Description
The present invention relates to a method for removing a coating film for outer wall tiles, which allows a coating film coated with a transparent resin for preventing tile peeling or waterproofing to be removed cleanly and easily.
Generally, in a building with tiled finish as an exterior finishing material, the tile surface is dirty, cracked, floating, peeled, outflow of efflorescence at the joint, concrete due to various influences such as ultraviolet rays, rainwater, acid gas, and earthquake over a long period of time. Various deterioration phenomena such as progress of neutralization and water leakage have been observed, and appropriate repair measures for tiled surfaces are becoming important. Therefore, the present inventor has proposed Patent Registration No. 5746114, "Tile exfoliation prevention and waterproofing method when repairing cracks in tiles for interior and exterior". In this method, an acrylic silicone resin is applied to the tile surface, and an intermediate coating is performed with a peeling prevention material containing nylon fibers to form a first coating film, and the first coating film is pierced to make an anchor pin a joint. Type in. After that, the surfaces of the tiles and joints are coated with a transparent acrylic resin containing nylon fibers for the second and third times. Furthermore, it is a construction method in which a top coat is applied with a transparent acrylic silicone resin. In many cases, a fall prevention material such as nylon fiber is not included in the waterproof coating.
However, the coating film (coating film) applied as the tile peeling prevention and waterproofing method is deteriorated by various influences such as ultraviolet rays, rainwater, and acid gas after a lapse of more than ten years. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the coating film and then coat a new coating film. As a method for removing the deteriorated coating film at this time, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-170337 "Method for peeling the outer wall coating film" is proposed. Has been done. In this method, high-pressure water is heated to make high-pressure hot water, and the high-pressure hot water is sprayed on the surface of the outer wall coating film to soften and peel off the coating film. However, a device for obtaining the high-pressure water, a device for heating, etc. are required, and when the outer wall coating film is peeled off by this method, the device becomes large and the removed coating film is wide-ranging. It takes a lot of time and effort to collect and clean the tiles, and the pressure of the high-pressure water is set to 400 to 500 kg / cm 2 , so there is a risk that the tiles and joints will scatter.
Conventionally, as another method for removing the coating film on the tile surface, a chlorine-based release agent containing methylene chloride as a main component is used, the coating film is melted, and then scraped off with a plastic spatula or the like. If the coating film at this time is multi-layered, for example, three layers, the work of melting and scraping off one layer at a time had to be repeated three times. In addition, since the coating melted and adhered to the tile, the scraping work could not be performed smoothly, and only about 1 square meter could be removed per day.
In this case, if it is a general outer wall other than tiles, a wide range of coating film (coating film) can be removed by using an electric chipping tool, but if the outer wall is tiled, the tile surface is easily damaged. Therefore, I had to be careful not to damage it when removing it. For this reason, when removing the coating film provided on the outer wall tile surface, an electric chipping tool cannot be used, and it is performed manually.
Furthermore, if the chlorine-based release agent comes into contact with the skin, it may cause swelling or burns, which poses a problem in work safety, and the chlorine-based release agent is toxic, which may cause environmental problems. ..
Therefore, when removing the film for preventing peeling or waterproofing, a method for removing the film with good workability that can remove the film by using an alcohol-based release agent without using a chlorine-based release agent has been developed. Was requested.
The present invention is a method for removing a coating film for outer wall tiles, which can cleanly and easily remove the coating film for preventing cracks on the tiled surface and for preventing the tile from peeling off or for waterproofing, and can also reduce the cost. The purpose is to provide.
The present invention has been made in order to meet the above demands, that is, a) a release agent coating by applying an alcohol-based release agent to a transparent film coated on the surface of an outer wall tile for tile peeling prevention or waterproofing. Process.
B) A step of preventing the coated surface from drying by bringing a corona discharge-treated synthetic resin sheet into close contact with the coated surface of the alcohol-based release agent.

E) A cleaning process that cleans the outer wall tiles and the surface of joints with high-pressure washing water.
At least the above steps are sequentially performed.
Further, in the release agent application step, it is preferable to use a loop roller when applying the alcohol-based release agent to the coating film. Further, in the step of preventing the coated surface from drying, it is preferable to use a sand bone roller when the synthetic resin sheet is brought into close contact with the coated surface of the alcohol-based release agent.
