Description

The present invention relates to a lighting panel.

Lighting panels are suitably used for various purposes such as advertising and guidance in indoor and outdoor passages and the like.
As such a lighting panel, conventionally, a plurality of straight tubular fluorescent lamps serving as light sources are distributed and arranged in a back portion of a panel-shaped housing having a front opening, and light is diffused in a state of closing the front opening of the housing. A lighting panel to which a front film such as a display sheet having a property is attached is known (see Patent Document 1 below). This lighting panel emits light from the entire front surface film by transmitting the light of a plurality of straight tubular fluorescent lamps from the back surface side with respect to the front surface film.
In addition, a large number of LED elements as light sources are arranged inward on the inner outer peripheral side of the panel-shaped housing, and a light guide plate having substantially the same thickness as the housing is arranged in substantially the entire area inside the housing on the outer peripheral side. A lighting panel that emits light from the LED element of the light guide plate as a whole is also implemented.

In the former technique, the area covered by each straight tubular fluorescent lamp for emitting light from the entire front surface film is large, and one straight tubular fluorescent lamp bears a corresponding amount of light. Therefore, it is necessary to set a large separation distance between the front film and the fluorescent lamp so that the straight tubular fluorescent lamp does not appear as a bright spot on the light emitting surface of the front film. Therefore, the thickness of the lighting panel is inevitably bulky, and the occupied area of the lighting panel is large. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to save the installation space.
Further, when trying to install in a place to be installed where there is not enough space for installation, it is necessary to expand the installation space such as a recess at the time of the skeleton work at the initial stage of the construction work. In addition, since a plurality of straight tubular fluorescent lamps are used, there is a problem in terms of energy efficiency.

In the latter technology, since the light guide plate having a thickness and weight substantially the same as that of the housing is provided, the weight of the lighting panel becomes large, it is difficult to carry out the transportation work and the installation work, and the transportation and installation costs are increased. In addition, the processing for proper light guide is also costly.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a main object thereof is to provide a display panel capable of realizing thinning, weight reduction, and energy saving.

The first characteristic configuration of the present invention is a light source plate in which a large number of LED elements are densely distributed on the front side, and a nonflammable and light diffusing front film arranged on the front side of the light source plate. The point is that the light of a large number of the LED elements provided and densely distributed is transmitted from the back surface side with respect to the front surface film.

According to this configuration, the area covered by each LED element on the front side of the light source plate is reduced, and the light diffusivity of the front film arranged on the front side of the light source plate is utilized, which is directly linked to the thickness of the lighting panel. Even when the separation distance between the LED element and the front surface film is set small, the light from each LED element is appropriately transmitted to the front surface film while appropriately preventing the light from the LED element from being reflected as a bright spot. The whole can be made to emit light evenly and uniformly. Therefore, it is possible to realize a significant reduction in thickness.
Therefore, it is possible to save the installation space, and it is not necessary to expand the installation space such as a recess at the time of the skeleton work at the initial stage of the construction work, so that it can be easily applied to various installation target locations. It will be possible.
Further, since a heavy light guide plate is not used, the weight of the device can be reduced, and the transport workability and the installation workability are improved. Further, since the LED element having high luminous efficiency is used, energy saving can be realized.
Moreover, since the front membrane located on the external space side is nonflammable, it is possible to effectively suppress the spread of the fire due to burning in the event of a fire, and the installation target location such as underground where high fire resistance is required. Can be installed safely.

The second characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the front surface film is composed of a light diffusion sheet based on a glass woven cloth woven with glass fiber threads.

The cross-sectional shape of the glass fiber yarn is not a rectangular shape but a curved surface shape. According to this configuration, since the front surface film is composed of a light diffusion sheet provided with a glass woven cloth woven with a glass fiber thread having such a cross-sectional shape as a base material, the light of the LED element from the back surface side is formed. Can be transmitted through a layer of glass woven fabric while being finely diffusely reflected, and the light diffusivity of the front film can be improved.
Therefore, even when the distance between the LED element directly connected to the thickness of the lighting panel and the front film is set to be smaller, the entire front film can be made to emit light evenly and uniformly, and the lighting panel can be further thinned. be able to.
Further, since the glass fiber yarn itself has a nonflammable property, the entire front surface film can be efficiently configured to have a nonflammable property.

