Description

The present invention relates to a metal fitting for fixing a folded plate roofing material, which is suitable for fixing a folded plate roofing material widely used in a large area roof such as a factory, a warehouse, or a large store. The metal fitting for fixing the folded plate roofing material of the present invention is only used when a new folded plate roofing material is installed on the existing folded plate roofing material to repair the roof (double-roofed folded plate roof). Instead, it is also used when installing a folded plate roofing material on a tight frame and roofing it (new installation). Hereinafter, a new folded plate roofing material is installed on the existing folded plate roofing material. The case where the roof is repaired will be described as an example.

Originally, the folded plate roofing material is made of a steel plate coil, which is molded into a desired shape and length by a roll forming machine installed at a manufacturing factory and a construction site, and is used as it is as a roofing material. Therefore, it is widely used as a roofing material that can economically secure workability, wind pressure resistance, and water stopping property.

In particular, in recent years, this type of roofing material has been widely used as a roofing material for the so-called cover method, in which a new folded-plate roofing material is placed on the existing folded-plate roofing material to roof the folded-plate roof. This has made it possible to efficiently repair folded-plate roofs.

As a prior art in this regard, the neck of the hemlock tightening portion of the existing folded plate roofing material is sandwiched between a pair of sandwiching pieces, and the hanger fixed to the sandwiching piece or the sandwiching piece is connected. A metal folded-plate roof as disclosed in Patent Document 1, for example, which enables roofing by linking a new folded-plate roofing material via a hanger fixed to the upper support portion. Re-roofing metal fittings are known.

Japanese Patent No. 3455908

By the way, the conventional roofing metal fittings as disclosed in the above document have a structure in which the hanger is connected to the sandwiching piece with only a single bolt, or is connected to the upper support portion via a single bolt. Therefore, it is difficult to say that the fixing strength is sufficient, and when a large negative pressure acts on the folded plate roofing material in a strong wind such as a typhoon, the deformation (elongation deformation) at the fixed part of the hanger There is also concern that the support of the folded plate roofing material will become unstable due to such factors, and there is still room for improvement in this regard.

An object of the present invention is to provide a metal fitting for fixing a folded plate roofing material, which has a particularly high fixing strength of a hanger and can stably support the folded plate roofing material even when a large negative pressure acts on the folded plate roofing material. Further, the fixing metal fittings are installed at intervals of about 3 to 4 m, although it depends on the length of the folded plate roofing material 1, to fix and support the folded plate roofing material 1.

Reference numerals 3 in FIGS. 3 to 10 are bases installed on the top wall 1d and 1e of the mountain plate portion 1f of the existing folded plate roofing material 1. The base 3 is a top wall portion 3a located above the winding portion formed in the upper goby 1g and the lower goby 1h of the existing folded plate roofing material 1 and having the upper surface side as the top outer wall, and the top wall portion. It is provided with a pair of side walls (inclined side walls) 3b and 3c that are connected to both ends of 3a and form a partition recess N that is open downward inside the top wall portion 3a in cooperation with the top wall portion 3a.

On the side wall 3b of one of the pair of side walls 3b and 3c, an arm 3b1 capable of contacting one side of the winding portion formed in the upper goby 1g and the lower goby 1h of the existing folded plate roofing material 1 is provided. The other side wall 3c of the pair of side walls 3b and 3c is in contact with the opposite side of the winding portion formed in the upper goby 1g and the lower goby 1h of the existing folded plate roofing material 1. A push bolt 3c1 is provided to sandwich the wound portion of the existing folded plate roofing material 1 between the arm 3b1 and the arm 3b1. The base 3 is fixed to the existing folded plate roofing material 1 by sandwiching the winding portion of the existing folded plate roofing material 1 between the arm 3b1 and the push bolt 3c1. A backing plate 3b11 is provided at the tip of the arm 3b1 in order to ensure that it is sandwiched between the push bolt 3c1 and the push bolt 3c1.