The term "coating film" in the present invention refers to a transparent film, and the coating film made of the colored paint applied to the outer wall is not included in the present invention.
As in claim 1, a) A release agent application step of applying an alcohol-based release agent (4) to a transparent film (3) coated on the surface of the outer wall tile (1) for tile peeling prevention or waterproofing.
B) A step of preventing the coated surface from drying by bringing the synthetic resin sheet (5) subjected to the corona discharge treatment into close contact with the coated surface of the alcohol-based release agent (4).
C) A film softening step in which the alcohol-based release agent (4) is permeated into the film (3) and the film (3) is softened after being left to stand for a predetermined time.
2) A film removing step in which when the synthetic resin sheet (5) is peeled off after a predetermined time, the softened film (3) is attached to the synthetic resin sheet (5) and the film (3) is removed.
E) A cleaning process in which the surfaces of the outer wall tiles (1) and joints (2) are cleaned with high-pressure washing water.
By performing at least the above steps in sequence, the coating film (3) does not dissolve but can permeate and soften, and when the synthetic resin sheet (5) is peeled off, it adheres together with the softened coating film (3). Therefore, the coating film (3) can be peeled off cleanly, and the coating film (3) hardly remains. Therefore, the coating film (3) can be easily removed with almost no use of a plastic spatula, and the workability is improved. Since the work efficiency is improved, the cost can be reduced.
When the alcohol-based release agent (4) is applied to the coating film (3) in the release agent application step as in claim 2, it can be applied thickly by using a loop roller, and 0.5 per square meter. Since ~ 1.0 kg can be applied, the alcohol-based release agent (4) can be efficiently permeated into the coating film (3).
As shown in claim 3, in the step of preventing the coated surface from drying, when the synthetic resin sheet (5) is brought into close contact with the coated surface of the alcohol-based release agent (4), a sand-bone roller is used to make it general. Compared to the fact that the alcohol-based release agent (4) tends to be biased when a roller is used, the pressure can be uniformly applied, and the alcohol-based release agent (4) is uniformly permeated into the coating film (3) to soften it. be able to.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. (1) is an outer wall tile attached to the outer wall, and (2) is a joint portion. (3) is a transparent coating film for preventing tile peeling or waterproofing applied to the surfaces of the outer wall tile (1) and the joint portion (2), and the coating film (3) is made of an acrylic silicone resin applied as an undercoat. A sealer film, a transparent acrylic resin film containing nylon fiber, which is an anti-peeling material applied as an intermediate coat, and a transparent acrylic resin film applied as a finish are stacked. The waterproof coating (3) does not contain a nylon fiber exfoliation preventive material.
(4) is an alcohol-based release agent, and as the alcohol-based release agent (4), for example, the trade name Platinum Z (softener for removing the transparent coating film on the tile surface) of the distributor Yaguchi Gikou Co., Ltd. is used. Is preferable. The alcohol-based release agent (4) may be another release agent as long as it does not dissolve the film (3) but penetrates to the base to expand and soften the entire film (3).
Reference numeral (5) is a synthetic resin sheet subjected to corona discharge treatment, and polyethylene vinyl, high-density polyethylene, or the like may be used as the synthetic resin sheet (5). The synthetic resin sheet subjected to the corona discharge treatment has improved adhesion to the coating film (3) as compared with the sheet not treated.
Next, the step of removing the coating film for the outer wall tile of the present invention will be described with reference to the block diagram shown in FIG. First, a) a release agent application step of uniformly applying the alcohol-based release agent (4) on the surface of the outer wall tile (1) on the coating film (3) shown in FIG. 2 (a) with a roller [FIG. 2]. (B)]. At this time, if a loop roller is used, 0.5 to 1.0 kg / m 2 can be applied, so that a thick application can be formed.
B) Before the alcohol-based release agent (4) dries, a corona discharge-treated synthetic resin sheet (5) is brought into close contact with the coated surface to wrap it, and a step of preventing the coated surface from drying is performed [FIG. 2 (c)). reference]. When the synthetic resin sheet (5) is brought into close contact with the synthetic resin sheet (5), it is advisable to lightly press the synthetic resin sheet (5) with a roller or a brush to remove air. Therefore, the thickness of the alcohol-based release agent (4) can be uniformly pressed without being biased. When a general roller is used, the thickness of the alcohol-based release agent (4) tends to be biased and non-uniform, and the permeation of the alcohol-based release agent (4) becomes non-uniform. Since the softening time differs depending on the location, it takes time for the whole to soften, resulting in poor workability.
