Description

The present invention relates to a bolt connector for connecting three bolts.

For example, an indoor unit of an air conditioner, a lighting device, a hanging device such as a cable rack, or the like may be suspended from a structure such as a ceiling slab by using hanging bolts. In such a case, in order to suppress the shaking movement of the suspension equipment due to an earthquake or the like, the suspension bolts are arranged in an intersecting posture with respect to the other suspension bolts located on both sides of the suspension bolts. It may be connected to each other to reinforce it. In this case, a bolt connector for connecting the hanging bolt and the two anti-vibration bolts is used.

An example of such a bolt connector is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent No. 6907710 (Patent Document 1). The bolt connector of Patent Document 1 includes a base member [narrow attachment 1], two narrow attachment members [diagonal support 3], and two connecting bolts for fixing the narrow attachment member to the base member [ It is equipped with a connecting bolt 2]. Then, by overlapping the narrowing member and the base member and connecting them with connecting bolts, the angle of the anti-vibration bolt [long bolt Q] can be adjusted around the connecting bolt, and the anti-vibration bolt is narrowly attached. It is crimped and fixed to the base member with a member. It is stated in Patent Document 1 that this makes it possible to easily prevent the suspension bolt from swaying.

Further, in the bolt connecting tool of Patent Document 1, an elastic member [coil spring 4] is attached to each of the two connecting bolts, and this elastic member is a first base member [outer narrow fitting] constituting the base member. Body 1A] and the second base member [inner narrowed body 1B] are pressure-welded to each other. This makes it possible to easily temporarily fix the base member composed of two members to the hanging bolt.

However, the elastic member of Patent Document 1 conversely urges the two narrow-fitting members so as to separate them from the base member, so that when the anti-vibration bolt is narrowly fixed between the base member and the narrow-fitting member. In order to do this, the operator needs to work while firmly supporting the anti-vibration bolt. Therefore, there is a possibility that the mounting work may take time, and when such a mounting work is performed at a high place, the work may become more difficult.

Japanese Patent No. 6907710

It is desired to realize a bolt connector that can easily connect three bolts to each other and can easily and safely perform the mounting work.

The first such that the elastic member presses the first narrowing member against the base member and / or presses the second narrowing member against the base member. It is attached to at least one of the connecting bolt and the second connecting bolt.

According to this configuration, the two anti-vibration bolts are narrowly fixed between the base member and the corresponding narrow-fitting member by fastening the corresponding connecting bolts, so that the three bolts can be easily connected to each other. be able to. Further, in the above configuration, the first anti-vibration bolt is temporarily fixed between the base member and the first narrowing member by the elastic member attached to at least one of the first connecting bolt and the second connecting bolt, and / Alternatively, the second anti-vibration bolt is temporarily fixed between the base member and the second narrowing member. Therefore, when the two anti-vibration bolts are narrowly fixed, the operator does not need to firmly support the anti-vibration bolts and can concentrate on other operations. Therefore, the mounting work can be easily performed, and it is safe even when such mounting work is performed at a high place.
Therefore, it is possible to provide a bolt connector that can easily connect the three bolts to each other and that can easily and safely perform the mounting work.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited by the preferred embodiments described below.

As one aspect
The base member has a first base member and a second base member for narrowly fixing the hanging bolt in an integrated state.
The first base member and the second base member are configured to be in the integrated state by fastening only the first connecting bolt among the first connecting bolt and the second connecting bolt.
At least the first connecting bolt so that the elastic member presses the first narrow-fitting member against the base member and presses the first base member and the second base member with each other. It is preferable that it is attached to.

According to this configuration, the first base member and the second base member are integrated by fastening only the first connecting bolt, and the second connecting bolt does not contribute to the narrow attachment fixing of the hanging bolt. Therefore, the attachment work to the hanging bolt can be performed without completely removing the second connecting bolt and the second narrowing member from the base member. That is, a state in which the base member (first base member and second base member), the first narrowing member, and the second narrowing member are temporarily assembled via the loosened first connecting bolt and second connecting bolt. Then, the installation work can be performed while handling them all together. Moreover, since the elastic member mounted on the first connecting bolt presses the first narrow-fitting member against the base member and presses the first base member and the second base member against each other, the suspension bolt is used. Temporary fixing of the base member and temporary fixing of the first anti-vibration bolt to the base member can be performed at the same time. Therefore, the mounting work can be performed more easily and safely.

