Claims (11)
- パイナップルの果実から可食部及び果皮を除いたパイナップル果芯の部分を含むパイナップル残渣をpH7以上の水性媒体中でセルラーゼ酵素剤と接触させる第1の工程と、
前記接触後に固液分離する第2の工程と、
分離して得られた固形部分を水性媒体中で放置する第3の工程を有するパイナップル残渣の処理方法。 - 前記第1の工程においてpH7以上pH10以下の水性媒体中で接触させる請求項1に記載の処理方法。
- 前記第3の工程においてpH4以上pH6以下で放置する請求項1又は2に記載の処理方法。
- パイナップルの果実から可食部及び果皮を除いたパイナップル果芯の部分を含むパイナップル残渣をpH7以上の水性媒体中でセルラーゼ酵素剤と接触させる第1の工程と、
前記接触後に固液分離する第2の工程と、
分離して得られた固形部分を水性媒体中で放置する第3の工程を有する処理方法によって得られた処理物を含ませる工程を有する組成物の製造方法。 - 前記第1の工程においてpH7以上pH10以下の水性媒体中で接触させる請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第3の工程においてpH7未満で放置する請求項4又は5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記組成物に含ませる処理物は、前記第3の工程で得られた放置混合物を固液分離して得られた液体部分及び/又は固形部分、及び/又はそれらから得られた乾燥物である請求項4〜6の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記組成物に含ませる処理物は、前記第3の工程で得られた放置混合物の乾燥物である請求項4〜6の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記組成物は、食品組成物、医薬組成物、化粧用組成物の何れかである請求項4〜8の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- パイナップルの果実から可食部及び果皮を除いたパイナップル果芯の部分を含むパイナップル残渣をpH7以上の水性媒体中でセルラーゼ酵素剤と接触させる第1の工程と、
前記接触後に固液分離する第2の工程と、
分離して得られた固形部分からヘミセルロース分解物を生成させる第3の工程を有するヘミセルロース分解物の製造方法。 - 前記第3の工程は、分離して得られた固形部分をpH7未満で水性媒体と接触させる工程である請求項10に記載のヘミセルロース分解物の製造方法。
