Description
以下の実施例における全ての部及び割合は、別途示されない限り、重量基準である。
20mLガラスバイアルに、ブチルアルデヒド中の配位子A(2〜2.5重量%の配位子A)の溶液を投入する。亜リン酸の初期量を、配位子A固体の直接水性抽出によって調製された試料で、ICにより決定する。得られた値を表1に示す。溶液を室温で撹拌し、HPLC用に定期的に試料を採取して配位子A濃度を決定する。結果を表1に示す。
比較実験1〜6の手順に従うが、ただし十分なトリエタノールアミンを溶液に添加し、1重量%のTEAを含有する新規溶液を調製する。結果を表2に示す。
実施例1〜6の手順に従うが、ただし0.5重量%のトリエタノールアミン溶液を使用する。結果を表3に示す。
実施例1〜6の手順に従うが、ただし0.25重量%のトリエタノールアミン溶液を使用する。結果を表4に示す。
実施例1〜6の手順に従うが、ただし0.025重量%のトリエタノールアミン溶液を使用する。結果を表5に示す。
比較実験1〜6の手順に従うが、ただしIC試料をトルエン溶解/水性抽出法によって調製する。結果を表6に示す。
比較実験7〜12の手順に従うが、ただし0.5重量%のトリエタノールアミン溶液を使用する。結果を表7に示す。
(態様)
(態様1)
溶媒、アルカノールアミン、及び加水分解性有機リン配位子を含む配位子原材料を含む原材料から溶液を調製することを含み、前記原材料が前記配位子の重量を基準として少なくとも200ppmwの亜リン酸に相当する総酸度を有し、前記溶液中のアルカノールアミンの濃度が前記溶液の総重量を基準として0.025〜1重量%であり、前記溶液が実質的に遷移金属を含まない、プロセス。
(態様2)
前記配位子原材料が固体配位子であり、200ppmw超、好ましくは300ppmw超の亜リン酸を含む、態様1に記載のプロセス。
(態様3)
前記溶媒がアルコール及び/またはアルデヒドを含む、態様1または2に記載のプロセス。
(態様4)
前記アルカノールアミンの濃度が、前記溶液の総重量を基準として0.2〜0.7重量%である、態様1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様5)
前記アルカノールアミンが、トリエタノールアミン、トリイソプロパノールアミン、メチルジエタノールアミン、ジメチルエタノールアミン、及びエチルジエタノールアミンから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む、態様1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。

前記アルカノールアミンが、トリエタノールアミン及びトリイソプロパノールアミンから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む、態様1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様7)
前記アルカノールアミンが、トリエタノールアミンである、態様1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様8)
前記配位子溶液をヒドロホルミル化プロセスに供給することをさらに含む、態様1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様9)
前記ヒドロホルミル化プロセスが、反応領域及び抽出領域を含み、前記溶液の少なくとも一部分が混合タンクから前記ヒドロホルミル化プロセスの前記反応領域及び/または前記抽出領域に供給される、態様8に記載のプロセス。
(態様10)
前記溶液が前記抽出領域に供給される、態様8に記載のプロセス。
(態様11)
前記ヒドロホルミル化プロセスが、成分として遷移金属及び前記加水分解性配位子を含む触媒の存在下で少なくとも1つのアルデヒド生成物を形成するのに十分なヒドロホルミル化条件下で、CO、H 2 、及び少なくとも1つのオレフィンを接触させることを含む、態様8に記載のプロセス。

前記溶液が、最終用途において使用される前に1日より長く保存される、態様8に記載のプロセス。
(態様13)
前記溶液が、最終用途において使用される前に3日より長く保存される、態様8に記載のプロセス。
(態様14)
前記溶液が、最終用途において使用される前に少なくとも30日の期間保存される、請
求項8に記載のプロセス。
(態様15)
前記溶媒が、前記溶媒の重量を基準として0.02〜1重量パーセントのカルボン酸含有量を有する、態様1に記載のプロセス。
Claims (9)
- 溶媒、アルカノールアミン、及び加水分解性有機リン配位子を含む配位子原材料を含む原材料から溶液を調製することと、前記配位子溶液をヒドロホルミル化プロセスに供給することと、を含み、前記原材料が前記配位子の重量を基準として少なくとも200ppmwの亜リン酸に相当する総酸度を有し、前記溶液中のアルカノールアミンの濃度が前記溶液の総重量を基準として0.025〜1重量%であり、前記配位子原材料が固体配位子であり、200ppmw超の亜リン酸を含む、プロセス。
- 前記配位子原材料が300ppmw超の亜リン酸を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶媒がアルコール及び/またはアルデヒドを含む、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記アルカノールアミンの濃度が、前記溶液の総重量を基準として0.2〜0.7重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記アルカノールアミンが、トリエタノールアミン、トリイソプロパノールアミン、メチルジエタノールアミン、ジメチルエタノールアミン、及びエチルジエタノールアミンから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ヒドロホルミル化プロセスが、反応領域及び抽出領域を含み、前記溶液の少なくとも一部分が混合タンクから前記ヒドロホルミル化プロセスの前記反応領域及び/または前記抽出領域に供給される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ヒドロホルミル化プロセスが、成分として遷移金属及び前記加水分解性配位子を含む触媒の存在下で少なくとも1つのアルデヒド生成物を形成するのに十分なヒドロホルミル化条件下で、CO、H2、及び少なくとも1つのオレフィンを接触させることを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶液が、最終用途において使用される前に1日より長く保存される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶媒が、前記溶媒の重量を基準として0.02〜1重量パーセントのカルボン酸含有量を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