As one aspect
Of the first narrowing member and the second narrowing member, the narrowing member in which the elastic member is mounted on the corresponding connecting bolt is used as the pressure contact narrowing member.
It is preferable that an elastic member accommodating space for accommodating the elastic member is provided between the pressure-welded narrow-fitting member or the head of the connecting bolt corresponding to the pressure-welded narrow-fitting member.

According to this configuration, even when the elastic member is mounted on the first connecting bolt, by arranging the elastic member in the elastic member accommodating space on the first narrowing member side, the first connecting bolt is fastened. The narrowing member can be stably fixed to the base member. Further, even when the elastic member is attached to the second connecting bolt, the second narrowing member can be attached by the second connecting bolt to be fastened by arranging the elastic member in the elastic member accommodating space on the second narrowing member side. It can be stably fixed to the base member.

As one aspect

It is preferable that the elastic member accommodating space is formed by the space between the base facing portion and the separated arrangement portion.

According to this configuration, the first narrowing member can be configured to have a base facing portion and a separated arrangement portion, and an elastic member accommodating space can be formed between them. Therefore, even when the elastic member is attached to the first connecting bolt, the first connecting bolt is fastened by arranging the elastic member in the space between the base facing portion and the separated arrangement portion of the first narrowing member. Therefore, the first narrowing member can be stably fixed to the base member. Further, the second narrowing member can be configured to have a base facing portion and a separated arrangement portion, and an elastic member accommodating space can be formed between them. Therefore, even when the elastic member is attached to the second connecting bolt, the second connecting bolt is fastened by arranging the elastic member in the space between the base facing portion and the separated arrangement portion of the second narrowing member. The second narrowing member can be stably fixed to the base member.

As one aspect
The receiving member is attached to at least one of the first connecting bolt and the second connecting bolt in a state where the receiving member is located closer to the head side than the elastic member together with the elastic member.
At least one of the pressure-contact narrowing member and the receiving member is formed so as to have a concave space, and the elastic member accommodating space is formed by the concave space between the pressure-contact narrowing member and the receiving member that abut against each other. It is preferably configured.

According to this configuration, while mounting the receiving member together with the elastic member on the first connecting bolt, a concave space is formed in at least one of the first narrowing member and the receiving member, and the first connecting bolt comes into contact with the first connecting bolt when the first connecting bolt is fastened. An elastic member accommodating space can be formed between them. Therefore, even when the elastic member is attached to the first connecting bolt, by arranging the elastic member in the concave space between the first narrowing member and the receiving member, the first narrowing is performed by the first connecting bolt to be fastened. The landing member can be stably fixed to the base member. Further, while mounting the receiving member together with the elastic member on the second connecting bolt, a concave space is formed in at least one of the second narrowing member and the receiving member, and between them which come into contact with each other when the second connecting bolt is fastened. On the inner surface of the curved portion 33, a locking projection 33A that is locked to the screw portion of the hanging bolt P is formed so as to project.

The second base member 40 is composed of a strip-shaped member having a size approximately half that of the first base member 30. In the present embodiment, the second base member 40 is arranged on the same side as the first narrowing member 5 with respect to the first base member 30. The second base member 40 has a flat plate-shaped polymerized portion 41 that is overlapped with the first mounting portion 31, and a curved portion 42 that continuously extends from the polymerized portion 41. The polymerization portion 41 is formed to be slightly larger than the first attachment portion 31 of the first base member 30. The polymerization section 41 has a bolt insertion hole 43 into which the first connecting bolt 7 is inserted. Further, the second base member 40 has reinforcing ribs 45 extending along the upper and lower edges of the overlapping portion 41. The reinforcing rib 45 is arranged in the edge notch 37 in a state where the overlapping portion 41 and the first mounting portion 31 of the first base member 30 are overlapped with each other.