Further, reference numeral 4 is held on the outer wall of the top of the base 3 in an upright position, and is linked to the winding portion formed in the upper goby 1g and the lower goby 1h of the new folded plate roofing material 1, and the new folded plate is linked to the new folded plate. A hanger that supports the roofing material 1.

The hanger 4 has a hook-shaped piece 4c at the upper end of the main body portion thereof, and at the lower end thereof, a fixing piece integrally connected to the lower end and connected to the side wall 3b of the base 3 via a fastening bolt T. It has a 4a and a tongue piece 4b that is integrally connected to the lower end of the hook 4 at a position facing the fixed piece 4a and can be brought into contact with the outer wall of the top of the base 3. Here, the facing position means that the tongue piece 4b is provided in the opposite direction to the fixed piece 4a with the main body portion of the hanger 4 as a base point.

As the hanger 4, as shown in FIG. 11, the first disassembled state is provided with a hook-shaped piece 4c that can be linked to the winding portion of the upper goby 1g and the lower goby 1h of the new folded plate roofing material 1. It can be composed of a plate-shaped body 4'and a second plate-shaped body 4'that includes a tongue piece 4b and is superposed on the first plate-shaped body 4'. In this case, the two are joined by a joining means such as spot welding.

The first plate-like body 4'is horizontal so that the upper end portion can contact the upright wall 4d connected to the hook-shaped piece 4c and the upper end outer surface wall and the side wall 3b of the base 3 connected to the lower end of the upright wall 4d. A hanging piece 4e including a wall portion and an inclined wall portion is provided. Further, the second plate-shaped body 4 ″ is connected to the back standing wall 4f which is overlapped on the back surface of the standing wall 4d and the lower end of the back standing wall 4f, and the horizontal wall portion and the inclination of the hanging piece 4e. An upper hanging piece 4g that is superposed on the wall portion to form a fixing piece 4a is provided, and a tongue piece 4b is inserted through the upright wall 4d of the first plate-shaped body 4'to allow the tongue piece 4b to be inserted. A slit S to be exposed is formed on the front surface (opposite side) of the upright wall 4d.

In the fixing metal fitting having such a configuration, the rigidity of the hanger 4 itself is made possible while the hook-shaped piece 4c can be easily deformed when forming the winding portion in the upper goby 1g and the lower goby 1h of the folded plate roofing material 1. (The part excluding the hook-shaped piece 4c) can be increased. Further, since the fixing piece 4a of the hanger 4 is connected to the side wall 3b of the base 3 via the fastening bolt T, the head of the fastening bolt T projects upward from the top wall portion 3a of the base 3. The height C of the fixing bracket (see FIG. 10) can be lowered by about 30% (about 50 mm) as compared with the conventional fixing bracket as shown in FIG. The hanger 4 is formed by bending one plate material as long as the hook-shaped piece 4c can be easily deformed and the rigidity of other parts can be increased. May be used.

Further, reference numeral 5 is a locking piece detachably provided on the base 3. The locking piece 5 forms a gap n (see FIG. 5) between the base 3 and the top outer wall, and the tongue piece 4b is inserted into the gap n to attach the hanger 4 to the tongue piece 4b and the fixing piece. It is supported at at least two points of 4a (supported at both ends), whereby the fixing strength of the hanger 4 can be increased.

Specifically, the locking piece 5 is integrally connected to the locking piece main body 5a facing the top outer wall of the base 3 and the rear end portion of the locking piece main body 5a, and is connected to the base 3 via a push bolt 3c1. A side plate 5b fixedly held to 3 can be applied.

Further, reference numeral 6 is a convex portion integrally provided on the lower surface of the locking piece main body 5a (see FIGS. 5 and 10). The lower end of the convex portion 6 abuts against the upper outer surface wall of the base 3, and there is a gap n for inserting the tongue piece 4b between the lower surface of the locking piece main body 5a and the upper outer surface wall of the base 3. Is forming. As shown in FIG. 13 by enlarging the cross section AA of FIG. 5, three convex portions 6 are provided along the longitudinal direction of the hanger 4, but the number of convex portions 6 is appropriate. It can be increased or decreased. The convex portion 6 is shown as a dowel formed by pressing a part of the locking piece main body 5a.