C) After being left to stand for a predetermined time, the alcohol-based release agent (4) is permeated into the coating film (3) to perform a coating film softening step of softening the coating film (3). The leaving time varies depending on the season, but it is left for 24 hours to 72 hours and waits for the coating film (3) to soften due to the permeation of the alcohol-based release agent (4). As a guideline for the softening of the coating film (3) at this time, the hardness of pressing strongly with a finger from the top of the synthetic resin sheet (5) to dent it, and more specifically, the hardness of the rice cake when it is baked and eaten. It is preferable to wait until. When the alcohol-based release agent (4) is infiltrated into the coating film (3), the coating film (3) swells and softens as shown in FIG. 2 (d). Then, the alcohol-based release agent (4) is almost sucked into the coating film (3), and only stickiness (black line portion) remains between the coating film (3) and the synthetic resin sheet (5).
2) After a predetermined time, when the synthetic resin sheet (5) is peeled off from above as shown in FIG. 2 (e), the softened film (3) is attached to the synthetic resin sheet (5) and peeled off together. .. The coating (3), alcohol-based release agent (4), and synthetic resin sheet (5) can be disposed of at once by simply peeling it completely to the bottom and rolling the synthetic resin sheet (5), which is an industrial waste. If you dispose of it as, the film removal process is completed. When the synthetic resin sheet (5) is peeled off, it is preferable to press it with a wool roller from above so that the coating film (3) hardly remains on the outer wall tile (1) side before peeling off. When this work is performed, the adhesive force of the softened film (3) becomes extremely weak with respect to the tile surface. Therefore, when the synthetic resin sheet (5) is strongly pressed (rolled) with a wool roller from above, the film (3) is pressed. ) And the stickiness remaining between the synthetic resin sheet (5), the coating film (3) is transferred to the synthetic resin sheet (5) side, and the softened coating film (3) is transferred to the synthetic resin sheet (5). ), And it has been confirmed by the present inventor that it can be peeled off cleanly with almost no residue on the outer wall tile (1) side.
Next, (e) a cleaning step is performed in which the surfaces of the outer wall tile (1) and the joint (2) are washed with high-pressure washing water (pressure 120 to 150 kg / cm 2). At this time, the surface of the outer wall tile (1) and the joint portion (2) is hardly adhered with the coating film (3) without using a conventional plastic spatula, so that the synthetic resin sheet (5) is used. After peeling off, the cleaning process can be performed immediately. Even if some of the coating film (3) remains, it can be easily removed with high-pressure washing water.
The above steps (a) to (e) may be performed at least in sequence.
As described above, in the method of the present invention, in particular, a) a corona discharge-treated synthetic resin sheet (5) is used to be brought into close contact with the alcohol-based release agent (4), and a step of preventing the coated surface from drying is performed. Evaporation of the system release agent (4) can be prevented, and penetration into the coating film (3) is promoted. Further, in the synthetic resin sheet (5) subjected to the corona discharge treatment, when the synthetic resin sheet (5) is peeled off, the coating film (3) is surely adhered to the synthetic resin sheet (5) and peeled off. ..
B) A plastic spatula is used because the film (3) is not melted unlike the chlorine-based release agent by performing the film softening step in which the alcohol-based release agent (4) is permeated into the film (3) and softened. The work of scraping off the film (3) melted in (3) is almost unnecessary.
C) When the synthetic resin sheet (5) is peeled off in the step of removing the coating film (3), the softened coating film (3) is peeled off together with the synthetic resin sheet (5), and the synthetic resin sheet (5) is peeled off. By simply rolling 5), the coating film (3), alcohol-based release agent (4), and synthetic resin sheet (5) can be disposed of at once, so that work other than the waiting time until the coating film (3) softens can be done. By shortening the work to one tenth of the conventional work and simplifying the work, the work cost is halved, the construction period is shortened, and the peeling work can be smoothly performed even with a small number of personnel.
After the peeling work, a new coating (3) for preventing peeling or waterproofing may be formed on the surfaces of the outer wall tile (1) and the joint portion (2).