The curved portion 42 extends so as to face the curved portion 33 of the first base member 30 in a state where the overlapping portion 41 is overlapped with the first mounting portion 31 (see FIG. 4). The curved portion 42 is formed as an arc-shaped curved plate portion having a central angle of about 90 ° in a plan view. The curved portion 42 is curved so as to substantially follow the outer surface of the hanging bolt P. A locking projection similar to the locking projection 33A of the curved portion 33 of the first base member 30 may be formed on the inner surface of the curved portion 42.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 are suspended bolts P by utilizing the first connecting bolt 7 for attaching the first narrowing member 5 to the base member 3. Is configured to be narrowly fixed (integrated). The second connecting bolt 8 for attaching the second narrowing member 6 to the base member 3 does not contribute to narrowly fixing the hanging bolt P (becoming an integrated state). That is, in the bolt connector 1 of the present embodiment, the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 are integrated by fastening only the first connecting bolt 7 of the first connecting bolt 7 and the second connecting bolt 8. It is configured to be in a state. Further, in the present embodiment, the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 are integrated by fastening the first connecting bolt 7 in a state where the first mounting portion 31 and the overlapping portion 41 are overlapped with each other. It is configured to be.

The first narrowing member 5 and the second narrowing member 6 are fixed to both ends of the base member 3 to narrowly fix the anti-vibration bolt Q, respectively. The first narrowing member 5 includes a base facing portion 51 facing the base member 3 (in this example, the overlapping portion 41 overlapping the first mounting portion 31) and a curved portion 53 continuously extending from the base facing portion 51. Has. The base facing portion 51 is formed in a flat plate shape and is arranged so as to directly face the base member 3. A bolt insertion hole 52 through which the first connecting bolt 7 is inserted is formed in the base facing portion 51.

The curved portion 53 is formed in a semi-cylindrical shape substantially along the outer surface of the first stop bolt Q1. It is preferable that a locking projection (not shown) that is locked to the threaded portion of the first anti-vibration bolt Q1 is projected on the inner surface of the curved portion 53. Further, the first narrowing member 5 has reinforcing ribs 54 at both ends of the curved portion 53 in the axial direction.

The first narrowing member 5 further has a separated arrangement portion 55 arranged apart from the base facing portion 51 on the side opposite to the base member 3. The separated arrangement portion 55 is arranged in parallel with the base member 3 and the base facing portion 51. The separated arrangement portion 55 has a bolt insertion hole 56 into which the first connecting bolt 7 is inserted. In the present embodiment, the bolt insertion hole 56 corresponds to a "hole portion" formed in the separated arrangement portion 55 of the first narrowing member 5. The bolt insertion hole 56 of the separated arrangement portion 55 is formed to have a larger diameter than the bolt insertion hole 52 of the base facing portion 51. The bolt insertion hole 52 of the base facing portion 51 has a larger diameter than the shaft portion 72 of the first connecting bolt 7 and a smaller diameter than the elastic member 9, whereas the bolt insertion hole 56 of the separated arrangement portion 55 has an elastic member. It has a larger diameter than 9. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the elastic member 9 mounted on the first connecting bolt 7 penetrates the separated arrangement portion 55 and is between the base facing portion 51 and the head 71 of the first connecting bolt 7. Is located in. The space between the base facing portion 51 and the separated arrangement portion 55 is an elastic member accommodating space A in which the elastic member 9 is accommodated.

The second narrowing member 6 has the same configuration as the first narrowing member 5. That is, the second narrowing member 6 has a base facing portion 61 facing the base member 3, a curved portion 63 substantially along the outer surface of the second anti-vibration bolt Q2, and a side opposite to the base member 3 from the base facing portion 61. It has a separated arrangement portion 65 which is arranged apart from each other. The bolt insertion hole 66 of the separated arrangement portion 65 is formed to have a larger diameter than the bolt insertion hole 62 of the base facing portion 61. In the present embodiment, the bolt insertion hole 66 corresponds to a "hole portion" formed in the separated arrangement portion 65 of the second narrowing member 6. The elastic member 9 attached to the shaft portion 82 of the second connecting bolt 8 penetrates the separated arrangement portion 65 and is arranged between the base facing portion 61 and the head 81 of the second connecting bolt 8. The space between the base facing portion 61 and the separated arrangement portion 65 is an elastic member accommodating space A in which the elastic member 9 mounted on the second connecting bolt 8 is accommodated.

