図5〜図8の背負い鞄(5)は実施例としてランドセルを使用。
本発明に図12のレインコート(1)を収納して図5の背負い鞄(5)の実施例であるランドセルに取付けるには、先ず図1の本発明の収納部(2)の内側係止具(4)に図12のレインコート(1)のハンガーループa(15)を図3の様に掛けて留めてから、図4の様にレインコート(1)を収納部(2)に収納した本発明を、図6の様に紐(7)を背負い鞄(5の)かぶせ(11)に通し、図8の様に外側係止具(6)を背負い鞄(5)のハンガーループb(16)に掛けて留めます。本発明は、前記の様にレインコート(1)を本発明の収納部(2)に収納して背負い鞄(5)に取付けます。
又、更に本発明を安定して取り付けたい時は、図8の様に取り付け部材(10)を肩ベルト(8)に通して連結部(9a)と連結部(9b)を留め、肩ベルト(8)に取り付けます。図2は収納部(2)の外側係止具(6)と紐(7)と取り付け部材(10)とその連結部(9a)と連結部(9b)を記した斜視図である。
雨が降ってきたら、背負い鞄(5)に取り付けた本発明の中の、図3の様に収納部(2)の内側係止具(4)にレインコート(1)のハンガーループa(15)を掛けて留めた図4の様に収納したレインコート1を、図14の様に収納部(2)からレインコート(1)を取り出します。図3の様にレインコート(1)のハンガーループa(15)を収納部(2)の内側係止具(4)に取り付けているので、収納部(2)から取り出したレインコート(1)は、図14の様に背負い鞄(5)の上部からぶら下がっている状態となり、レインコート(1)がぶら下がっている内側係止具(4)の位置は、ちょうど図15の様に背負い鞄(5)を背負った際の頭下の襟元(17)に位置します。図14の状態のレインコート(1)の袖(18)を引っ張って背負い鞄(5)を覆ってから背負い鞄(1)を背負い、背負い鞄(5)を覆っているレインコート(1)の袖(18)を引っ張って、背負い鞄(5)の上から図16の様にレインコート(1)を着用します。脱いだレインコート(1)を収納する際は、前記したレインコート(1)を収納部(2)に収納する方法と同じく、図14の状態の脱いだレインコート(1)を、図4の様に収納部(2)の内側に畳んで収納します。きちんと畳まなくても、グルグルっとレインコート(1)を丸めて収納出来るので、小さな子どもでもレインコート(1)を簡単に収納出来ます。
[本発明の構成について]

本発明には、図1の様にレインコート(1)を折り畳んで入れる為の収納部(2)と、収納部(2)の上部を開閉する為の蓋(3)と、レインコート(1)を収納部(2)の内側に係止する為の内側係止具(4)と、背負い鞄(5)の肩ベルト(8)に着脱にする為の取り付け部材(10)と連結部(9a)と連結部(9b)を有する。ベルト状の取り付け部材(10)の連結部(9a)と連結部(9b)を連結すると、取り付け部材(10)は本発明の持ち手にもなる。本発明の取り付け部材(10)と、図2の様に収納部(2)の外側の蓋(3)が取り付けられた位置の近傍に、図7の様に背負い鞄(5)のハンガーループb(16)に取り付ける為の外側係止具(6)と、図5の背負い鞄(5)の上部に本発明をしっかりと取り付する為に、図2の外側係止具(6)が付いた収納部(2)の外側の面に、図6の様に背負い鞄(5)のかぶせ(11)に通す為に、収納部(2)の左右の端と端をつなぐ紐(7)を取付け、図8の様に背負い鞄(5)の肩ベルト(8)に本発明を着脱する為の、着脱可能な連結部(9a)と連結部(9b)を有する取り付け部材(10)を設けた構造となっている。
[蓋3について]
図1に基づいて説明する。
図1の様に、収納部(2)の上部の蓋取り付け部(19)に固定された蓋(3)には係止可能な面ファスナーa(20)を設け、収納部(2)には面ファスナーb(21)を設け、蓋(3)の面ファスナーa(20)と収納部(2)の面ファスナーb(21)で蓋(3)の開閉を行う。又、蓋(3)の開閉はチャック式のファスナーやボタンなどの係止可能な係止具でも良い。
[内側係止具(4)と外側係止具(6)の実施形態と、その長さについて]
図1〜2図5図8図14〜15に基づいて説明する。
