Claims (6)
- バッテリモジュール(402)に組み込まれた電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)を冷却する方法であって、前記バッテリモジュール(402)は、多数のエネルギ貯蔵ユニット(206)と、前記エネルギ貯蔵ユニットに隣接して組み込まれ、電力半導体スイッチ(112)を実装した印刷回路板(111)を含む前記電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)と、前記それぞれのエネルギ貯蔵ユニット(206)と前記電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)との間に熱的な接触を形成する熱伝導要素(302、802)を収容するバッテリハウジングを有し、前記電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)の冷却は、前記電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)から前記エネルギ貯蔵ユニット(206)への熱エネルギの移動を可能としている、前記熱伝導要素(302、802)によって行われ、前記バッテリハウジングの少なくとも一面は外部に配置されている冷却システムに結合され、前記熱伝導要素(302、802)はそれぞれのエネルギ貯蔵ユニット(206)に面結合され、前記それぞれのエネルギ貯蔵ユニット(206)に隣接する前記電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)の一部により、前記熱伝導要素(302、802)に一体的に形成されたそれぞれの湾曲部分(202)で接触され、前記電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)と前記熱伝導要素(302、802)との間のばね作用が、前記湾曲部分(202)によって形成されており、
櫛状の態様の単片シートメタル(1002)で構成された前記熱伝導要素(302、802)が提供され、前記それぞれのエネルギ貯蔵ユニット(206)は、それぞれの櫛歯または脚部(204)間に受け入れられる、方法。 - 選択される前記それぞれのエネルギ貯蔵ユニット(206)は、角柱セルの形態のバッテリセルか、またはパウチセルの形態のバッテリセルか、または直列に配置された複数の丸形セルの形態のバッテリセルかのいずれかである、請求項1に記載の方法。

一項に記載の方法。 - バッテリモジュール(402)に組み込まれた電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)を冷却するためのシステムであって、多数のエネルギ貯蔵ユニット(206)と、前記エネルギ貯蔵ユニットに隣接して組み込まれ、電力半導体スイッチ(112)を実装した印刷回路板(111)を含む前記電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)と、前記それぞれのエネルギ貯蔵ユニット(206)と前記電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)との間に熱的な接触を形成する熱伝導要素(302、802)とを収容するバッテリハウジングを有し、前記熱伝導要素(302、802)は、前記電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)から前記エネルギ貯蔵ユニット(206)に伝熱することで、前記電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)を冷却するように設計され、前記バッテリハウジングの少なくとも一面は外部に配置されている冷却システムに結合され、前記熱伝導要素(302、802)はそれぞれのエネルギ貯蔵ユニット(206)に面結合され、前記それぞれのエネルギ貯蔵ユニット(206)に隣接する前記電力エレクトロニクスシステム(404)の一部により、前記熱伝導要素(302、802)に一体的に形成されたそれぞれの湾曲部分(202)で接触されており、
前記熱伝導要素(302、802)は、単片のシートメタル(1002)から形成される、システム。 - 請求項5に記載のシステムを有し、冷却が請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって行われるバッテリモジュール(402)であって、前記バッテリハウジングの少なくとも一面によって外部に配置されている冷却システムに面結合されるバッテリモジュール(402)。