The first connecting bolt 7 penetrates the first narrowing member 5 and attaches the first narrowing member 5 to the base member 3 (in this example, the overlapping portion 41 overlapping the first attaching portion 31). At that time, with the first anti-vibration bolt Q1 accommodated in the curved portion 53 of the first narrowing member 5, the first narrowing member 5 is fastened to the base member 3 and the first narrowing member 5 by fastening the first connecting bolt 7. One vibration stop bolt Q1 is narrowly fixed. In this way, the first narrowing member 5 is connected to the base member 3 so as to be relatively displaceable by the first connecting bolt 7, and the first anti-vibration bolt Q1 is sandwiched and held between the first narrowing member 5 and the base member 3. .. In such a configuration, the angle of the first anti-vibration bolt Q1 can be adjusted around the first connecting bolt 7, and the first anti-vibration bolt Q1 is attached to the first narrowing member 5 by fastening the first connecting bolt 7. Is crimped and fixed to the base member 3.

Further, the first connecting bolt 7 penetrates the second base member 40 and integrates the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 via the first narrowing member 5. The first connecting bolt 7 penetrates the first narrowing member 5 and the second base member 40, and is screwed into the female screw of the burring tap portion 34 formed in the first mounting portion 31 of the first base member 30. In this way, the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 are integrated by fastening the first connecting bolt 7, and in this integrated state, the curved portion 33 of the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 are integrated. The hanging bolt P is narrowly fixed to the curved portion 42.

The second connecting bolt 8 penetrates the second narrowing member 6 and attaches the second narrowing member 6 to the base member 3 (in this example, the second attachment portion 32 of the first base member 30). The second connecting bolt 8 penetrates the second narrowing member 6 and is screwed into the female screw of the burring tap portion 35 formed on the second mounting portion 32. Then, in a state where the second anti-vibration bolt Q2 is accommodated in the curved portion 63 of the second narrowing member 6, the second narrowing member 6 is fastened between the base member 3 and the second narrowing member 6 by fastening the second connecting bolt 8. The anti-vibration bolt Q2 is narrowly fixed. In this way, the second narrowing member 6 is connected to the base member 3 so as to be relatively displaceable by the second connecting bolt 8, and the second anti-vibration bolt Q2 is sandwiched and held between the second narrowing member 6 and the base member 3. .. In such a configuration, the angle of the second anti-vibration bolt Q2 can be adjusted around the second connecting bolt 8, and the second anti-vibration bolt Q2 is attached to the second narrowing member 6 by fastening the second connecting bolt 8. Is crimped and fixed to the base member 3.

The second connecting bolt 8 only attaches the second narrowing member 6 to the base member 3, and unlike the first connecting bolt 7, the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 are used as described above. Does not contribute to the integration of.

The bolt connector 1 of the present embodiment includes a base member 3 (first base member 30 and second base member 40), a first narrowing member 5, a second narrowing member 6, a first connecting bolt 7, and a second connecting. The bolt 8 and the elastic member 9 can all be installed in a temporarily assembled state (temporarily assembled state). As shown in FIG. 5, the second connecting bolt 8 to which the elastic member 9 is mounted is passed through the second narrowing member 6 and loosely fastened to the first base member 30, and the first with the elastic member 9 mounted. The connecting bolt 7 is passed through the first narrowing member 5 and the second base member 40 and loosely fastened to the first base member 30. In this temporarily assembled state, the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 are provided by the first connecting bolt 7 with respect to the space between the curved portions 33 and 42, which are the positions where the hanging bolts P are planned to be arranged. The base member 3 is locked only on one side in the extending direction. In the present embodiment, the extending direction of the base member 3 is a direction from the first mounting portion 31 of the first base member 30 to the second mounting portion 32 via the curved portion 33.

In this temporarily assembled state, the elastic member 9 on the first connecting bolt 7 side is pressed so as to be compressively deformed to expand the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 (see FIG. 5). Then, the suspension bolt P is slid and inserted in the radial direction between the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 through the gap G generated thereby (* Actually, the bolt connector 1 side is inserted. Move and move relative as above).