The third characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the front surface film is formed by laminating a plurality of the light diffusion sheets.

According to this configuration, when the light of the LED element is transmitted from the back side to the front film, the light is diffusely reflected by the glass woven cloth layer of the first light diffusion sheet constituting the front film, and further the next light. Light can be diffusely reflected by a layer of glass woven fabric of the diffusion sheet. That is, it is possible to transmit the light of the LED element from the back side while sequentially performing diffused reflection of light on the glass woven fabric layer a plurality of times, and it is possible to further improve the light diffusivity of the front surface film.
Moreover, by stacking a plurality of light diffusion sheets, the mechanical strength of the front film can be increased, and when an appropriate tension is applied to the front film to serve as a protection part for the LED element, the LED element is protected. The function can be effectively improved. Therefore, even when the separation distance between the front surface film and the LED element is set small, it is possible to appropriately prevent the LED element from being damaged.

An embodiment of the lighting panel of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the lighting panel P is arranged at an appropriate installation target location H such as a pillar of a building, and can be suitably used when an advertisement, a guide, or the like is displayed brightly.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lighting panel P has a plurality of light source plates 1 arranged in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and nonflammable and light diffusing arranged on the front side of the plurality of light source plates 1. It is configured to include a translucent (including transparent) front surface film 2 having a property, and by transmitting light from the light source plate 1 while being diffused by the front surface film 2, the entire front surface film 2 emits light. It is configured to let you.

Further, a mounting plate (back plate) 3 for mounting a plurality of light source plates 1 side by side in front of the lighting panel P in a state where the back surface of the light source plate 1 (an example on the back side) is in contact with the lighting panel P, and the outside of the mounting plate 3. A frame member 4 that supports the front surface film 2 in a state where tension is applied to the front surface film 2 at the peripheral edge portion is provided.

The front surface film 2 is arranged at a predetermined distance from the light source plate 1 in a state where tension is applied, and not only functions as a light emitting surface of the illumination panel P but also functions as a protective unit of the light source plate 1. The front surface film 2 also functions as an installation surface of the image sheet when displaying an image such as an image sheet by back light.
Hereinafter, a specific configuration of each part of the lighting panel P will be described.

(Light source plate)
The light source plate 1 has a large number of LED elements 1B electrically connected by printed wiring or the like to the front surface (an example of the front side) of a small substrate 1A having a rectangular shape that can be easily connected in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. It is densely distributed and configured.
When the separation distance between the LED element 1B and the front surface film 2 is a set separation distance (for example, 1.0 to 3.0 cm), the LED element 1B is not reflected as a bright spot on the front surface film 2 and the front surface film The characteristic values and installation intervals of a large number of LED elements 1B and the properties of the front film are set so that the entire LED element 1B emits light uniformly.

A large number of LED elements 1B are arranged in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction at predetermined intervals. The installation interval (pitch) of the LED element 1B is, for example, when the separation distance between the LED element 1B and the front surface film 2 is set to 1.0 to 3.0 cm and the LED element 1B having the following characteristic values is used. The range can be set to 10 mm to 20 mm from both sides of suppressing individual required light amount and suppressing overall power consumption, and in particular, the vertical distance is 13 mm to 17 mm and the horizontal distance is 15 to 19 mm. Is preferable. The thickness dimension of the LED element 1B is set to 0.5 to 1.2 mm.

As described above, energy saving can be realized by using the LED element 1B having high luminous efficiency as the light source attached to the light source plate 1. Further, even when the light amount of each LED element 1B is suppressed and the area covered by each LED element 1B is set small, the entire front film can be uniformly and uniformly emitted by utilizing the light diffusivity of the front film 2 described later. This makes it possible to significantly reduce the thickness of the lighting panel P.

