Description

The present invention relates to a medical port.

Conventionally, dialysis treatment has been performed on a patient with renal dysfunction in order to purify the patient's blood. In dialysis treatment, blood taken out from a patient is dialyzed (hemodialysis) by a dialyzer made of a semipermeable membrane to remove impurities from the blood.

Among dialysis treatments, in hemodiafiltration (HDF), blood purification efficiency can be improved by combining hemodialysis with filtration. In HDF, the reduced amount of blood due to filtration is replaced with blood before or after dialysis. Among HDFs, a technique in which a part of the dialysate supplied to the dialyzer is used as a replacement fluid is called online HDF. In online HDF, since the dialysate is added to the blood, it is necessary to strictly control the amount of bacteria and endotoxin in the dialysate.

In order to carry out such online HDF and the like, there is known a technique of arranging a port on a line through which dialysate flows in a blood purification device and collecting dialysate using this port (for example, Patent Document 1). reference). The dialysate shunted using the port is used for replacement of blood, measurement of the amount of bacteria and endotoxin, and the like.

As shown in FIG. 7, the connecting member 75 is arranged inside the slide housing 74. The upper end of the connecting member 75 is connected to the slide housing 74 at the opening 741a of the upper surface plate 741 of the slide housing 74. A sealing portion 76 is connected to the lower end of the connecting member 75. The connecting member 75 has a stepped columnar portion 751 formed in a stepped columnar shape, and a stepped columnar portion 752 connected to the lower portion of the mounting columnar portion 751 and formed in a stepped shape.

The mounting column portion 751 is connected to the slide housing 74 at the opening 741a of the upper surface plate 741 of the slide housing 74.
A sealing portion 76 is connected to the stepped cylindrical portion 752. The stepped cylindrical portion 752 has a first large diameter portion 753 connected to the lower part of the mounting cylindrical portion 751 and a second large diameter portion 753 connected to the lower portion of the first large diameter portion 753 and having a larger diameter than the first large diameter portion 753. It has a part 754 and.

The sealing portion 76 is connected to the upper surface plate 741 of the slide housing 74 via the connecting member 75 inside the slide housing 74. The sealing portion 76 is formed in a cylindrical shape protruding downward from the upper surface plate 741 of the slide housing 74, and has a circular and flat lower surface. The sealing portion 76 has a mounting step recess 761 that is recessed downward on the upper surface. The stepped columnar portion 752 of the connecting member 75 is connected to the mounting stepped recess 761. Since the sealing portion 76 is composed of an elastic member, the mounting step recess 761 of the sealing portion 76 can be easily attached to and detached from the stepped columnar portion 752 of the connecting member 75 by elastically deforming it.

When the slide member 72 configured as described above is attached to the lid main body 71, the pair of slide member side guide portions 746 and 746 of the slide housing 74 of the slide member 72 are attached to the pair of lid member sides of the lid main body 71. The slide member 72 is attached to the lid main body 71 by inserting it into the guide portions 712 and 712 and moving it in the slide direction. Specifically, the rear end portions of the pair of slide member side guide portions 746 and 746 of the slide member 72 are connected to the pair of lid member side guide portions 712 from the tips of the pair of lid member side guide portions 712 and 712 of the lid body 71. , 712, the slide member side convex portion 746b of the slide member side guide portion 746 is arranged in the lid side groove 712a of the lid member side guide portion 712, and the lid side convex portion 712b of the lid member side guide portion 712 is arranged. Is arranged in the slide member side groove 746a of the slide member side guide portion 746, the slide member 72 is moved with respect to the lid main body 71 in the attachment direction in the slide direction, and the slide member 72 is attached to the lid main body 71.

Further, by moving the slide member 72 in the mounting direction in the slide direction, the pair of slide-side engaging claws 745 and 745 of the slide member 72 are elastically deformed by the hook piece 745b of the slide-side engaging claw 745. Then, it gets over the downward extending wall portion 713b of the lid main body side engaging portion 713 and is arranged in the extending groove 713a of the lid main body side engaging portion 713. As a result, the hook piece 745b of the slide side engaging claw portion 745 is hooked on the downward extending wall portion 713b of the lid body side engaging portion 713, so that the movement of the slide member 72 in the removal direction in the slide direction is restricted. In this state, the pair of slide-side engaging claws 745 and 745 of the slide member 72 are engaged with the lid-body-side engaging portion 713 of the lid body 71.

