本発明の第1実施形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図1は、第1実施形態における本発明の電池状態検出装置を示す概略構成図である。

本発明の第2実施形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図5は、第2実施形態における本発明の電池状態検出装置を示す概略構成図である。第2の実施形態の電池状態検出装置200は、電池状態検出装置100の技術を応用したものであり、複数個のセル電池(Ce1〜Ce4;電池)が組み合わされた組電池BSを測定対象の電圧源としている。

Claims (5)
- 電池の状態を検出する電池状態検出装置において、
第1コンデンサと、
第2コンデンサと、
前記第1コンデンサが保持する電圧と前記第2コンデンサが保持する電圧との差電圧に応じた電圧を出力する差動増幅部と、
前記第1コンデンサを用いて前記電池の電池電圧の第1サンプルホールドを行わせ、その後、所定の待機時間経過した後、前記第2コンデンサを用いて前記電池電圧の第2サンプルホールドを行わせるサンプルホールド処理を実行するサンプルホールド制御部と、
前記第1サンプルホールド中及び前記第2サンプルホールド中の双方で前記電池に流れる電池電流が一定であり、かつ、前記待機時間中に前記電池電流の変動がある、という条件を満たしたとき、前記差動増幅部の出力に基づいて電池の状態を検出する電池状態検出部と、を備え、
前記待機時間において、前記電池は、前記第1コンデンサと第2コンデンサのいずれからも切り離されている、電池状態検出装置。 - 前記サンプルホールド制御部は、前記条件を満たすまで、前記サンプルホールド処理を繰り返し実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池状態検出装置。
- 前記サンプルホールド制御部は、前記サンプルホールド処理中に、前記条件を満たさないと判断したときは、前記第1サンプルホールドからやり直すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池状態検出装置。
- 車両に搭載され、
前記サンプルホールド制御部は、前記車両の停車に応じて、前記サンプルホールド処理を実行することを特徴とする請求項1〜3何れか1項に記載の電池状態検出装置。 - 前記サンプルホールド制御部は、前記サンプルホールド処理を実行する前に、前記第1コンデンサを用いて前記電池電圧の事前サンプルホールドを行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4何れか1項に記載の電池状態検出装置。