After that, when the external pressure on the elastic member 9 is released, as shown in FIG. 6, the elastic member 9 mounted on the first connecting bolt 7 presses the first narrowing member 5 against the base member 3. It is urged and temporarily fixed by sandwiching the first anti-vibration bolt Q1 between the base member 3 and the first narrowing member 5. At the same time, the elastic member 9 pressurizes the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 by pressure contact, and temporarily fixes the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 in a state of sandwiching the suspension bolt P. Further, the elastic member 9 mounted on the second connecting bolt 8 presses the second narrowing member 6 against the base member 3 by pressure welding, and the second narrowing member 6 is placed between the base member 3 and the second narrowing member 6. (2) Temporarily fix by sandwiching the anti-vibration bolt Q2. In this way, the temporary fixing of the base member 3 to the hanging bolt P and the temporary fixing of the two anti-vibration bolts Q to the base member 3 can be performed at the same time.

After that, the angles of the first narrowing member 5 and the first anti-vibration bolt Q1 are adjusted to fasten the first connecting bolt 7, and the angles of the second narrowing member 6 and the second anti-vibration bolt Q2 are adjusted. (2) Fasten the connecting bolt 8. Since the two anti-vibration bolts Q are narrowly fixed between the base member 3 and the corresponding narrowing members 5 and 6 by fastening the corresponding connecting bolts 7 and 8, the three bolts that intersect each other are fixed to each other. Can be easily connected.

Further, in a state where all the parts constituting the bolt connector 1 are temporarily assembled, the mounting work can be performed while handling them together. Moreover, as described above, the mounting work can be easily performed with the base member 3 temporarily fixed to the suspension bolt P and the two anti-vibration bolts Q temporarily fixed to the base member 3, which is high. It is safe even if it is a local work.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the second narrowing member 6 straddles the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 in an integrated state of the first base member 30 and the second base member 40. Will be placed. Therefore, the expansion of the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 can be suppressed by the second narrowing member 6, and the mounting state of the base member 3 with respect to the suspension bolt P can be stabilized. it can.

Further, the base member 3 has reinforcing ribs 39 extending along the upper and lower edges of the first mounting portion 31 and the second mounting portion 32.

The first narrowing member 5 is a separated arrangement portion which is arranged apart from a base facing portion 51 (see FIG. 9) facing the base member 3 (first mounting portion 31 in this example) and the base facing portion 51. It has a base portion 51 and a side plate portion 57 erected along the outer edge of the base facing portion 51 and the separated arrangement portion 55. The base facing portion 51 is formed in a flat plate shape and is arranged so as to directly face the base member 3. The separated arrangement portion 55 is formed in a flat plate shape, and is arranged so as to be separated from the base member 3 by the height of the side plate portion 57 and to face each other.

The separated arrangement portion 55 is formed in a D shape. The side plate portion 57 has an arc-shaped portion and a pair of flat portions extending from both ends thereof, depending on the shape of the separated arrangement portion 55. The pair of flat portions are arranged parallel to each other. The side plate portion 57 has a locking notch 58 in each of the pair of flat portions. The locking notch 58 is formed so as to open toward the base member 3 side. Two locations of the first stop bolt Q1 having different axial directions are locked in the locking notch 58.

The second narrowing member 6 has the same configuration as the first narrowing member 5. That is, the second narrowing member 6 has a base facing portion 61 facing the base member 3 (second mounting portion 32 in this example), a separated arrangement portion 65 arranged apart from the base facing portion 61, and a base. It has a facing portion 61 and a side plate portion 67 erected along the outer edge of the separated arrangement portion 65. The side plate portion 67 is formed with a pair of locking notch portions 68 in which two locations of the second stop bolt Q2 having different axial directions are locked.

The inner edge of the locking notch 58 and the locking notch 68 is preferably formed in a sharp shape so that the thickness gradually decreases toward the tip end side. In this way, the locking notch 58 engages with the threaded portion of the first stop bolt Q1 to prevent the first stop bolt Q1 from being displaced with respect to the first narrowing member 5. be able to. Further, the locking notch portion 68 can be engaged with the screw portion of the second anti-vibration bolt Q2 to prevent the second anti-vibration bolt Q2 from being displaced with respect to the second narrowing member 6.

