３．本発明の背負い鞄に取り付ける収納袋は、前記内側係止具と前記外側係止具の少なくとも一方は、カラビナと前記収納部と前記カラビナを接続するカラビナ取り付け紐からなる事を特徴とする。
４．本発明の背負い鞄に取り付ける収納袋は、前記外側係止部の前記カラビナと前記カラビナ取り付け紐を接続した全長は、３ｃｍ以上１５ｃｍ以下とする事を特徴とする。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図に基づいて説明します。
［本発明にレインコート（１）を収納して、本発明を背負い鞄（５）に取付けて使用します］
図１〜６図８図１２図１４〜１６に基づいて説明する。
図５〜図８の背負い鞄（５）は実施例としてランドセルを使用。
本発明に図１２のレインコート（１）を収納して図５の背負い鞄（５）の実施例であるランドセルに取付けるには、先ず図１の本発明の収納部（２）の内側係止具（４）に図１２のレインコート（１）のハンガーループａ（１５）を図３の様に掛けて留めてから、図４の様にレインコート（１）を収納部（２）に収納した本発明を、図６の様に紐（７）を背負い鞄（５の）かぶせ（１１）に通し、図８の様に外側係止具（６）を背負い鞄（５）のハンガーループｂ（１６）に掛けて留めます。本発明は、前記の様にレインコート（１）を本発明の収納部（２）に収納して背負い鞄（５）に取付けます。
又、更に本発明を安定して取り付けたい時は、図８の様に取り付け部材（１０）を肩ベルト（８）に通して連結部（９ａ）と連結部（９ｂ）を留め、肩ベルト（８）に取り付けます。図２は収納部（２）の外側係止具（６）と紐（７）と取り付け部材（１０）とその連結部（９ａ）と連結部（９ｂ）を記した斜視図である。

本発明には、図１の様にレインコート（１）を折り畳んで入れる為の収納部（２）と、収納部（２）の上部を開閉する為の蓋（３）と、レインコート（１）を収納部（２）の内側に係止する為の内側係止具（４）と、背負い鞄（５）の肩ベルト（８）に着脱にする為の取り付け部材（１０）と連結部（９ａ）と連結部（９ｂ）を有する。ベルト状の取り付け部材（１０）の連結部（９ａ）と連結部（９ｂ）を連結すると、取り付け部材（１０）は本発明の持ち手にもなる。本発明の取り付け部材（１０）と、図２の様に収納部（２）の外側の蓋（３）が取り付けられた位置の近傍に、図７の様に背負い鞄（５）のハンガーループｂ（１６）に取り付ける為の外側係止具（６）と、図５の背負い鞄（５）の上部に本発明をしっかりと取り付する為に、図２の外側係止具（６）が付いた収納部（２）の外側の面に、図６の様に背負い鞄（５）のかぶせ（１１）に通す為に、収納部（２）の左右の端と端をつなぐ紐（７）を取付け、図８の様に背負い鞄（５）の肩ベルト（８）に本発明を着脱する為の、着脱可能な連結部（９ａ）と連結部（９ｂ）を有する取り付け部材（１０）を設けた構造となっている。
［蓋３について］
図１に基づいて説明する。
図１の様に、収納部（２）の上部の蓋取り付け部（１９）に固定された蓋（３）には係止可能な面ファスナーａ（２０）を設け、収納部（２）には面ファスナーｂ（２１）を設け、蓋（３）の面ファスナーａ（２０）と収納部（２）の面ファスナーｂ（２１）で蓋（３）の開閉を行う。又、蓋（３）の開閉はチャック式のファスナーやボタンなどの係止可能な係止具でも良い。
［内側係止具（４）と外側係止具（６）の実施形態と、その長さについて］
図１〜２図５図８図１４〜１５に基づいて説明する。
