Description
Claims (9)
- 手術用照明のための装置であって、
手術中の患者の照明のための第1の光を生成するコヒーレント光源と、
第1の光を第1の光ファイバのファイバコアにおける焦点へと集光させるためのコンデンサレンズと、
前記コンデンサレンズを前記第1の光ファイバの伝送方向に垂直な平面内で振動させる振動ステージであって、前記焦点が前記ファイバコア上で動かされて第2の光が生成される振動ステージと、
前記第1の光ファイバからの前記第2の光を受け取る第2の光ファイバであって、前記第2の光を前記患者に投射する第2の光ファイバと、
を含んでおり、
前記手術は眼科手術であり、前記第2の光ファイバは前記第2の光を前記患者の眼に投射し、
前記第1の光ファイバからの前記第2の光の強度を測定するための光強度センサをさらに含み、前記振動ステージは、前記測定された強度に基づいて、前記焦点の動きを前記ファイバコアに限定するように制御される、
手術用照明のための装置。 - 前記コヒーレント光源は単色レーザである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コヒーレント光源は前記第1の光を生成するように組み合わせられた複数の単色レーザである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記振動ステージは、
前記コンデンサレンズに機械的に連結された圧電アクチュエータ
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記振動ステージは、
前記コンデンサレンズに機械的に連結された電磁アクチュエータ
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記振動ステージは、
前記コンデンサレンズに機械的に連結された電子機械工学的アクチュエータ
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記振動ステージは、前記コンデンサレンズに往復運動及び円運動の少なくとも一方を前記焦点に付与させる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コンデンサレンズは前記焦点にランダム化運動を付与する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コヒーレント光源は、前記コヒーレント光源からの前記第1の光を受け取る第3の光ファイバであり、前記振動ステージ及び前記コンデンサレンズはコンデンサモードミキサ装置の中に含められ、これは、
前記第3の光ファイバに接続されるための入射光コネクタと、
前記光ファイバと、前記第二の光ファイバに直接連結される第4の光ファイバとの間に接続されるための射出光コネクタと、
前記コンデンサレンズの前記振動のための電力を供給する電源と、
をさらに含み、
前記コンデンサレンズは30Hzより高い周波数で振動する、
