Claims (8)
- ガラス又はガラスセラミックスから製作された基体の平滑な表面の局所的な変形のための方法において、
- 局所的に画定された領域内の前記基体が少なくとも前記表面では軟化するように、前記基体の前記表面に方向づけられたレーザ放射、ガス炎、赤外線放射、電気マイクロ波、又はプラズマ放電により、前記局所的に画定された領域内だけで、前記基体の前記表面を通る入熱を実施して、入熱の影響を受ける基体表面とは反対側の基体表面が、基体材料が軟化し始める粘度値より高い粘度となり、前記基体内における温度勾配及び粘度勾配が、前記局所的に画定された領域内の前記表面に対して横方向に及び直交に形成されるようにする方法ステップと、
- 軟化した基体の表面に点状に又は平面的に接触する工具によって、前記局所的に画定された領域内の前記軟化した表面に作用して直交する方向に向けられた押圧力及び/または表面に対して斜めに向けられた剪断力を加え、軟化した基体材料が押し退けられ、これにより、軟化した基体材料が表面に対して横方向に移動し、該移動は、最終的には、軟化した基体の表面に隆起状の材料変形を出現させることを特色とする方法ステップと、
- 前記局所的な領域内で凝固し変形した表面を得るために、前記基体を冷却する方法ステップと
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記基体の前記平滑な表面が、前記入熱中は頑丈な物体と接触しないこと、及び
前記基体の前記平滑な表面が、局所的な変形のために、前記局所的に画定された領域内だけで、力をかけて接触されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記局所的に画定された領域内だけで前記基体の前記表面を通る前記入熱を実施する前に、前記基体が予熱され、前記予熱の際、前記基体が、前記基体の軟化温度未満の温度に予熱されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記局所的に画定された領域内だけで前記基体の前記表面を通って行われる前記入熱が、前記基体が前記局所的に画定された領域内の前記表面で105〜1011 Pa・sの間、とりわけ108〜109 Pa・sの間の粘度になるとすぐに終了されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面と接触する工具は、前記表面の前記冷却の前、最中、又は後に分離されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記局所的に画定された領域内の前記表面に作用する前記力の付加が、前記基体の前記局所的に画定された表面で、少なくとも一つの触覚的及び/又は光学的に知覚可能な構造が形成されるように実施されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記基体が、前記入熱、前記表面に作用する前記力の付加、及び前記冷却の実施中に、放熱性の下敷きに載っていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ガラス又はガラスセラミックスとして、以下の材料、即ちソーダ石灰ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス、アルミノケイ酸ガラス、石英ガラス、カルコゲン化物ガラス、前記ガラスからの金属又はセラミックスとの混合物が、前記基体のために選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
