Description

The present invention relates to a packaging bag for storing snack confectionery, cookies, biscuits, chocolate confectionery, hail, snacks, etc. in a loose state, and more particularly to a packaging bag in which an opened packaging bag becomes a container as it is.

Conventionally, confectioneries such as snacks, cookies, biscuits, chocolate confectionery, hail, and snacks are packaged in various forms of packaging bags such as four-sided seal bags, gusset bags, pillow bags, and self-supporting bags. Further, when confectionery is fragile in a loose state, it is put into a packaging bag and packaged while being displayed on a tray made of synthetic resin (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

If the packaging bag does not have a tray, there is no inconvenience when eating alone, but when eating with a large number of people, a container such as a plate must be prepared and the confectionery in the packaging bag must be transferred to the container. It's a hassle. Especially when eating with a large number of people outdoors, it is inconvenient to bring a container.

On the other hand, when the tray is loaded as in Patent Document 1, there is no trouble or inconvenience as described above, but when the tray is opened, the tray is loaded, so that the torn piece of the opening is caught in the tray. It often happens that the package cannot be opened smoothly. In addition, when disposing of packaging bags after eating, separate collection of containers and packaging is obligatory due to the Containers and Packaging Recycling Law, etc., and it is necessary to dispose of them separately in packaging bags and trays. Is something that takes.

FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a first embodiment of a packaging bag according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line YY of FIG. The packaging bag A of the first embodiment is composed of a single laminated film 20 having a front side film 1, a folded-back portion 3 and a back-side film 2 in this order, and the front-side film 1 and the back-side film 2 are folded at the folded-back portion 3 to form a front-side film. This is a three-way sealed packaging bag having an upper joint portion 4, a side joint portion 5, and a side joint portion 6 on three sides except for the folded-back portion 3 in a state where the inner surfaces of 1 and the back side film 2 are overlapped with each other. As shown in FIG. 1, in the packaging bag A, the folded-back portion 3 and the upper joint portion 4 are arranged vertically facing each other, and the side portion joint portion 5 and the side portion connecting the folded-back portion 3 and the upper joint portion 4 to the left and right are arranged. The joints 6 are arranged so as to face each other.

The upper joint portion 4 of the packaging bag A has a chevron shape that bulges outward (upper in FIG. 1), and the apex 4a is located substantially in the center, and is outward from the outer edge of the chevron-shaped upper joint portion 4. The front side film 1 and the back side film 2 are provided with a non-bonded portion 7. An elongated hole 9 is provided in the center of the non-joint portion 7 between the upper end edge of the non-joint portion 7 and the apex 4a of the upper joint portion 4, and the hole portion 9 penetrates the front side film 1 and the back side film 2. It is provided. The hole 9 is not indispensable but is provided as needed, and its shape is arbitrary. A long hole shape is convenient to use as a handle, and a circular suspension is used when it is hung at a store. Lowering holes are preferred.

The side joint 5 is provided by connecting the left hem of the chevron-shaped upper joint 4 and the left end of the folded-back portion 3, and the side joint 6 is the right hem of the chevron-shaped upper joint 4 and the folded-back portion 3. It is provided by connecting the right ends. The upper joint portion 4 and the side joint portions 5 and 6 are provided so as to be removable.

Further, the lower portion of the side joint portion 5 is provided with a strong adhesive portion 5a connected to the folded-back portion 3, and the lower portion of the side joint portion 6 is provided with a strong adhesive portion 6a connected to the folded-back portion 3 and is provided with the strong adhesive portion 5a. , 6a is stronger than the peel strength of the side joints 5 and 6 excluding the strong adhesive portions 5a and 6a and the peel strength of the upper joint 4. The upper joint portion 4, the side joint portions 5, 6 and the strong adhesive portions 5a and 6a are provided by thermal bonding, and the strong adhesive portions 5a and 6a have a stronger peeling strength than the other joint portions. For example, it is provided by heat-bonding at a high temperature for heat-bonding.