図１の内側係止具（４）と図２の外側係止具（６）の実施形態として、図８の様にカラビナ（１２）と収納部（２）を接続するカラビナ取り付け紐（１３）を設ける。カラビナ（１２）にカラビナ取り付け紐（１３）を接続した全長は３ｃｍ以上１５ｃｍ以下とする。全長が３ｃｍより短いと、図５の背負い鞄（５）のハンガーループｂ（１６）に本発明を図１５の様に取り付けた際、背負い鞄（５）の上部から襟元（１７）の方へ引っ張られて、背負い鞄（５）の上から襟元（１７）に本発明がずれて落ちてしまう。又全長が１５ｃｍより長いと、背負い鞄（５）の上部から下部に本発明がずれ落ちてしまい、図１４の様にレインコート（１）を出した際に、襟元（１７）からレインコート（１）が遠くなりレインコート（１）が着づらくなってしまう。その為カラビナ（１２）とカラビナ取り付け紐（１３）の全長は３ｃｍ以上１５ｃｍ以下とする。
［収納部２内部の吸水体１４について］
図１図９〜１１に基づいて説明する。
図１の収納部（２）の内側に、濡れたレインコート（１）の水分を吸収する吸水体（１４）を図９の様に備えます。取り付ける吸水体（１４）の実施例としては、布地、吸水性の優れた吸水体（１４）、吸水性をより向上させた凹凸のある吸水体（１４）などを備えます。図９に示す様に収納部（２）の内側の側面や底面や側壁に直接吸水体（１４）を縫い付けたり、図１０の様に収納部（２）の内側に面ファスナーｃ（２２）やボタンなどの係止具を設け、図１１の様に独立した吸水体（１４）の吸水体裏面（２３）に面ファスナーｄ（２４）やボタンなどの係止具を設け、図１０の収納部（２）の面ファスナーｃ（２２）と独立した吸水体１４の吸水体裏面（２３）の面ファスナーｄ（２４）を留めて吸水体（１４）を備えて、収納部（２）から着脱自在に出来る吸水体（１４）にしても良い。着脱自在にする事によって、水分をもうけた吸水体（１４）を取り外して乾かす事が出来る
図４の様に、濡れたレインコート（１）を収納部（２）に収納した際に、収納部（２）の内側に備えた吸水体（１４）が水分を吸水するので、レインコート（１）が収納部（２）の中で蒸れるのを防ぐ。又、レインコート（１）を収納部（２）から取り出した時に水分が軽減しレインコート（１）を快適に使用出来る。
［紐７の形状について］
図２図６図１７に基づいて説明する。
図２にある収納部（２）の外側の紐（７）の実施形態として、図１７の様にロープなど断面が丸い紐（２５）や、横幅のある帯状の紐（２６）や、伸縮のあるゴム（２７）や、編み込んだ紐（２８）などを設ける。断面が丸い紐（２５）は幅をとらないので収納部（２）の外側に設けた際、収納部（２）の外側の面の広さ関わらずコンパクトに取り付けられる利点がある。帯状の紐（２６）は横幅があるので図６の様に背負い鞄（５）のかぶせ（１１）に取り付けた際、かぶせ（１１）と接する収納部（２）の面積が増えてしっかりと背負い鞄（５）の上に固定する事が出来る。編み込んだ紐（２８）は、編み込む紐の色を変えて見た目を華やかにしたり、編み込む為に何本か編む込む紐を使用するので編み込んだ紐（２８）の強度が増す利点がある。
［背負い鞄（５）に使用するレインコート（１）の形態］
図１３図１５に基づいて説明する。
図１５の様に背負い鞄（５）の上からレインコート（１）を着用する際は、図１３の様にレインコート（１）の背面が開くギャザー（２９）のついたタイプの背負い鞄（５）対応のレインコート１を使用する。背中にギャザー（２９）のないレインコート（１）を背負い鞄（５）の上から着用するのは、レインコート（１）の幅が足りずにボタンが留まらなかったりして着用するのは難しい。本発明に使用するレインコート（１）は、背負い鞄（５）に対応した背中にギャザー（２９）の付いた背負い鞄（５）対応のレインコート（１）を使用する。
［本発明の背負い鞄（５）への３通りの取り付け方について］
図２図６図８図１５に基づいて説明する。