As an example of the rectangular shape, the substrate 1A is formed in a square shape such as a square having a side as a reference dimension (for example, 30 cm or the like). The substrate 1A is made of an aluminum plate which is an example of a heat conductive material, and heat of a large number of LED elements 1B arranged on the front surface is suitably dissipated to the back surface side.

The light source plate 1 is provided with a power supply unit (not shown) or an electrical connection unit (not shown) that can be electrically connected to another adjacent light source plate 1. The plurality of light source plates 1 are attached to the mounting plate 3 in a state of being electrically connected to each other via an electrical connection portion, and are configured to emit light by supplying electric power from a common power supply unit.

(Mounting plate)
The mounting plate 3 has substantially the same outer shape as the lighting panel P, and is configured to form the entire back surface of the lighting panel P. By selecting the number of light source plates 1 to be attached to the mounting plate 3 and adjusting the size (area) of the mounting plate 3, it is possible to flexibly respond to the demand for the size and shape of the light emitting surface. Further, the mounting plate 3 is made of an aluminum plate which is an example of a heat conductive material, and efficiently dissipates heat from a plurality of light source plates 1 arranged in front of the mounting plate 3 to the back side.

(Frame member)
As shown in FIG. 2, the frame member 4 includes an outer frame portion 4A that covers the outer periphery of the lighting panel P, and a film support portion 4B that supports the outer peripheral edge portion of the front film 2 on the inner side of the outer frame portion 4A. And a front plate portion 4C extending from the front portion of the outer frame portion 4A toward the center side of the illumination panel P and covering the front side of the film support portion 4B.

The film support portion 4B is suitable so that the LED element 1B does not appear as a bright spot on the front film 2 and the entire front film 2 can emit light evenly in a state where an appropriate tension is applied to the front film 2. The front film 2 is configured to be held at a position separated from the LED element 1B by a distance. The separation distance between the front surface film 2 and the LED element 1B can be in the range of 1.0 to 3.0 cm, and is particularly preferably set in the range of 1.5 to 2.3 cm.

By applying an appropriate tension to the front film 2 by the film support portion 4B, the separation distance of the LED element 1B can be appropriately maintained over the entire front film 2. Therefore, when the front film 2 bends, the separation distance between the LED element 1B and the front film 2 changes, the LED element 1B is reflected as a bright spot on the front film 2, and color unevenness occurs on the light emitting surface of the front film 2. Can be prevented. Further, the front film 2 can suppress the transmission of the impact force from the outside due to human contact or the like to the LED element 1B.

Various configurations can be appropriately adopted for the film support portion 4B. For example, as shown in FIG. 2A, the film support portion 4B is erected from the side of the mounting plate 3 along the thickness direction of the lighting panel P. A tension coil spring 4d that connects the portion 4a, the hooked portion 4b on the tip end side of the standing portion 4a, and the hooked portion 2a on the outer peripheral edge portion of the front film 2 is formed along the outer peripheral direction of the illumination panel P. It can be configured to be provided at a predetermined pitch.
In this case, it is preferable that the hooked portion 4b of the standing portion 4a is configured so that the hook-shaped hooking portion on one end side of the tension coil spring 4d can be hooked in a state where it cannot be moved in the panel thickness direction. It can be configured by recesses having protrusions at two positions in the thickness direction of P. Further, when the upright portion 4a is a plate material, the hooked portion 4b can be formed by a hole penetrating the plate material. The hooked portion 2a of the outer peripheral edge portion of the front surface film 2 can be formed of, for example, a hole reinforced with eyelets or the like.
In this way, the front surface film 2 can be held at an appropriate position in a state where an appropriate tension is applied to the front surface film 2 by the tensile force of the tension coil spring 4d.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2B, the film support portion 4B includes a mounting portion 4p formed inside the outer frame portion 4A and one step lower than the outer frame portion 4A, and an outer peripheral edge portion of the front film 2. May be connected via the elastic material 4f so that a desired tensile force is applied to the front surface film 2 by the elastic restoring force on the tension side of the elastic material 4f.
In this case, a locking means 4g such as a hook-and-loop fastener that locks the upper end side of the elastic material 4f and the mounting portion 4p, and a hook-and-loop fastener that locks the lower end side of the elastic material 4f and the outer peripheral edge portion of the front surface film 2. The locking means 4h of the above may be arranged.
For example, one of the male and female hook-and-loop fasteners constituting the locking means 4g is arranged on the upper end side of the back surface portion of the elastic material 4f, and the other of the male and female surface fasteners is arranged on the front portion of the mounting portion 4p. Further, one of the male and female hook-and-loop fasteners constituting the locking means 4h is arranged on the lower end side of the back surface of the elastic material 4f, and the other of the male and female hook-and-loop fasteners is placed on the outer peripheral edge of the front surface of the front surface film 2. Arrange. The specific arrangement locations of the locking means 4g and 4h can be changed as appropriate.
In this way, the front surface film 2 can be held at an appropriate position in a state where an appropriate tension is applied to the front surface film 2 by the elastic restoring force on the tension side of the elastic material 4f.