In the present embodiment, in a state where the suspension bolt P is housed in the curved portion 33 of the base member 3, the suspension bolt P is connected to the base by the first narrowing member 5 that narrowly fixes and fixes the first anti-vibration bolt Q1. It is narrowly fixed to the member 3. The first narrowing member 5 narrowly fixes the first anti-vibration bolt Q1 locked in the locking notch 58 between the first mounting portion 31 and the side plate portion 57 of the base member 3, and also narrowly fixes the curved portion. The hanging bolt P housed in the 33 is narrowly fixed between the curved portion 33 and the base facing portion 51. As described above, in the present embodiment, the base member 3 is composed of a single member, and both the suspension bolt P and the first anti-vibration bolt Q1 are provided between the base member 3 and the base member 3 by the first narrowing member 5. It is fixed in a narrow space. Therefore, as compared with the case where the base member 3 is composed of two members, the first base member 30 and the second base member 40, as in the first embodiment, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. ..

In the bolt connector 1 of the present embodiment, the base member 3, the first narrowing member 5, the second narrowing member 6, the first connecting bolt 7, the second connecting bolt 8, and the elastic member 9 are all temporarily assembled. It can be installed in a closed state (temporarily assembled state). As shown in FIG. 10, the first connecting bolt 7 to which the elastic member 9 is mounted is passed through the first narrowing member 5 and loosely fixed to the first mounting portion 31 of the base member 3, and the elastic member 9 is mounted. The second connecting bolt 8 is passed through the second narrowing member 6 and loosely fastened to the second mounting portion 32 of the base member 3.

In this temporarily assembled state, the elastic member 9 on the side of the first connecting bolt 7 is pressed so as to be compressively deformed, and the first narrowing member 5 is moved away from the base member 3 (see FIG. 10). Then, the hanging bolt P is slid and inserted in the radial direction between the base member 3 and the first narrowing member 5 through the gap G generated thereby (* Actually, the bolt connector 1 side is moved. And move relative to each other as above). After that, when the external pressure on the elastic member 9 is released, as shown in FIG. 11, the elastic member 9 presses and urges the first narrowing member 5 against the base member 3, and the suspension bolt P is used as a base. The member 3 is temporarily fixed.

In the temporarily fixed state described above, the elastic member 9 mounted on the first connecting bolt 7 presses and urges the first narrowing member 5 against the base member 3 to press and urge the base member 3 and the first narrowing member 3. The first anti-vibration bolt Q1 is sandwiched between the member 5 and temporarily fixed.

[Other Embodiments]
(1) In each of the above embodiments, a configuration in which a coil spring is used as the elastic member 9 mounted on the connecting bolts 7 and 8 has been described as an example. However, the elastic member 9 is not limited to such a structure, and is formed of, for example, rubber, elastomer, urethane, or the like, and is formed in a predetermined shape (for example, a cylindrical shape or a rectangular parallelepiped shape having a bolt insertion hole). You may use the one.

(2) In each of the above embodiments, the elastic member accommodating space A is formed in the narrowing members 5 and 6, and the elastic member 9 is connected to the base facing portions 51 and 61 and the heads 71 and 81 of the connecting bolts 7 and 8. The configuration arranged between them has been described as an example. However, without being limited to such a configuration, the elastic member 9 is placed between the narrowing members 5 and 6 and the heads 71 and 81 of the connecting bolts 7 and 8 on the outside of the narrowing members 5 and 6, for example. May be placed in. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 12, for example, the elastic member 9 may be attached to the connecting bolts 7 and 8 on the side opposite to the narrowing members 5 and 6 with respect to the base member 3.