図1の内側係止具(4)と図2の外側係止具(6)の実施形態として、図8の様にカラビナ(12)と収納部(2)を接続するカラビナ取り付け紐(13)を設ける。カラビナ(12)にカラビナ取り付け紐(13)を接続した全長は3cm以上15cm以下とする。全長が3cmより短いと、図5の背負い鞄(5)のハンガーループb(16)に本発明を図15の様に取り付けた際、背負い鞄(5)の上部から襟元(17)の方へ引っ張られて、背負い鞄(5)の上から襟元(17)に本発明がずれて落ちてしまう。又全長が15cmより長いと、背負い鞄(5)の上部から下部に本発明がずれ落ちてしまい、図14の様にレインコート(1)を出した際に、襟元(17)からレインコート(1)が遠くなりレインコート(1)が着づらくなってしまう。その為カラビナ(12)とカラビナ取り付け紐(13)の全長は3cm以上15cm以下とする。
[収納部2内部の吸水体14について]
図1図9〜11に基づいて説明する。
図1の収納部(2)の内側に、濡れたレインコート(1)の水分を吸収する吸水体(14)を図9の様に備えます。取り付ける吸水体(14)の実施例としては、布地、吸水性の優れた吸水体(14)、吸水性をより向上させた凹凸のある吸水体(14)などを備えます。図9に示す様に収納部(2)の内側の側面や底面や側壁に直接吸水体(14)を縫い付けたり、図10の様に収納部(2)の内側に面ファスナーc(22)やボタンなどの係止具を設け、図11の様に独立した吸水体(14)の吸水体裏面(23)に面ファスナーd(24)やボタンなどの係止具を設け、図10の収納部(2)の面ファスナーc(22)と独立した吸水体14の吸水体裏面(23)の面ファスナーd(24)を留めて吸水体(14)を備えて、収納部(2)から着脱自在に出来る吸水体(14)にしても良い。着脱自在にする事によって、水分をもうけた吸水体(14)を取り外して乾かす事が出来る
図4の様に、濡れたレインコート(1)を収納部(2)に収納した際に、収納部(2)の内側に備えた吸水体(14)が水分を吸水するので、レインコート(1)が収納部(2)の中で蒸れるのを防ぐ。又、レインコート(1)を収納部(2)から取り出した時に水分が軽減しレインコート(1)を快適に使用出来る。
[紐7の形状について]
図2図6図17に基づいて説明する。
図2にある収納部(2)の外側の紐(7)の実施形態として、図17の様にロープなど断面が丸い紐(25)や、横幅のある帯状の紐(26)や、伸縮のあるゴム(27)や、編み込んだ紐(28)などを設ける。断面が丸い紐(25)は幅をとらないので収納部(2)の外側に設けた際、収納部(2)の外側の面の広さ関わらずコンパクトに取り付けられる利点がある。帯状の紐(26)は横幅があるので図6の様に背負い鞄(5)のかぶせ(11)に取り付けた際、かぶせ(11)と接する収納部(2)の面積が増えてしっかりと背負い鞄(5)の上に固定する事が出来る。編み込んだ紐(28)は、編み込む紐の色を変えて見た目を華やかにしたり、編み込む為に何本か編む込む紐を使用するので編み込んだ紐(28)の強度が増す利点がある。
[背負い鞄(5)に使用するレインコート(1)の形態]
図13図15に基づいて説明する。
図15の様に背負い鞄(5)の上からレインコート(1)を着用する際は、図13の様にレインコート(1)の背面が開くギャザー(29)のついたタイプの背負い鞄(5)対応のレインコート1を使用する。背中にギャザー(29)のないレインコート(1)を背負い鞄(5)の上から着用するのは、レインコート(1)の幅が足りずにボタンが留まらなかったりして着用するのは難しい。本発明に使用するレインコート(1)は、背負い鞄(5)に対応した背中にギャザー(29)の付いた背負い鞄(5)対応のレインコート(1)を使用する。
[本発明の背負い鞄(5)への3通りの取り付け方について]
図2図6図8図15に基づいて説明する。
