Description

前記ポリアルキルアミン混合物または組成物は、この組成物中のポリアルキルアミン化合物(I)および(II)の総重量に対して、少なくとも3重量%の式(I)または(II)の分岐化合物を含み、分岐化合物は:

グレード20の油は、100℃で5.6〜9.3mm2/秒の動粘度を有する。グレード30の油は、100℃で9.3〜12.5mm2/秒の動粘度を有する。グレード40の油は、100℃で12.5〜16.3mm2/秒の動粘度を有する。グレード50の油は、100℃で16.3〜21.9mm2/秒の動粘度を有する。グレード60の油は、100℃で21.9〜26.1mm2/秒の動粘度を有する。

Duomeen(登録商標)2HTは、AkzoNobelから入手可能である。
シアノエチル化工程は、反応器にDuomeen 2HT、イソプロパノール(形成されるジシアノ生成物のための共触媒および溶剤)、水、およびHClを入れ、その後、約3時間かけてアクリロニトリルを添加することによって、行う。反応経路:
直鎖および分岐生成物の混合物(Tetrameen(登録商標)2HTb)は、前述したシアノエチル化工程および水素化工程を繰り返す2サイクル処置によって調製した。0.6モルのDuomeen(登録商標)2HTを、第1のシアノエチル化工程で0.65モルのアクリロニトリルと組み合わせて反応させた。水素化後、トリアミンを、さらに0.65モルのアクリロニトリルと組み合わせて反応させた。各シアノエチル化工程の終わりに、NMRを使用して、反応混合物を分析し、1モルのアクリロニトリルが出発物質1モル当たりで反応したかどうか決定した。反応速度が遅すぎることが分かった場合、いくらか追加のアクリロニトリルを添加し、1時間後に分析を繰り返した。このサイクルを、所望の反応が得られるまで繰り返した。最終生成物は、以下の条件を適用してGC−MSを用いて分析した:

添加剤を含む基油に、本発明による、または先行技術による脂肪酸アルキルポリアミンを加え、完全にブレンドし、その後、50BNポイントの潤滑剤組成物を95%の硫酸で中和して、舶用機関での潤滑組成物の実際の使用条件に近くなるように組成物の中和の現象をシミュレートした。
Claims (16)
- 潤滑剤組成物であって:
−少なくとも1つの潤滑基油、
−式(I)または(II)の1つ以上のポリアルキルアミンを含む少なくとも1つのジ脂肪族アルキル(エン)ポリアルキルアミン組成物、または、
それらの誘導体
を含み:

−式(II)において、nが1以上であることを意味する、潤滑剤組成物。 - 前記ポリアルキルアミン組成物は、前記組成物中のポリアルキルアミン化合物(I)および(II)の総重量に対して、少なくとも4%w/wの式(I)または(II)の分岐化合物を含み、分岐化合物は:

- 舶用機関の高温部における沈殿物の形成を減少させるための、潤滑剤組成物中での少なくとも1つの脂肪族アミンの使用であって、前記脂肪族アミンは、式(I)または(II)の1つ以上のポリアルキルアミンを含むポリアルキルアミン組成物、または、

前記ポリアルキルアミン組成物は、前記組成物中のポリアルキルアミン化合物(I)および(II)の総重量と比べて、少なくとも3重量%の式(I)または(II)の分岐化合物を含み、分岐化合物は:
−式(I)において、nおよびzのうちの少なくとも一方が1以上であり、
−式(II)において、nが1以上であることを意味する、使用。