(Front membrane)
The front surface film 2 is made of a light diffusing sheet 2A that is nonflammable and has light transmissivity and light diffusivity. The light diffusion sheet 2A includes a glass woven fabric woven with glass fiber threads as a base material, and the glass woven fabric is coated with a resin. The base material of the light diffusion sheet 2A can be formed by, for example, spinning a 3 μm to 7 μm ultrafine glass fiber yarn (for example, a count of 11.2TEX) made of glass fibers. The cross-sectional shape of the glass fiber yarn is configured to have a curved surface such as a circular shape or an elliptical shape.
As described above, since the light diffusion sheet 2A is provided with a glass woven fabric having a curved cross-sectional shape as a base material, the light of the LED element 1B from the back surface side is transmitted while being finely diffusely reflected by the glass woven fabric. And can exhibit excellent light diffusivity.

The front surface film 2 is formed by laminating a plurality of light diffusion sheets 2A, and the illuminance when the front surface film 2 is removed from the lighting panel P is 9500 to 11500 lp, whereas when the front surface film 2 is attached. The illuminance of the light is adjusted to be 5000 to 7500 lx. Further, the thickness of the front surface film 2 is adjusted to be 100 to 500 μm. In this example, the front surface film 2 is formed by surface-bonding two light diffusion sheets 2A in a state of being overlapped with each other via an adhesive layer or the like. The front surface film 2 may be formed by laminating a plurality of light diffusion sheets 2A in a separated state without joining them.

In this way, by forming the front surface film 2 by laminating a plurality of light diffusion sheets 2A, when the light of the LED element 1B is transmitted from the back surface side to the front surface film 2, the back surface constituting the front surface film 2 is formed. The layer of the glass woven fabric of the light diffusing sheet 2A on the side can diffusely reflect the light, and the layer of the glass woven fabric of the light diffusing sheet 2A on the front side can diffusely reflect the light. That is, it is possible to transmit the light of the LED element 1B from the back side while sequentially performing diffused reflection of light on the glass woven cloth layer a plurality of times, and it is possible to further improve the light diffusivity of the front surface film 2. ..
Therefore, even when the separation distance between the LED element 1B and the front surface film 2 which is directly connected to the thickness of the illumination panel P is set to be very small, for example, about 2 cm, the entire front surface film 2 can be made to emit light evenly and uniformly. In combination with reducing the area covered by each LED element 1B while suppressing the amount of light, it is possible to suitably realize a significant reduction in the thickness of the lighting panel P.

Moreover, by stacking a plurality of light diffusion sheets 2A, the mechanical strength of the front surface film 2 can be increased, the protective function of the LED element 1B can be effectively improved, and the LED element 1B can be appropriately damaged. It becomes possible to prevent.
Further, since the front film 2 arranged on the external space side of the lighting panel P is nonflammable, it is possible to suppress the spread of the fire due to the lighting panel P burning in the event of a fire, and it has high fire resistance in the basement or the like. It is a highly versatile one that can be safely installed at the installation target location H where is required.