1通り目は、図2の紐(7)を使って取り付けをします。図6の様に背負い鞄(5)のかぶせ(11)に紐(7)を通してから、背負い鞄(5)の上部まで押し上げて本発明を背負い鞄(5)のかぶせ(11)に図7の様に取り付けます。紐(7)をかぶせ(11)に通す事により、収納部(2)とかぶせ(11)がしっかりと密着するので、背負い鞄(5)と本発明が一体化し、背負い鞄(5)の上部で本発明がひっくり返ったりねじれたりするのを防ぎ、図15の様に背負い鞄(5)を背負った際、背負い鞄(5)の上部の本発明が背負い鞄(5)の上部から襟元(17)に動くのを防ぎます。
2通り目は、図8の様に本発明の外側係止具6を使って取り付けをします。背負い鞄(5)のハンガーループb(16)に外側係止具(6)を留めて固定します。外側係止具(6)をハンガーループb(16)に取り付ける事により、背負い鞄(5)の上に本発明を固定して背負い鞄(5)の上部から本発明が落ちる事を防ぎます。
3通り目は、図8の様に取り付け部材(10)を肩ベルト(8)に通して連結部(9a)と連結部(9b)を使って取り付けます。肩ベルト(8)に通すので、本発明が背負い鞄(5)の上でねじれる事を防ぎます。
[背負い鞄(5)にかぶせ(11)を有している形態と無い形態によっての、本発明の取り付け方]
図1〜2図6図8図15に基づいて説明する。
本発明を図15の様に背負い鞄(5)に取り付ける方法は、図2の紐(7)と図1の外側係止具(6)と図1の取り付け部材(10)での3通りでの取り付け方があります。この3通りの取り付け方がある事によって、背負い鞄(5)にかぶせ(11)を有している形態とかぶせ(11)が無い形態の両方の背負い鞄(5)に対応して、本発明を背負い鞄(5)に取り付ける事が出来ます。かぶせ(11)を有している形態では、紐(7)と外側係止具(6)の2通りの取り付け方で背負い鞄(5)の上にしっかりと取り付ける事が出来ます。かぶせ(11)が無い形態の背負い鞄(5)には、外側係止具(6)と取り付け部材(10)の2通りで取り付ける事が出来ます。
以下で、背負い鞄(5)のかぶせ(11)を有する形態と無い形態の、両方の形態の取り付け方を説明してます。
1.背負い鞄(5)にかぶせ(11)を有する形態では、紐(7)と外側係止具(6)の2通りの取り付け方を使って取り付けます。
図6の様にかぶせ(11)に紐(7)を通し、図8の様に外側係止具(6)をハンガーループb(16)に取り付けて本発明に取り付けます。紐(7)をかぶせ(11)に通す事により、収納部(2)とかぶせ(11)がしっかりと密着するので、背負い鞄(5)と本発明が一体化し、外側係止具(6)をハンガーループb(16)に取り付ける事により、背負い鞄(5)の上に本発明を固定して背負い鞄(5)の上部から本発明が落ちる事を防ぎます。この様に、この2通りの取り付け方によってしっかりと本発明を背負い鞄(5)に取り付ける事が出来ます。
2.背負い鞄(5)にかぶせ(11)が無い形態では、外側係止具(6)と取り付け部材(10)の2通りの取り付け方を使って取り付けます。
図8の様に外側係止具(6)をハンガーループb(16)に取り付け、図8の様に取り付け部材(10)を肩ベルト(8)に通して連結部(9a)と連結部(9b)を留めて本発明に取り付けます。外側係止具(6)をハンガーループb(16)に取り付ける事により背負い鞄(5)の上に本発明を固定して背負い鞄(5)の上部から本発明が落ちる事を防ぎ、取り付け部材(10)を肩ベルト(8)に通して留める事により本発明が背負い鞄(5)の上でねじれる事を防ぎます。

雨天時にはレインコート(1)をすぐに着用出来、使用後はすぐに収納が出来ます。子どもが背負い鞄(5)の上からレインコート(1)を着るのは難しいのですが、背負い鞄(5)を背負ったまま簡単にレインコート(1)が着用出来ます。また、学校でも脱いだレインコート(1)の置き場に困りません。
図15の様に背負い鞄(5)に本発明を取り付けて、背負い鞄(5)の上のサブバックとして折り畳み傘・ペットボトル・タオルなども収納出来ます。使用時には、背負い鞄(5)の上からすぐに取り出せます。
本発明は、自転車通勤・通学・遠足・野外フェスタ・行楽地・など屋外活動に活躍します。屋外での急な雨でも、図15の様に背負い鞄(5)の上の本発明からすぐにレインコート(1)を取り出して着用と収納が出来、降ったり止んだりの雨にも素早く対応出来ます。
