図1は、本実施形態に係る入力装置の適用例を示す模式図である。
図2は、本実施形態に係る入力装置を例示する斜視図である。
図3は、電極部および接着層の一部を拡大した模式平面図である。
図4(a)および(b)は、本実施形態に係る入力装置の模式断面図である。図4(a)には長さ方向にみた断面図が示され、図4(b)には接続領域の部分拡大断面図が示される。
参考例にかかる入力装置2の接着層30においては、延出部112側の端部30aが長さ方向に直線状に設けられている。
図6(a)から図8(b)は、他の端部接着領域の例を示す模式図である。
図6(a)に示す接着層30の端部接着領域31では、端部30aが波形の凹凸形状に設けられている。端部30aの凹凸形状としては、滑らかな曲線で凸部分および凹部分が連続する形状となっている。接着層30の端部30aがこのような形状になっていることで、外方Eに向けて単位面積当たりの接着面積が徐々に低下し、接着力を漸減させる接着性漸減領域31aを構成することができる。

Claims (7)
- フィルムセンサと、
凸面を有するカバー部材と、
を備えた入力装置であって、
前記フィルムセンサは、
フィルム状の本体部と、前記本体部の端部から外方に延出する延出部と、を有する支持基材と、
前記本体部の面上に設けられた複数の電極部と、
前記複数の電極部のそれぞれに導通し、前記本体部から前記延出部へと延在する引き出しパターンと、を有し、
前記本体部の前記複数の電極部が位置する側の面が接着層を介して前記凸面に取り付けられ、
前記接着層における前記延出部側に位置する端部接着領域の接着性が、前記接着層における前記凸面の中央部側に位置する中央部接着領域の接着性よりも低く、
前記本体部における前記延出部側に位置する接続領域は、前記本体部の端部に近づくほど前記凸面から離れるように位置する、入力装置。 - 前記端部接着領域の単位面積当たりの接着面積は、前記中央部接着領域の単位面積当たりの接着面積よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の入力装置。
- 前記接着層における前記端部接着領域は、前記フィルムセンサと前記凸面との離間距離が増えるとともに接着性が低下する接着性漸減領域を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の入力装置。
- 前記接着性漸減領域では、前記フィルムセンサと前記凸面との離間距離が増えるとともに前記接着層を構成する接着剤の量が少なくなる、請求項3に記載の入力装置。
- 前記接着性漸減領域では、前記フィルムセンサと前記凸面との離間距離が増えるとともに前記凸面の法線方向から見て、前記フィルムセンサと前記凸面との双方に接触する前記接着層の面積が低下する、請求項3に記載の入力装置。
- 前記接着性漸減領域では、前記凸面の法線方向から見て、前記接着層の端部が非直線部を有する、請求項3に記載の入力装置。
- 前記接着層は、前記複数の電極部が設けられる電極領域の全体に付着する、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置。
