Description
前記上型および前記下型を相対回転させると共に両者を前記成形部材に対して一体に回転させる駆動装置であって、前記上型および前記下型の一方を前記エッジワイズ屈曲部から前記導線の遊端に向かう方向に回転させて他方から離間させる駆動装置を備え、
前記上型および前記下型の前記一方は、前記導線の前記端部に前記エッジワイズ屈曲部が形成されるのに伴って前記端部の側面を支持する支持面と、前記支持面と交差すると共に前記支持面から前記回転軸心とは反対側に離間するにつれて前記導線の前記端部から前記エッジワイズ屈曲部に最も近接した前記フラットワイズ屈曲部の曲げ方向とは反対側に離間するように形成されたガイド面とを含むものである。
また、この際、制御装置100は、第1および第2成形型10,20を互いに同一の回転速度で回転軸心RAの周りに回転させるように第1および第2駆動装置50,60のモータM1,M2を制御する。
Claims (7)
- 上側および下型を回転軸心の周りに相対回転させて導線に少なくとも1つのフラットワイズ屈曲部を形成すると共に、導線を保持した前記上型および前記下型と成形部材とを相対回転させ、前記導線の端部に前記成形部材を押し当てて前記端部にエッジワイズ屈曲部を形成する導線成形装置において、
前記上型および前記下型を相対回転させると共に両者を前記成形部材に対して一体に回転させる駆動装置であって、前記上型および前記下型の一方を前記エッジワイズ屈曲部から前記導線の遊端に向かう方向に回転させて他方から離間させる駆動装置を備え、
前記上型および前記下型の前記一方は、前記導線の前記端部に前記エッジワイズ屈曲部が形成されるのに伴って前記端部の側面を支持する支持面と、前記支持面と交差すると共に前記支持面から前記回転軸心とは反対側に離間するにつれて前記導線の前記端部から前記エッジワイズ屈曲部に最も近接した前記フラットワイズ屈曲部の曲げ方向とは反対側に離間するように形成されたガイド面とを含む導線成形装置。 - 請求項1に記載の導線成形装置において、
前記支持面の高さは、前記導線のフラットワイズ方向における厚みの1〜1.5倍である導線成形装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の導線成形装置において、前記ガイド面は、前記回転軸心に直交する平坦面を含む導線成形装置。
- 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の導線成形装置において、前記支持面および前記ガイド面は、前記上型に形成されている導線成形装置。
- 請求項4に記載の導線成形装置において、
前記成形部材と前記導線の前記端部とが当接するのに応じて前記成形部材を前記端部側に付勢する弾性体を更に備え、
前記下型は、前記上型および前記下型と前記成形部材とが相対回転する際に前記成形部材に当接して前記弾性体の付勢力による前記成形部材の前記端部側への移動を制限する移動制限部を含む導線成形装置。 - 請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の導線成形装置において、
前記駆動装置は、前記上型に駆動力を付与して前記上型を前記回転軸心の周りに回転させる上型駆動装置と、前記下型に駆動力を付与して前記下型を前記回転軸心の周りに回転させる下型駆動装置とを含む導線成形装置。 - 請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の導線成形装置において、
前記導線は、コイルの一端から延出されたバスバー部であり、前記コイルを保持する保持部を更に備える導線成形装置。
