Description
以下、実施例および比較例で用いられた各成分の仕様は次の通りである。
(A1)(メタ)アクリル系樹脂:ポリメチルメタアクリレート(PMMA、製造社:サムスンSDI、製品名:PM−7200、重量平均分子量:115,000g/mol)を用いた。
(B1)フラスコに、テトラメチルジシロキサン(tetramethyldisiloxane:HMM)とオクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン(octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane)を1:4のモル比で入れ、0℃でトリフルオロメタンスルホン酸(trifluoromethanesulfonic acid)を添加した後、20℃ないし30℃で24時間反応させて下記式2のシロキサン化合物(R1=メチル基、nの平均値=20)を製造し、製造した式2のシロキサン化合物とアリルグリシジルエーテル(allyl glycidyl ether)を1:2.5のモル比でトルエン(式2のシロキサン化合物とアリルグリシジルエーテル(反応物)100重量部に対して、100重量部)に入れて、白金触媒50ppm(反応物重量基準)を添加した後、90℃で7時間反応させて製造した下記式1aで表されるシロキサン化合物(nの平均値=20)を用いた。製造された式1aで表されるシロキサン化合物および式2で表されるシロキサン化合物の1H−NMRスペクトルを図1および図2に表した。
前記各構成成分を下記表1、表2および表3に記載されている通りの含量で添加した後、200℃ないし280℃で押出してペレットを製造した。このとき、押出は、L/D=36、直径45mmの二軸押出機を用いており、製造されたペレットは、80℃ないし100℃で4時間以上乾燥した後、射出機(成形温度290℃、金型温度:90℃)で射出して試片を製造した。製造された試片に対して下記の方法で物性を評価し、その結果を下記表1、表2および表3に表した。
(1)耐衝撃性評価:ASTM D256に規定されている評価方法によって厚さ1/8”のアイゾット試片にノッチ(Notch)を作り、アイゾット(Izod)衝撃強度(単位:kgf・cm/cm)を測定した。
Claims (11)
- (メタ)アクリル系樹脂および芳香族ビニル系樹脂を含む熱可塑性樹脂;および下記式1で表されるシロキサン化合物を含むことを特徴とし、
前記熱可塑性樹脂は、前記(メタ)アクリル系樹脂10重量%ないし90重量%および前記芳香族ビニル系樹脂10重量%ないし90重量%を含み、
前記シロキサン化合物の含量は、前記熱可塑性樹脂100重量部に対して、0.1重量部ないし10重量部である、熱可塑性樹脂組成物:
前記式1において、R1およびR2はそれぞれ独立的に炭素数1ないし5のアルキル基で、R3およびR4はそれぞれ独立的に炭素数2ないし15のアルキレン基で、A1およびA2はそれぞれ独立的に、グリシドキシ基、エポキシ基、またはジアルコキシアリール基で、nの平均値は10ないし80である。 - 前記(メタ)アクリル系樹脂は、メチル(メタ)アクリレートのホモポリマー、メチルアクリレートとメチルメタクリレートとの共重合体、またはメチル(メタ)アクリレートと、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、フェニル(メタ)アクリレートおよびスチレンのうち1種以上を含むコモノマーとの共重合体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記芳香族ビニル系樹脂は、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体樹脂(ABS樹脂)、アクリロニトリル−エチレンプロピレンゴム−スチレン共重合体樹脂(AES樹脂)、またはアクリロニトリル−アクリルゴム−スチレン共重合体樹脂(AAS樹脂)のうち少なくとも1種を含むゴム変性芳香族ビニル系共重合体樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記式1で表されるシロキサン化合物は、A1およびA2がジアルコキシアリール基で、nの平均値は30ないし40であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記シロキサン化合物は、下記式1aで表される化合物、下記式1bで表される化合物、下記式1cで表される化合物および下記式1dで表される化合物のうち1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物:
前記式1a、1b、1cおよび1dにおいて、nの平均値は20ないし60で、Rはそれぞれ独立的に炭素数1ないし10のアルキル基である。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、疎水性に表面改質されたシリカをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記疎水性に表面改質されたシリカは、シリカ表面のヒドロキシ基が炭素数1ないし8のアルキル基、またはシラン化合物のうち少なくとも1種を含む疎水性基で置換されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記疎水性に表面改質されたシリカの含量は、前記熱可塑性樹脂100重量部に対して、0.1重量部ないし5重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、ASTM D523によって摩擦堅ろう度試験機(crockmeter)で測定した10cm×15cmサイズの試片の白綿布10回摩擦前後の60°鏡面光沢度差(ΔGloss(60°))が、16以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、ASTM D256によって測定した1/8”厚さ試片のアイゾット衝撃強度が3kgf・cm/cmないし15kgf・cm/cmで、ASTM D1238によって300℃、1.2kgf荷重条件で測定した流動指数(melt flow index:MI)が10g/10分ないし30g/10分で、ASTM D1525によって5kgf荷重で測定したビカット軟化温度(Vicat Softening Temperature:VST)が90℃ないし110℃で、ボールタイプスクラッチプロファイルテスト(Ball Type Scratch Profile Test)によるスクラッチ幅(width)が180μmないし250μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物から形成されることを特徴とする成形品。