Next, a procedure for replacing the sealing portion 76 attached to the slide member 72 will be described.
First, when performing maintenance to replace the sealing portion 76, the opening 61 is opened with the lid member 7 positioned above the opening 61 which is the connection port of the tube. Specifically, when opening the opening 61 which is the connection port of the tube, as shown in FIG. 6, the lid body 71 is moved in the axial direction of the shaft 8 against the urging force of the spring 9. , Increase the distance between the lid member 7 and the main body 4.

Next, by sliding the slide member 72 with respect to the lid main body 71 in the removal direction in the slide direction, the pair of slide-side engaging claws 745 and 745 of the slide member 72 and the lid main body side engagement of the lid main body 71 are engaged. The slide member 72 is removed from the lid member 7 as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 by disengaging the engagement with the joint portion 713.

Subsequently, the old sealing portion 76 is removed from the slide member 72, and the new sealing portion 76 is attached to the slide member 72.
After that, the pair of slide member side guide portions 746 and 746 of the slide member 72 to which the new sealing portion 76 is attached are inserted into the pair of lid member side guide portions 712 and 712 of the lid body 71, and the pair of lid members. The slide member 72 is slid and moved in the mounting direction in the sliding direction along the side guide portions 712 and 712.

Then, by further moving the slide member 72 in the mounting direction in the slide direction and pushing it toward the lid body 71 side, the pair of slide side engaging claws 745 and 745 of the slide member 72 can be moved to the lid body 71 of the lid body 71. Engage with the side engaging portion 713. As a result, the slide member 72 can be attached to the lid body 71 by engaging the pair of slide-side engaging claws 745 and 745 with the lid body-side engaging portion 713.

In this way, the slide member 72 and the lid body 71 can be easily attached to and detached by simply engaging and disengaging the pair of slide-side engaging claws 745 and 745 and the lid body-side engaging portion 713. Therefore, the sealing portion 76 attached to the slide member 72 can be easily replaced.

Here, with the lid body 71 arranged above the opening 61 of the port 1, the slide member 72 can be attached and detached by sliding the slide member 72 from the lid member 7 in the sliding direction, so that the opening 61 is suppressed from being contaminated and the port is ported. The opening 61 of 1 can be kept clean.

Further, since the pair of slide member side guide portions 746 and 746 of the slide member 72 can be moved along the pair of lid member side guide portions 712 and 712 of the lid body 71, the slide member 72 can be moved in the slide direction and in the slide direction. The slide member 72 can be easily attached to and detached from the lid body 71 by easily sliding and moving in the mounting direction.

Further, the slide member 72 can be easily attached to the lid body 71 simply by engaging the pair of slide-side engaging claws 745 and 745 with the lid body-side engaging portion 713. Further, the pair of slide-side engaging claws 745 and 745 are arranged so as to get over the downward extending wall portion 713b of the lid body-side engaging portion 713 and fit into the extending groove 713a of the lid body-side engaging portion 713. Therefore, it is possible to feel the sensation when engaging with the lid body side engaging portion 713, and it is possible to intuitively recognize the completion of the attachment of the slide member 72.

Subsequently, the usage (operation) of the port 1 will be described. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view for explaining how to use the port. Note that FIG. 10 is a view corresponding to the cross-sectional view of FIG.
First, in the state where the opening 61 is closed, as shown in FIG. 5, the lid member 7 is urged toward the main body 4 side by the restoring force of the spring 9. By urging the lid member 7 toward the main body 4, the sealing portion 76 is brought into close contact with the tapered surface 62, and the opening 61 is sealed. At this time, the dialysate flows through the dialysate supply line L1 and then through the introduction path 33 (arranged in the inner cylinder accommodating portion 41) from the introduction port 31. After that, the dialysate led out from the outlet 32 is a gap between the sealing portion 76 and the end of the inner cylinder portion 3, and a space between the outer circumference of the inner cylinder portion 3 and the inner wall of the inner cylinder accommodating portion 41. Is circulated and led out to the dialysate supply line L1 again through the lead-out path 51 (see FIG. 4).

