Claims (5)
- 燃料ガスタンクに燃料ガスを充填するための充填コネクタを収容するコネクタ収容部を開閉可能なリッドと、
前記リッドの開状態及び閉状態を検出するリッドセンサと、
シフト位置を変更するためのシフト操作部と、
前記シフト操作部のシフト操作位置を判定するシフト操作位置判定部と、
前記リッドセンサが前記リッドの開状態を検出した場合に、燃料電池車両の走行を禁止する走行禁止制御を実施する走行禁止制御部と、を備えた燃料電池車両であって、
前記走行禁止制御中に前記シフト操作部のシフト操作回数が所定の解除時間内に所定の解除回数に達したか否かを判定するシフト操作回数判定部を有し、
前記解除回数は、2回以上であり、
前記走行禁止制御部は、前記解除時間内に前記シフト操作回数が前記解除回数に達したと前記シフト操作回数判定部が判定した場合に前記走行禁止制御を解除し、前記解除時間内に前記シフト操作回数が前記解除回数に達していないと前記シフト操作回数判定部が判定した場合に前記走行禁止制御を継続し、
前記走行禁止制御部は、前記走行禁止制御を実施する場合、シフト位置をパーキングに固定し、
前記走行禁止制御部は、前記走行禁止制御を解除する場合、シフト位置のパーキングの固定を解除して、シフト位置を、前記シフト操作部のシフト操作位置に設定する、燃料電池車両。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池車両であって、
前記走行禁止制御中の前記シフト操作回数をカウントするカウンタを備え、
前記カウンタは、前記解除時間内に前記シフト操作回数が前記解除回数に達していないと前記シフト操作回数判定部が判定した場合、前記シフト操作回数のカウント数を0にリセットする、燃料電池車両。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池車両であって、
前記走行禁止制御部は、前記走行禁止制御を解除した後、前記リッドセンサが前記リッドの開状態を検出した状態で前記シフト操作部がパーキングに位置した場合に、前記走行禁止制御を再度実施する、燃料電池車両。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池車両であって、
前記走行禁止制御の実施中に前記シフト操作部に対して1回目のシフト操作がされた場合に、警告情報を報知する報知部を備える、燃料電池車両。 - 請求項2記載の燃料電池車両であって、
前記走行禁止制御中に前記カウンタが1回目の前記シフト操作部の操作をカウントした時からの経過時間を計測するタイマと、
前記タイマによって計測された経過時間が前記解除時間に達したか否かを判定する時間判定部と、を備える、燃料電池車両。
