Description
この構成の本発明の航空機用空気入りラジアルタイヤによれば、ビード部におけるベースクラックの発生を抑制することができる。
この構成によれば、ビード背面部におけるクラック等の発生を抑制することができる。

この構成によれば、タイヤを軽量化しつつも、ビード部におけるベースクラックの発生を抑制することができる。
この実施形態の航空機用空気入りラジアルタイヤ10(以下、「タイヤ10」)は、図示を一部省略するが、一対のビード部1と、該ビード部1のタイヤ径方向外側に延びる一対のサイドウォール部と、該サイドウォール部間に延びるトレッド部と、を備えている。図1は、タイヤ10の一方のビード部1のタイヤ軸線方向断面を模式的に示している。ここでは、タイヤ10をリム11に組み付け、内圧を未充填とし、無負荷とした状態を示している。

表1に示す諸元の発明例タイヤおよび比較例タイヤ(ともに、タイヤサイズは、52×21.0R22 38PR)を試作し、ビード部の耐久性(ベースクラックに対する耐性)を評価した。
表2に示す諸元の発明例タイヤおよび比較例タイヤ(ともに、タイヤサイズは、1400×530R23 42PR)を試作し、ビード部の耐久性(ベースクラックに対する耐性)を評価した。
Claims (3)
- 一対のケーブルビードからなるビードコアと、該ビードコア間にトロイダル状に延びる複数のプライからなるラジアルカーカスと、該ビードコアのタイヤ径方向外側に当該ビードコアに隣接して配設されたスティフナーとを備え、
前記ラジアルカーカスは、前記ビードコア周りにタイヤ軸線方向内側から外側に巻き上げられた巻上げ部を有する、1枚以上のターンアッププライと、前記巻上げ部を覆って少なくとも前記ビードコアの径方向内側まで延びる、1枚以上のダウンプライと、を含む、航空機用空気入りラジアルタイヤであって、
タイヤをリムに組み付け、内圧を未充填とし、無負荷とした状態における、タイヤ軸線方向断面視で、
前記ビードコアの中心Oを中心し、前記ビードコアの直径Dの2倍の半径を有する仮想円と交差する、前記プライのうち、前記スティフナーのタイヤ軸線方向内側に最も近接するプライと前記仮想円との交点を点Aとし、前記スティフナーのタイヤ軸線方向外側に最も近接するプライと前記仮想円との交点を点Bとし、前記点Aおよび前記点Bの中点を基準点Cとしたとき、
前記ビードコアの中心Oと前記基準点Cとを結ぶ線分OCの、前記ビードコアの中心Oを通るタイヤ径方向線に対するタイヤ軸線方向外側への傾斜角度θが、17°以下である、航空機用空気入りラジアルタイヤ。 - 前記傾斜角度θが、0°以上である、請求項1に記載の航空機用空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
- 前記ビードコアの直径D(mm)と、タイヤごとに定められる規定荷重E(N)とが、下記式(I)の関係を満たす、請求項1または2に記載の航空機用空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
