Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る冷却装置1が冷媒回路に設置された状態を示す冷媒回路図である。空調機400は、熱源ユニット200及び複数の負荷ユニット300を有する。熱源ユニット200は、圧縮機211と、流路切替装置212と、熱源側熱交換器213と、を備える。さらに熱源ユニット200は、制御装置100と、制御装置100の発熱体110の温度を検出する温度センサ120とを有する。
Claims (1)
- 流体が流れる配管と、一面に前記配管が設置され、他面に発熱体が取り付けられており、前記配管と前記発熱体との間で熱を伝導する冷却部材と、前記冷却部材の前記一面に設けられ、前記配管の外周に沿って湾曲した形状を有し、前記配管を固定する一対の爪部と、前記一対の爪部の間に設けられた流動体からなるコーティング材と、を備え、前記コーティング材は、前記配管の外周を覆うように前記冷却部材における前記一対の爪部の間の部分及び、前記一対の爪部と前記配管の外周との間に設けられている冷却装置の製造方法において、
前記一対の爪部の間に、前記コーティング材を塗布する工程と、
前記コーティング材が塗布された前記一対の爪部の間に、前記配管を前記冷却部材へ押圧し、前記配管の外周に前記コーティング材を回り込ませる工程と、
前記一対の爪部を前記配管に沿って曲げ、前記コーティング材を介して前記冷却部材に前記配管を固定する工程と、を有し、
前記冷却部材に前記配管を固定する工程では、前記一対の爪部を前記配管に沿って曲げることにより、前記コーティング材が前記配管の外周に沿って流動する
