Description
Claims (14)
- フレーム(3)と、
前記フレーム(3)に回転可能に装着され、第1の回転軸を中心に回転を行うことが可能な支持体(4)と、
前記支持体(4)を回転させるための第1のモータ軸(6)と、
材料(2)を巻き付けるための芯(9)と、
を備える巻き取り装置(1)において、
前記芯(9)が前記支持体(4)に回転可能に装着され、前記第1の回転軸と同軸上にない第2の回転軸を中心に回転を行うことが可能であり、かつ前記装置が、前記芯(9)を回転させるための第2のモータ軸(11)を備え、
前記第2のモータ軸(11)が、前記フレーム(3)と回転可能に連結された部分と、前記支持体(4)と回転可能に連結された部分と、を有することを特徴とする、巻き取り装置(1)。 - 前記第2のモータ軸(11)が前記第1の回転軸と同軸上にある、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 供給平面内の材料供給手段(2)と、
巻き取り中に、前記芯(9)の周りに巻き付けられた材料の蓄積を考慮するために、前記フレーム(3)に、前記供給平面を横切る少なくとも1つの方向の回復運動を与えるための移動手段と、を備える、請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記芯(9)が非円形形状である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第1のモータ軸(6)および前記第2のモータ軸(11)が、互いに独立して駆動される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 互いに異なる第1の運動規則および第2の運動規則をそれぞれ用いて前記第1のモータ軸(6)および前記第2のモータ軸(11)を制御するためのコンピュータ・プログラム命令を提供されたプログラム可能な電子制御手段を備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の運動規則が、一定でない回転速度を有し、および/または前記第2の運動規則が、一定でない回転速度を有する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の運動規則および前記第2の運動規則が、前記芯(9)の一部分もしくは前記材料(2)の一部分の少なくとも1つの位置と、前記芯(9)の一部分もしくは前記材料(2)の一部分の少なくとも1つの速度とを含む少なくとも2つのパラメータを制約として有して生成される、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のモータ軸(6)が前記第1の回転軸と同軸上にない、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第2のモータ軸(11)から前記芯(9)へ運動を伝達するための少なくとも1つの機構(14)を備える、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記支持体(4)が、前記機構(14)の少なくとも1つの部分を収容する収容容積を規定するような形状に作られている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のモータ軸(6)から前記支持体(4)へ運動を伝達するための伝達手段(8)を備え、前記伝達手段(8)は前記機構(14)と別個になっている、請求項10または11に記載の装置。
- 前記機構(14)が、前記支持体(4)上に回転可能に装着され、前記第1の回転軸と同軸上になく、かつ、前記第2の回転軸と同軸上にない第3の回転軸を中心に回転することが可能である少なくとも1つの歯車(15)を備える、請求項10から12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの電極および/または少なくとも1つのセパレータを巻き取るために請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の巻き取り装置(1)を用いて電気エネルギー蓄積デバイスを製造するための方法。
