Claims (29)
- プロセス流中の塩化物種を処理する方法であって:
プロセス流を、反応物質および基材リテイナーを含む媒体と接触させ、
ただし、プロセス流は炭化水素流体を、反応物質は第1族及び第2族金属の両方のリン酸塩と少なくとも1の非酸性の担体を、そして、基材リテイナーは固体で多孔質の材料含み、プロセス流は工業的プロセス設備の連続的またはバッチプロセスに供給される;
プロセス流中の塩化物種を媒体と反応させて、本質的に塩素を含まないプロセス流および中和された塩化物塩を生成し;そして
中和された塩化物塩を基材リテイナーに誘引し、そして保持する、
ことを含む方法。 - 第2族金属のリン酸塩がリン酸カルシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2族金属のリン酸塩が三塩基性リン酸カルシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 第1族金属のリン酸塩がリン酸カリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1族金属のリン酸塩が三塩基性リン酸カリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 非酸性の担体が二酸化チタンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反応物質が液体と組み合わされてスラリーを形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 液体が水を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- スラリーがスラリーバインダーの分量を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- プロセス流が最高3重量%の塩化物種を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反応物質が、基材リテイナーの表面の上に配置されるか、または中に含侵される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 基材リテイナーの物理的組成が、反応物質を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 非酸性担体がアルミニウムの酸化物を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 非酸性担体が二酸化ジルコニウムを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工業的プロセス設備が、石油製品、生物燃料、および生物滑材(biolubricants)、石油化学品、化学品および天然ガスおよびその成分の精製、処理および製造の1もしくは複数を行う請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固体で多孔質の材料が網状セラミック材料である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反応が環境温度および圧で起こり、温度上昇が起こらない請求項1に記載の方法。
- 媒体が含水量が1%を越えず、塩化物種の濃度が3%までのプロセス流の塩化物種が引き起こす装置及び媒体の腐食、汚染および被毒を軽減することが可能である請求項1に記載の方法。
- プロセス流中の塩化物種を処理する方法であって:
プロセス流を、反応物質および固体の多孔質基材リテイナーを含む媒体と接触させること、
ただし、プロセス流は非水流体を含み、反応物質は第1族及び第2族金属の両方のリン酸塩と少なくとも1の非酸性の担体を含み、そして、基材リテイナーはグラムあたり300平方メートルまでの表面積を有する固体で多孔質の網状セラミックを含み、プロセス流は工業的プロセス設備の連続的またはバッチプロセスに供給される関連する;
プロセス流中の塩化物種を媒体と反応させて、塩素を含まないプロセス流および中和された塩化物塩を生成すること;および
中和された塩化物塩を固体で多孔質の基材リテイナーに誘引し、そして保持することを含む方法。 - 第2族金属のリン酸塩がリン酸マグネシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 第2族金属のリン酸塩が三塩基性リン酸マグネシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第2族金属のリン酸塩がリン酸カルシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 第2族金属のリン酸塩が三塩基性リン酸カルシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の方法。
- 工業的プロセス設備が、石油製品、生物燃料、および生物滑材(biolubricants)、石油化学品、化学品および天然ガスおよびその成分の精製、処理および製造の1もしくは複数を行う請求項19に記載の方法。
- 反応が環境温度および圧で起こり、温度上昇が起こらない請求項19に記載の方法。

ただし、プロセス流は炭化水素流体とハロゲン化物種を含み、反応物質は三塩基性リン酸カリウムと二酸化チタンを含む;
プロセス流中のハロゲン化物種を媒体と反応させて、ハロゲン化物を含まないプロセス流 および中和されたハロゲン化物塩を生成し;そして
中和されたハロゲン化物塩を固体の多孔質基材リテイナー上に誘引し、そして保持する、
ことを含む、方法。 - ハロゲン化物種が塩化物種であり、ハロゲン化物塩が塩化物塩である請求項27に記載の方法。
- 反応物質が、さらに三塩基性リン酸カルシウムを含む、請求項27または28に記載の方法。