Specifically, the strong adhesive portions 5a and 6a are first heat-bonded when the side joint portions 5 and 6 are formed, and are further heated to a temperature higher than the first heat-bonding temperature. By applying a point seal, the second heat bonding is performed. By heat-bonding the strong adhesive portions 5a and 6a twice, a stronger peel strength than the peel strength of the upper joint portion 4 and the side joint portions 5 and 6 can be obtained. The strong adhesive portions 5a and 6a having strong peeling strength have an effect of stopping the opening operation described later due to the difference in the peeling strength when the upper joint portion 4 and the side joint portions 5 and 6 are peeled off. Then, since the bottom portion can be formed in the central portion of the packaging bag A'(see FIG. 4) opened by the opening operation, it is preferable to provide the strong adhesive portions 5a and 6a.

As shown in FIG. 2, the non-joining portion 7 is non-joining, and during the opening operation, the non-joining portion 7 becomes a knob portion, which facilitates peeling and opening. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the space surrounded by the folded-back portion 3, the upper joint portion 4, and the side joint portions 5 and 6 including the strong adhesive portions 5a and 6a is the accommodating portion 8 in which the contents are housed. The non-joint portion 7 and the accommodating portion 8 are partitioned by the upper joint portion 4. In addition, in FIGS. 1 and 2, the accommodating portion 8 is shown in a state where the periphery is sealed, but it is not joined to any of the upper joint portion 4, the side joint portion 5, and the side joint portion 6. The opened opening is provided, and the contents are filled into the accommodating portion 8 through the opening and then joined.

The packaging bag A may be filled with the contents after being made with an existing bag making machine, or the contents may be filled and packaged in-line by making a bag with the filling machine while rewinding the winding.

A laminated film 20 is used for the front side film 1 and the back side film 2 constituting the packaging bag A. FIG. 3 shows a configuration example of the laminated film 20. As shown in FIG. 3, the laminated film 20 preferably has a structure in which the base material layer 21, the intermediate layer 22, and the heat-sealing layer 23 are laminated. Further, depending on the performance and quality required for the packaging bag A, it can be simplified into two layers of the base material layer 21 or the intermediate layer 22 and the heat fusion layer 23, the base material layer 21 or the intermediate layer 22, or the base material layer 21 or the intermediate layer 22. The base material layer 21 and the intermediate layer 22 can be made into a plurality of layers to form multiple layers.

As the base material layer 21 constituting the laminated film 20, since it is a basic material constituting the packaging bag A, a synthetic resin film having excellent mechanical, physical, chemical and the like properties can be used. , Polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, nylon, polyacrylonitrile, polyvinylidene chloride, polyvinyl alcohol, ethylene / vinyl alcohol copolymer and other films, and cellophane and, for example, polylactic acid-based biaxially stretched films derived from plants as starting materials. Can be done. Alternatively, the above film is coated with a barrier resin composition such as polyvinylidene chloride or polyvinyl alcohol to provide a barrier layer, or aluminum, aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, indium oxide, tin oxide, zirconium oxide or the like. An inorganic substance vapor-deposited to provide a vapor-deposited layer can be used. Further, as these films, usually, the base material layer 21 is often printed, and printability is required. Therefore, a film stretched in the uniaxial direction or the biaxial direction is preferable. Further, the thickness of the film constituting the base material layer 21 may be a thickness that can be maintained at the minimum necessary for strength, rigidity, etc. as a basic material, and may be determined in consideration of cost and the like. Usually, it is about 9 to 50 μm.

The intermediate layer 22 is provided when rigidity, light shielding property, gas barrier property, etc. are required by packaging conditions, transportation conditions, and content protection function conditions, and is a film used for the above-mentioned base material layer 21. A film provided with the barrier layer or the vapor deposition layer described above, a metal foil such as aluminum, iron, copper, or tin can be used. Further, one or more of these films and the like may be combined and laminated. The thickness of the intermediate layer 22 is about 9 to 50 μm.

