Description
図1及び図2に示すように、第1の実施形態に係るプランジャポンプ1は、主に析出性や固着性を有する流体や、浸透性が非常に高い流体などの移送に用いられ得る。移送される流体としては、例えば医療用分析装置等で使用される生理食塩水に近いバッファ液(緩衝液)や各種の試薬、人工透析装置で使用される透析液などの析出や固着が発生し易く、浸透性が高い液体が挙げられる。
次に、第2の実施形態に係るプランジャポンプ1について説明する。
なお、図4を含む以降の説明において、第1の実施形態と同一の構成要素に関しては同一の参照符号を附しているので、以下では重複する説明は省略する。
その他、図示は省略するが、プランジャポンプ1は、次のような構成を備えていてもよい。例えば、スペーサ部14のスペーサ内周面14a、シリンダ本体12Aのシリンダ内周面12a及びプランジャ13のプランジャ外周面13aの少なくとも一つに、凹状或いは溝形状の空間からなる液溜り部が形成されていてもよい。液溜り部を設けることで、プランジャ13のプランジャ外周面13aとの各摺動部分をよりウェットな状態に保つことができるので、析出や固着をより起こり難くすることができる。
更に、その他の実施形態として、プランジャポンプ1のプランジャ13の基端側付近からの液漏れが極少量であるか、又は液漏れの発生がポンプ使用上問題とならないような場合では、リップシール21やバリシール29(及びこれらと共にバックシート22)を使用せずに、スペーサ部14のみが収容孔28内に配置される構造も採ることができる。

Claims (5)
- 内部にシリンダ室を有するシリンダと、
外周面が前記シリンダの内周面に摺接するように前記シリンダ室に対して進退自在に配置されると共に、先端部外周にカット面が形成されたプランジャと、
前記シリンダに、前記シリンダ室に繋がるように設けられた吸込口及び吐出口とを備え、
前記プランジャを前記シリンダ室に対して回転運動させながら軸方向に往復運動させることで、前記吸込口及び吐出口を交互に前記シリンダ室に連通させて流体の移送を行うプランジャポンプであって、
前記シリンダは、シリンダ本体と、このシリンダ本体の基端側の内側部分に装着され、前記プランジャの前記シリンダ室に進退する部分よりも基端側の部分と摺動するスペーサ部とを備え、
前記シリンダの基端部側に設けられ、前記シリンダ本体、前記プランジャ及び前記スペーサ部をシールするシール部を更に備え、
前記スペーサ部は、基端部側の内周面が、前記プランジャの前記基端側の部分と接触しない拡径部を有し、
前記シール部は、前記シリンダ本体の基端部端面及び前記スペーサ部の基端部端面とそれぞれ密着すると共に、内周部に、前記プランジャに摺接して前記軸方向にそり上がった部分を有し、
前記シール部の前記内周部のそり上がった部分は、前記スペーサ部の前記拡径部の内側に配置されている
ことを特徴とするプランジャポンプ。 - 前記シリンダ本体は、第1の硬度の材料からなり、
前記スペーサ部は、前記第1の硬度より柔らかい第2の硬度の樹脂材料からなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のプランジャポンプ。 - 前記スペーサ部は、撥水性及び耐摩耗性の少なくとも一つを有する材料からなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のプランジャポンプ。 - 前記第1の硬度は、モース硬度で8〜13であり、前記第2の硬度は、Rスケールのロックウェル硬度で130以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のプランジャポンプ。 - 前記樹脂材料は、PTFE(ポリテトラフルオロエチレン)樹脂、PP(ポリプロピレン)樹脂、PE(ポリエチレン)樹脂、PVDF(ポリフッ化ビニリデン)樹脂、UHMWPE(超高分子量ポリエチレン)樹脂、PPS(ポリフェニレンサルファイド)樹脂、PEEK(ポリエーテルエーテルケトン)樹脂、PSU(ポリスルホン)樹脂、POM(ポリアセタール)樹脂、及びPA6(ポリアミド6、6ナイロン)樹脂のいずれか1つである
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は4記載のプランジャポンプ。