Further, reference numeral 7 is a J-shaped winding portion provided at the lower end portion of the side plate 5b of the locking piece 5 and winding a part (lower portion) of the side wall 3c of the base 3. By providing the entanglement portion 7, the locking piece 5 is accurately positioned with respect to the base 3.

In the metal fitting for fixing the folded plate roofing material suitable for the present invention, the hanger 4 is provided with a fixing piece 4a and a tongue piece 4b extending in opposite directions with respect to the upright wall 4d and the back upright wall 4f, respectively, and the fixing piece 4b is provided. Since the hanger 4 is fixed to the base 3 by the tongue pieces 4a and the tongue piece 4b, the fixing strength of the hanger 4 is significantly higher than that of the conventional one, and a large negative pressure such that the folded plate roofing material 1 is lifted acts. Can also stably support the folded plate roofing material 1.

It is desirable to set the gap n to the thickness of the tongue piece 4b + 0.5 mm, and by securing this gap n, rattling of the tongue piece 4b in the gap n can be avoided.

When the length L of the hanger 4 (see FIG. 7) is set to, for example, about 130 to 150 mm, the length W of the fixing piece 4a is set to about 100 mm. Further, the width dimension H of the tongue piece 4b is preferably set to at least 2/3 times or less of the length W of the fixed piece 4a, whereby deformation (elongation deformation) at the fixed portion of the hanger 4 is ensured. It can be suppressed. If a plurality of tongue pieces 4b are provided, the total dimensions are used. When the length W of the fixed piece 4a is about 100 mm and one tongue piece 4b is provided, the width dimension H of the tongue piece 4b is about 60 mm, and when two tongue pieces 4b are provided, the width dimension H is about 30 mm × 2. Can be. The width dimension H of the tongue piece 4b is preferably at least W × 1/2 times or more from the viewpoint of preventing deformation at the fixed portion of the hanger 4.

In a preferred example of the present invention, a tongue piece 4b is formed by cutting up a part of the back standing wall 4f as an example. For example, a plate-shaped piece connected to the back standing wall 4f is provided in advance and the tongue piece 4b is formed. The plate-shaped piece may be bent to form the tongue piece 4b, and the tongue piece 4b is not limited to the one shown in the drawing.

Further, the tip corner portion of the tongue piece 4b is cut out to form a trapezoidal shape, and the tip portion is bent so as to be slightly upward so that the tongue piece 4b is smoothly filled with the gap n. Since the tip of the tongue piece 4b can be brought into contact with the lower surface of the locking piece main body 5a after the tongue piece 4b has been completely inserted, the tongue piece 4b can be eliminated from rattling in the gap n. can.

In order to fix and support the new folded plate roofing material 1 on the existing folded plate roofing material 1 by using the metal fittings for fixing the folded plate roofing material suitable for the present invention, the base 3 is as shown in FIG. The upper haze 1g and the lower haze 1h of the existing folded plate roofing material 1 are formed by the arm 3b1 provided on the side wall 3b of the base 3 and the push bolt 3c1 provided on the side wall 3c of the base 3, and the winding portions formed on both sides thereof. Then, after positioning the lower haze 1h of the new folded plate roofing material 1 inside the hanger 4 (inside the hook-shaped piece 4c), insert the tongue piece 4b of the hanger 4 into the gap n. The fixing piece 4a is superposed on the side wall 3b of the base 3, the fixing piece 4a is fixed to the side wall 3b with a fastening bolt T, and then 1 g of the upper haze of the new folded plate roofing material 1 is attached to the outside of the hanger 4. It may be positioned on the outside of the hook-shaped piece 4c) and the upper roof and the lower roof 1h may be wound together with the hook-shaped piece 4c.