As the heat-sealing layer 23, a layer formed of a heat-adhesive resin that can be melted by heat and fused to each other is preferable, and it may be appropriately selected and used depending on the required quality for the packaging bag, but it is low. Density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, linear (linear) low density polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-α olefin copolymer, ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ionomer, ethylene It can be formed by using a resin such as a-acrylic acid copolymer, an ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer, an ethylene-acrylic acid ester copolymer, or an ethylene-methacrylic acid ester copolymer. Further, a resin that can be easily peeled off can be used. As a resin that is easily peeled off, the easy-peeling mechanism is, for example, a heat-sealing layer 23 formed by changing the mixing ratio of vinyl acetate of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, and the heat-sealing layers 23 are heated together. An interface peeling type that is bonded and then peeled off at the heat-bonded interface, or a core layer and a heat-sealing layer are co-extruded into two or three layers to reduce the bonding strength between the core layer and the heat-bonding layer. After the heat-bonding layers are heat-bonded to each other, a delamination type, random polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, etc., which are separated from the core layer and the heat-sealing layer when opened, are mixed in a predetermined ratio. Any of the coagulation peeling type may be used.

As a method of laminating the base material layer 21, the intermediate layer 22, and the heat-sealing layer 23, for example, a dry lamination method of laminating using a dry laminating adhesive such as urethane or a polyethylene resin or the like is hot-melt extruded. The extrusion lamination method of laminating can be used.

Next, the opening operation and the action / effect of the packaging bag A of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 4. FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing a state in which the package containing the contents 11 is opened in the packaging bag A of the first embodiment according to the present invention, and the opening operation of the packaging bag A is characterized by peeling and opening. And. In the packaging body in which the contents 11 are housed in the packaging bag A, when the front side film 1 and the back side film 2 of the non-joining portion 7 are picked and pulled in opposite directions, peeling starts from the apex 4a of the upper joining portion 4. When the peeling of the upper joint portion 4 is completed, the peeling proceeds to the side joint portions 5 and 6, and when the peeling reaches the strong adhesive portions 5a and 6a, the peeling strength becomes stronger. As shown in the above, the opened packaging bag A'has a dish shape and is exposed with the contents 11 piled on it, and the peeling mark 4'of the upper joint and the peeling mark 5'of the side joint. , 6'is formed. The folded portion 3 becomes the bottom of the dish-shaped container, and the strong adhesive portions 5a and 6a can be formed into a deep dish shape by not peeling off, which makes the container suitable for eating by a large number of people. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare a container or the like, and it is not necessary to transfer the contents 11 to the container, which provides convenience to the user. Further, after eating, the opened packaging bag A'can be folded, so that the volume of waste can be reduced. Further, by forming the upper joint portion 4 into a chevron shape, the packaging bag A can be easily peeled and opened.

FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a second embodiment of the packaging bag according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 5, the packaging bag B of the second embodiment has a configuration in which point joining portions 10 from which the front side film 1 and the back side film 2 can be peeled off are provided at both corners of the upper end edge of the non-joining portion 7. By providing the point joint portion 10, the separated front side film 1 and back side film 2 in the non-joint portion 7 can be prevented from being caught in handling, which is a preferable form. Further, the side joints 5 and 6 can be extended upward to prevent the non-joint 7 from being caught, but in this case, the length extending upward exceeds the apex 4a of the upper joint 4. It is better to keep it to no length. If it exceeds the apex 4a, it becomes difficult to peel and open it. Others are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given and the description thereof will be omitted.

As described above, since the packaging bags A and B of the present invention can store the contents 11 such as confectionery in a loose state without using a tray, they do not need to be separated into trays for disposal and are not separated. Excellent openability can be obtained by forming the upper joint portion 4 into a chevron shape, and when eating by adopting a three-way seal form and making the joint portion easy to peel off, the peeled and opened packaging bag becomes a dish-shaped container. It can be used as a container. Further, since the packaging bags A and B are not provided with cuts or cuts such as notches, there is no possibility that the packaging bags will be damaged due to the cuts or cuts being caught in the transportation or handling of the product.
