Claims (10)
- プラスチック、電子機器、軍需品、または発射火薬から選択される供給原料から、水素、炭素、硫黄、窒素、炭化水素、重金属、又は希土類金属を回収する方法であって、
反応容器中の溶融金属化合物の表面下に供給原料及び溶融金属化合物の混合物をボルテックスを使用して注入することと、
前記混合物を前記反応容器中の溶融金属化合物と反応させることと、
反応によって生じた水素、炭素、硫黄、窒素、炭化水素、重金属、又は希土類金属を含む反応生成物を回収することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記溶融金属化合物がアルミニウムである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融金属化合物がアルミニウム合金である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融金属化合物が、シリコン、マグネシウム、亜鉛、銅、鉄、及びカルシウムから成る群から選択されるアルミニウム合金である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融金属化合物がシリコンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融金属化合物がシリコン合金である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プラスチック、電子機器、軍需品、または発射火薬から選択される供給原料から、水素、炭素、硫黄、窒素、炭化水素、重金属、又は希土類金属を回収するための装置であって、
溶融金属化合物を保持するように設計された反応容器と、
供給原料の流れを前記溶融金属化合物の表面下に付勢する、陶製ボウルと、
反応容器の底部から、供給原料と溶融金属化合物との反応により生じる、重金属又は希土類金属を含む沈殿した反応生成物を回収するための収集ラインと、
供給原料と溶融金属化合物との反応により生じる、水素、炭素、硫黄、窒素、又は炭化水素を含む反応生成物を前記反応容器中の溶融金属化合物の表面から回収するための送風機及び熱交換器と、
前記送風機及び熱交換器からの反応生成物から粒子状物質を除去するための、少なくとも1つの分離器と、
前記陶製ボウルを前記反応容器に接続し、かつ前記供給原料と前記溶融金属化合物の混合物を、ボルテックスを使用して前記反応容器中の前記溶融金属化合物の表面下に注入するための連絡ラインと、を備える、装置。 - 前記反応容器が、
反応容器壁と、
耐火材料と、
冷却板と、をさらに備え、
前記冷却板が、前記冷却板と前記反応容器壁との間に、冷却流体のための水路を形成し、
前記耐火材料が、前記反応容器壁の前記冷却板とは反対側の表面に形成される、請求項7に記載の装置。 - 冷却流体から生成された蒸気を送るための蒸気配管を経由して装置に接続された蒸気タービンをさらに備える、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記蒸気タービンに接続された発電機をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の装置。