15 to 20 show a hanging wall 3b2, 3c2 integrally connected to the lower end of the side wall 3b, 3c of the base 3 in a vertical posture, and a wall portion 3b3, 3c3 connected to the hanging wall 3b2, 3c2 in a horizontal posture. Hanging walls 3b4 and 3c4 that hang down at the lower ends of the wall portions 3b3 and 3c3 are provided, and along the inclined side walls 1b and 1c of the mountain plate portion 1f of the existing folded plate roof material 1 at the lower ends of the hanging walls 3b4 and 3c4. A schematic embodiment of a metal fitting for fixing a folded plate roofing material suitable for the present invention, in which a leg portion 8 that is stretched and can be fixed to a tight frame 2 via a fastening means (drill screw or the like) is integrally connected. It is a figure shown in.

The fixed metal fitting of the folded plate roofing material having such a structure can be directly fixed to the tight frame 2 in which the base 3 holds the folded plate roofing material 1 through the legs 8, and the existing folded plate roofing material of the base 3 can be fixed. It has the advantage that the fixing strength with respect to 1 is higher.

Further, since the fixing metal fitting of the folded plate roofing material can secure a space inside by the hanging walls 3b2 and 3c2 located at the lower ends of the side walls 3b and 3c of the base 3, the existing folded plate roofing material 1 It is possible to lay a heat insulating material Z between the new folded plate roof material 1 and the new folded plate roof material 1, and it is possible to roof a folded plate roof having excellent heat insulating properties (see FIG. 20). The locking piece 5 is fixed to the base 3 by a fastening means such as a rivet 9.

Further, in FIG. 21, the locking piece 5 is riveted to the inclined wall of the mountain portion of the tight frame 2, and the tongue piece of the hanger 4 is formed in the gap n ′ formed between the locking piece 5 and the top surface of the tight frame 2. An embodiment of a metal fitting for fixing a folded plate roofing material according to the present invention, in which the fixing piece 4a of the hanger 4 is fixed to the inclined wall of the mountain portion of the tight frame 2 via a fastening bolt T while the 4b is inserted. It is the figure which showed typically about the front.

The metal fitting for fixing the folded plate roof material having such a structure is particularly useful when newly installing the folded plate roof, because the hanger 4 is also fixed and supported by the fixing piece 4a and the tongue piece 4b in this case as well. It is possible to significantly increase the fixing strength of the folded plate roofing material 1 as compared with the conventional hanger, and the folded plate roofing material 1 is stable even when a large negative pressure for pulling it up acts on the folded plate roofing material 1. Can be supported by. Further, this configuration does not require the base 3, which is advantageous in reducing the number of parts, and also prevents the head of the fastening bolt T from protruding from the top of the tight frame 2, and the height of the folded plate roof. It can also be lowered.

When roofing is performed using a folded plate roofing material 1 having a square haze on which an overhang portion 1g1 is formed on the back surface of the head of the upper haze 1g as shown in FIG. 22, the back standing wall of the hanger 4 is used. A claw portion 4h extending in the direction opposite to that of the hook-shaped piece 4c may be provided at the upper end portion of 4f, and an overhang portion 1g1 may be linked to the claw portion 4h. The link strength with respect to 1 can be further increased. In addition, in FIG. 22, as for the existing folded-plate roofing material 1, the folded-plate roofing material 1 having a square haze provided with a claw portion is illustrated, and the folded-plate roofing material 1 is shown in FIG. Even a folded plate roofing material 1 having a haze having such a shape can be used, and the shape of the haze of the existing folded plate roofing material 1 is not particularly restricted.

In the metal fitting for fixing the folded plate roofing material according to the present invention, the hook-shaped piece 4c of the first plate-shaped body 4'constituting the hanger 4 may be formed into a substantially triangular shape as shown in FIG. 23, for example. This also makes it possible to fix the folded plate roofing material 1 having a round goby.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fixing metal fitting having high fixing strength of a hanger and capable of stably supporting a folded plate roofing material.