When opening the opening 61, as shown in FIG. 6, after stopping the flow of dialysate in the second dialysate supply line L12 of the blood purification device 10, the lid body 71 resists the urging force of the spring 9. Is moved in the axial direction of the shaft 8 to increase the distance between the lid member 7 and the main body 4. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 10, the lid member 7 covers the opening 61 in a state where the lid main body 71 is pulled to a position where the outer peripheral wall portion 6 and the tubular inner wall portion 747 do not overlap in the axial direction of the shaft 8. Rotate the shaft 8 around the main body 4 to a position where it does not exist.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 10, the branch line L5 is connected to the outlet 32 side of the inner cylinder portion 3. At the end of the branch line L5, a tubular connecting member 37 having a groove corresponding to the thread 36 is arranged inside, and the connecting member 37 is screwed to the outlet 32 side of the inner tubular portion 3. To.

In the state where the branch line L5 is connected to the inner cylinder portion 3, the dialysate introduced from the dialysate supply line L1 into the introduction path 33 is led out from the outlet 32 to the branch line L5.

According to the port 1 according to the above embodiment, the following effects are achieved.
In the above embodiment, the port 1 is formed with an introduction port 31 into which the dialysate flowing through the dialysate supply line L1 (second dialysate supply line L12) is introduced and an outlet 32 from which the dialysate is drawn out. A main body portion 4 in which a tubular inner cylinder accommodating portion 41 for accommodating the inner cylinder portion 3 is formed so that a space through which dialysate can flow is formed between the tubular portion 3 and the outer circumference of the inner cylinder portion 3. And the outer peripheral wall portion 6 which is arranged on the side where the outlet 32 of the main body portion 4 is located and protrudes from the periphery of the inner cylinder accommodating portion 41 in the extending direction of the inner cylinder portion 3 and has an opening 61 formed at the tip portion. A lid member 7 that is detachably attached to the outer peripheral wall portion 6 and seals the opening 61 is provided. Further, in the above embodiment, the lid member 7 is detachably attached to the lid main body 71 by sliding the lid member 7 in a direction intersecting the lid main body 71 in the direction in which the inner cylinder portion 3 extends. 72, and the slide member 72 was configured to include a sealing portion for sealing the opening and a holding portion for holding the sealing portion.

As a result, the slide member 72 can be attached to and detached from the lid member 7 by sliding the slide member 72 in the direction in which the inner cylinder portion 3 extends. Therefore, with the lid body 71 arranged above the opening 61 of the port 1, the slide member 72 can be attached and detached by sliding the slide member 72 from the lid member 7 in the sliding direction, so that the opening 61 is suppressed from being contaminated and the port 1 The opening 61 can be kept clean. Further, since the slide member 72 can be attached to and detached from the lid member 7 by sliding in the slide direction, the sealing portion 76 attached to the slide member 72 can be easily replaced.

Further, in the above embodiment, the slide member 72 is configured to have a pair of slide-side engaging claws 745 and 745 arranged at both ends in a direction orthogonal to the slide direction in which the slide member 72 is slid. It is configured to have a lid body side engaging portion 713 that can be engaged with the pair of slide side engaging claws 745 and 745. As a result, the slide member 72 and the lid body 71 can be easily attached to and detached by simply engaging and disengaging the pair of slide-side engaging claws 745 and 745 and the lid body-side engaging portion 713. Further, since the pair of slide-side engaging claws 745 and 745 are provided at both ends in the direction orthogonal to the slide direction of the slide member 72, the pair of slide members 72 cannot be removed from the lid member 7. The slide member 72 can be removed from the lid member 7 by breaking the slide-side engaging claws 745 and 745.