(3) In each of the above embodiments, the configuration in which the elastic member accommodating space A is formed in the narrow-fitting members 5 and 6 has been described as an example. However, without being limited to such a configuration, the elastic member accommodating space A is provided in some form between the narrowing members 5 and 6 and the heads 71 and 81 of the corresponding connecting bolts 7 and 8. Just do it. For example, as shown in FIG. 13, a concave space C may be formed in the base facing portions 51 and 61 of the narrowing members 5 and 6, and the elastic member accommodating space A may be formed by the concave space C. In this case, it is preferable that the receiving member 10 is attached to the connecting bolts 7 and 8 together with the elastic member 9 so as to be located closer to the heads 71 and 81 of the connecting bolts 7 and 8 than the elastic member 9. The receiving member 10 may be, for example, a washer or the like. In such a configuration, the formation position of the concave space C is not limited to the narrowing members 5 and 6, and the concave space C may be formed in the receiving member 10, and both the narrowing members 5 and 6 and the receiving member 10 may be formed. A concave space C may be formed in the space C. Alternatively, for example, as shown in FIG. 14, the receiving member 10 is formed in a tubular shape (cylindrical shape in the illustrated example) that covers the elastic member 9 from the outside, and the elastic member accommodating space A is formed by the inner space I of the receiving member 10. It may be configured.

(4) In each of the above embodiments, the configuration in which the elastic member 9 is mounted on both the first connecting bolt 7 and the second connecting bolt 8 has been described as an example. However, the elastic member 9 may be attached to only one of the first connecting bolt 7 and the second connecting bolt 8 without being limited to such a configuration. In this case, when the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 are integrated by fastening only the first connecting bolt 7 as in the first embodiment, the first that contributes to the integration. It is preferable that the elastic member 9 is attached to the connecting bolt 7. Further, when both the suspension bolt P and the first anti-vibration bolt Q1 are narrowly fixed by the first narrowing member 5 as in the second embodiment, the first narrowing that contributes to the narrowing fixing of the hanging bolt P. It is preferable that the elastic member 9 is attached to the first connecting bolt 7 that fastens the attachment member 5. In these cases, only the first narrowing member 5 corresponds to the "pressure contact narrowing member". Of course, in the configuration of each embodiment, the elastic member 9 may be attached only to the second connecting bolt 8. In this case, only the second narrowing member 6 corresponds to the "pressure contact narrowing member".

(5) In the first embodiment described above, the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 constituting the base member 3 are integrated into the suspension bolt P by fastening only the first connecting bolt 7. The fixed configuration has been described as an example. However, without being limited to such a configuration, for example, as shown in FIG. 15, the first base member 30 and the second base member 40 fasten both the first connecting bolt 7 and the second connecting bolt 8. It may be integrated and fixed to the hanging bolt P. In such a configuration, in order to attach the bolt connector 1 to the suspension bolt P, at least one of the first connecting bolt 7 and the second connecting bolt 8 and the corresponding narrowing members 5 and 6 are removed. Need to work with. However, since the first stop bolt Q1 or the second stop bolt Q2 can be temporarily fixed, workability can be improved at least in this respect.

(6) In the second embodiment described above, a configuration in which the separated arrangement portions 55 and 65 of the narrowing members 5 and 6 are formed in a D shape has been described as an example. However, without being limited to such a configuration, the separated arrangement portions 55 and 65 may be formed in, for example, a triangular shape, a semicircular shape, a circular shape, or the like.
Further, the narrowing members 5 and 6 may have holding pieces along the anti-vibration bolt Q.

(7) In each of the above embodiments, a configuration in which the burring tap portions 34 and 35 are provided on the base member 3 (first base member 30) has been described as an example. However, the nut is not limited to such a configuration, and a nut may be fixed to, for example, the base member 3 (first base member 30).

(8) In each of the above embodiments, the bolt connector 1 is mainly used to connect the two anti-vibration bolts Q, which are arranged along the two planes intersecting with the suspension bolt P. I assumed and explained. However, without being limited to such a configuration, for example, when the suspension device E is a long object such as a cable rack, the suspension bolts P and the two suspension bolts P are arranged in the same plane in an intersecting posture. The bolt connector 1 may be used to connect with the anti-vibration bolt Q of the above.

(9) The configurations disclosed in each of the above-described embodiments (including the above-mentioned embodiments and other embodiments; the same shall apply hereinafter) shall be combined with the configurations disclosed in the other embodiments as long as there is no contradiction. It is also possible to apply. As for other configurations, the embodiments disclosed in the present specification are examples in all respects, and can be appropriately modified without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure.