１通り目は、図２の紐（７）を使って取り付けをします。図６の様に背負い鞄（５）のかぶせ（１１）に紐（７）を通してから、背負い鞄（５）の上部まで押し上げて本発明を背負い鞄（５）のかぶせ（１１）に図７の様に取り付けます。紐（７）をかぶせ（１１）に通す事により、収納部（２）とかぶせ（１１）がしっかりと密着するので、背負い鞄（５）と本発明が一体化し、背負い鞄（５）の上部で本発明がひっくり返ったりねじれたりするのを防ぎ、図１５の様に背負い鞄（５）を背負った際、背負い鞄（５）の上部の本発明が背負い鞄（５）の上部から襟元（１７）に動くのを防ぎます。
２通り目は、図８の様に本発明の外側係止具６を使って取り付けをします。背負い鞄（５）のハンガーループｂ（１６）に外側係止具（６）を留めて固定します。外側係止具（６）をハンガーループｂ（１６）に取り付ける事により、背負い鞄（５）の上に本発明を固定して背負い鞄（５）の上部から本発明が落ちる事を防ぎます。
３通り目は、図８の様に取り付け部材（１０）を肩ベルト（８）に通して連結部（９ａ）と連結部（９ｂ）を使って取り付けます。肩ベルト（８）に通すので、本発明が背負い鞄（５）の上でねじれる事を防ぎます。
［背負い鞄（５）にかぶせ（１１）を有している形態と無い形態によっての、本発明の取り付け方］
図１〜２図６図８図１５に基づいて説明する。
本発明を図１５の様に背負い鞄（５）に取り付ける方法は、図２の紐（７）と図１の外側係止具（６）と図１の取り付け部材（１０）での３通りでの取り付け方があります。この３通りの取り付け方がある事によって、背負い鞄（５）にかぶせ（１１）を有している形態とかぶせ（１１）が無い形態の両方の背負い鞄（５）に対応して、本発明を背負い鞄（５）に取り付ける事が出来ます。かぶせ（１１）を有している形態では、紐（７）と外側係止具（６）の２通りの取り付け方で背負い鞄（５）の上にしっかりと取り付ける事が出来ます。かぶせ（１１）が無い形態の背負い鞄（５）には、外側係止具（６）と取り付け部材（１０）の２通りで取り付ける事が出来ます。
以下で、背負い鞄（５）のかぶせ（１１）を有する形態と無い形態の、両方の形態の取り付け方を説明してます。
１．背負い鞄（５）にかぶせ（１１）を有する形態では、紐（７）と外側係止具（６）の２通りの取り付け方を使って取り付けます。
図６の様にかぶせ（１１）に紐（７）を通し、図８の様に外側係止具（６）をハンガーループｂ（１６）に取り付けて本発明に取り付けます。紐（７）をかぶせ（１１）に通す事により、収納部（２）とかぶせ（１１）がしっかりと密着するので、背負い鞄（５）と本発明が一体化し、外側係止具（６）をハンガーループｂ（１６）に取り付ける事により、背負い鞄（５）の上に本発明を固定して背負い鞄（５）の上部から本発明が落ちる事を防ぎます。この様に、この２通りの取り付け方によってしっかりと本発明を背負い鞄（５）に取り付ける事が出来ます。
２．背負い鞄（５）にかぶせ（１１）が無い形態では、外側係止具（６）と取り付け部材（１０）の２通りの取り付け方を使って取り付けます。
図８の様に外側係止具（６）をハンガーループｂ（１６）に取り付け、図８の様に取り付け部材（１０）を肩ベルト（８）に通して連結部（９ａ）と連結部（９ｂ）を留めて本発明に取り付けます。外側係止具（６）をハンガーループｂ（１６）に取り付ける事により背負い鞄（５）の上に本発明を固定して背負い鞄（５）の上部から本発明が落ちる事を防ぎ、取り付け部材（１０）を肩ベルト（８）に通して留める事により本発明が背負い鞄（５）の上でねじれる事を防ぎます。
［取り付け部材（１０）と連結部（９ａ）と連結部（９ｂ）について］

本発明は、自転車通勤・通学・遠足・野外フェスタ・行楽地・など屋外活動に活躍します。屋外での急な雨でも、図１５の様に背負い鞄（５）の上の本発明からすぐにレインコート（１）を取り出して着用と収納が出来、降ったり止んだりの雨にも素早く対応出来ます。
