Claims (8)
- 蒸気タービンロータの周方向シール(24)を保持するためのロータキー部材(20)であって、当該ロータキー部材(20)が、蒸気タービン(2)の軸方向と実質的に直交する方向に延在する主軸(aPb)を有する本体(26)と、本体(26)内のスロット(38)とを備えており、本体(26)が、
第1の一対の対向側面(28)と、
第1の一対の対向側面(28)の間に延在する第2の一対の対向側面(30)であって、主軸(aPb)に沿った本体の長さ(l)が第2の一対の対向側面(30)の間に延在する、第2の一対の対向側面(30)と、
第2の一対の対向側面(30)の間に延在する上面(32)及び底面(34)と、
第1の一対の対向側面(28)の第1の側面(28A)と底面(34)の間に延在し、主軸(aPb)に沿った本体(26)の長さ(l)全体に延在するフィレット、斜面又は面取り縁部(36)と
を含み、
スロット(38)が、第2の一対の対向側面(30)の間で主軸(aPb)に沿って本体(26)の長さの一部分に延在して、第1の一対の対向側面(28)の第2の側面(28B)に開口部を形成し、スロット(38)が、主軸(aPb)に沿った本体(26)の長さの一部分にしか延在せず、その結果として第1の一対の対向側面(28)の第2の側面(28B)の2つの別個の部分(42A,42B)が、主軸(aPb)の方向におけるスロット(38)の境界を定めて、溶接部(40)を受け入れるポケットを形成する、ロータキー部材。 - スロット(38)を実質的に充填する溶接部(40)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のロータキー部材(20)。

ロータ本体(46)の周りで実質的に円周距離全体に延在する、一次スロット(50)内の周方向シール(24)と、

二次スロット(52)内で周方向シール(24)の軸方向面(56)と接する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のロータキー部材(20)であって、一次スロット(50)内の周方向シール(24)を保持するためのロータキー部材(20)と
を備える、蒸気タービンロータアセンブリ(22)。 - 周方向シール(24)の軸方向面(56)が、ロータ本体(46)の周りで円周距離の一部分に延在する凹部(43)を含み、ロータキー部材(20)が、周方向シール(24)の周方向の移動を制限するために凹部(43)を実質的に充填する、請求項6に記載の蒸気タービンロータアセンブリ(22)。
