Description
実験式Fe85.3B13C1Cu0.7で表示されるFe母合金が製造されるように、Fe、B、CおよびCuの原料を称量した後、アーク溶解法を利用してFe母合金を製造した。その後、製造されたFe母合金を溶融させた後、Ar雰囲気で60m/sの速度でメルトスピニングを通じて106K/secの速度で急速冷却させて、厚さが約20μm、幅が約2mmであるリボン形状のFe系軟磁性初期合金を製造した。
実施例1と同一に実施して製造するものの、実験式の組成、および/または熱処理条件を下記表1〜表5のように変更して、下記表1〜表5のようなFe系軟磁性初期合金およびFe系軟磁性合金を製造した。
実施例1と同一に実施して製造するものの、実験式の組成、および/または熱処理条件を下記表6のように変更して、下記表6のようなFe系軟磁性初期合金およびFe系軟磁性合金を製造した。
実施例1〜52で製造された初期合金および熱処理された後の合金の組成について、Feの含量によって下記数式1および数式2または数式3および数式4を計算して、その数値を下記表1〜表5に記載した。
実施例1〜52と比較例1〜6、8〜9で製造された初期合金および熱処理された後の合金について下記の物性をそれぞれ評価して、下記表1〜表6に示した。
製造された初期合金および熱処理された後の合金に対する結晶相と生成された結晶の平均粒径および結晶化面積値を確認するためにXRDパターンおよびTEMを分析した。
保磁力および飽和磁化値を算出するために、振動試料型磁力計(VSM)を用いて800kA/mで評価した。このうち、実施例1〜5の初期合金でVSMグラフをそれぞれ図10a〜図10eに示し、実施例1〜5の熱処理された後、Fe系軟磁性合金に対するVSMグラフをそれぞれ図11a〜11eに示した。また、375℃の熱処理温度で熱処理時間を異にして製造された実施例35、実施例38および実施例41に対するVSMグラフを図12に示した。しかも、熱処理温度を異にして製造された実施例38、実施例42および実施例43に対するVSMグラフを図13a〜図13bに示し、昇温速度を異にして製造された実施例49、実施例50および実施例51に対するVSMグラフを図14a〜図14bに示した。
実施例1で熱処理された合金に対してTEM写真を撮影して、図15aおよび図15bに示した。
Claims (9)
- 実験式FeaBbCcCudで表示され、前記実験式でa、b、cおよびdは、当該元素のat%(atomic percent)として条件(1)または条件(2)を満たし、平均粒径が30nm以下のナノ結晶粒を含み、
前記条件(1)は、82≦a≦86、13.5≦b+c≦17.5、0.5≦d≦1.5であり、下記数式1による値が0.38〜28.5であり、下記数式2による値が2.92〜3.70であり、
前記条件(2)は、78.5≦a<82.0、17.5<b+c≦21、0.5≦d≦1.5であり、下記数式3による値が0.67以上であり、下記数式4による値が8.3〜12.8である、Fe系軟磁性合金。

- 前記ナノ結晶粒は、平均粒径が16〜25nmである、請求項1に記載のFe系軟磁性合金。
- 前記数式1による値は、0.65〜16.1である、請求項1に記載のFe系軟磁性合金。
- 前記条件(1)でcは、1.0〜4.0at%である、請求項1に記載のFe系軟磁性合金。
- 前記数式3の値は、0.85〜200である、請求項1に記載のFe系軟磁性合金。
- 請求項1に記載のFe系軟磁性合金;を含む電磁波遮蔽部材。
- 請求項1に記載のFe系軟磁性合金;を含む磁心。
- 請求項8に記載の磁心と;
前記磁心の外部を囲むコイルと;を含むコイル部品。
