the push-pull portion 301 may be formed so as to extend in the same direction as the direction in which the rotary connecting portion 300 extends or in a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the rotary connecting portion 300 extends.

Further, although not particularly mentioned in the above embodiment, in a state where the operation unit 3 is switched to the raised state, the inclination angle of the rotary connecting unit 300 with respect to the outer surface of the housing 2 is set to be smaller. The rotary connecting portion 300 can be easily pushed down.

Further, in the fixed structure 205 of the above embodiment, the locked portion 205a is formed on the base portion 203 and the locking portion 205b is formed on the cover portion 204. For example, the locked portion 205a is formed on the cover portion 204. The locking portion 205b may be formed on the base portion 203. That is, in the fixed structure 205, the locked portion 205a may be formed on one of the base portion 203 or the cover portion 204, and the locking portion 205b may be formed on the other of the base portion 203 or the cover portion 204.

Further, in the above embodiment, the front wall portion 201 includes a pair of extending portions 201b arranged at intervals in the width direction, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, the front wall portion 201 may include one extension portion 201b, and the front wall portion 201 may include three or more extension portions 201b.
