Claims (17)
- 自動モールド予備成形システムであって、

上面と下面とを有し前記フレームを覆って延びる下側薄膜であって、前記上面が、該上面に載置された前記予備成形部品のための載置領域を提供し、前記下面が、前記予備成形部品が成形されたとき前記予備成形面と係合する下側薄膜と、
三次元輪郭形状を有する少なくとも1つの接触面を有する中空チャンバ状の真空箱であって少なくとも1つのチャンバを有し、該少なくとも1つのチャンバ内に真空を生じさせる吸引源、または前記少なくとも1つのチャンバ内の空気圧を増大させる加圧空気源に連結された真空箱と、
前記少なくとも1つの接触面を覆って延びる上側薄膜であって、前記少なくとも1つの接触面に対向する上面と、前記予備成形部品に選択的に接触する下面とを有し、前記少なくとも1つのチャンバに加圧空気源が適用されたときの膨張位置と、前記少なくとも1つのチャンバに吸引源が適用されたときの待避位置との間で移動する上側薄膜と、
前記上側薄膜に設けられ開口であって、前記少なくとも1つのチャンバ内の真空および空気圧の増大が該開口を通して前記予備成形部品へ作用するように構成された開口と、
前記真空箱に連結され、前記予備成形部品と係合し移動させるために、前記真空箱を下側予備成形ツールに相対する位置に移動させるロボットと、
前記真空箱に結合され密閉箱環境を作り出す真空蓋と、を備えている、
ことを特徴とする自動モールド予備成形システム。 - 前記下側予備成形ツールが、係合位置と非係合位置との間で上下方向に移動可能である、
請求項1に記載の自動モールド予備成形システム。 - 前記下側予備成形ツールに設けられた1または2以上の吸引及びエアブロー出口であって、前記予備成形面と下側薄膜との間に真空を生じさせ前記下側薄膜を待避位置に移動させる吸引源と、前記予備成形ツールと下側薄膜との間に空気流を生じさせ圧力を増大させて、前記下側薄膜が膨張位置に移動するように適用される加圧空気源とを選択的に適用する吸引及びエアブロー出口を、備えている、
請求項1に記載の自動モールド予備成形システム。 - 前記予備含浸材料の少なくとも1つの層が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、チョップド炭素繊維、チョップドガラス繊維、炭素繊維織布、一方向炭素繊維、チョップド炭素繊維を含むシートモールド組成物、およびその組み合わせから実質的になる少なくとも1の群を有する予備成形材料に基づくエポキシを含んでいる、

請求項6に記載の自動モールド予備成形システム。 - 前記予備含浸材料の少なくとも1つの層が、樹脂材料を有する繊維予備含浸シートであり、
前記繊維が、炭素、ケブラ、ガラス、バサルト、及び/または金属から実質的になる群から選択され、
前記樹脂が、エポキシ、ビニルエステル、ポリエステル、及び/またはポリアミドからなる群から選択される、
請求項1に記載の自動モールド予備成形システム。 - 前記予備成形部品が、エポキシ樹脂が予備含浸させられた炭素繊維である、
請求項1に記載の自動モールド予備成形システム。 - 前記シートモールド組成物が、ビニルエステル、ポリエステル、およびこれらの組み合わせから実質的になる群から選択された一の樹脂を含んでいる、

予備成形面を有し、係合位置と非係合位置との間で上下方向に移動可能な下側予備成形ツールと、
前記下側予備成形ツールの上方に配置されたフレームと、
予備含浸材料の少なくとも1つの層を有している予備成形部品であって、前記予備含浸材料の少なくとも1つの層が樹脂材料を有する繊維予備含浸シートであり、前記繊維が、炭素、ケブラ、ガラス、バサルト、及び/または金属から実質的になる群から選択され、前記樹脂が、エポキシ、ビニルエステル、ポリエステル、及び/またはポリアミドから実質的になる群から選択される繊維予備含浸シートと、
前記フレームを覆って延び上面と下面とを有する下側薄膜であって、前記上面が、該上面に載置された予備成形部品の載置領域を提供し、前記下面が、前記予備成形部品が成形されたとき前記予備成形面と係合する、下側薄膜と、
前記下側予備成形ツールに形成された1または2以上の真空およびエアブロー出口であって、選択的に、前記予備成形面と下側薄膜との間に真空を生じさせ前記下側薄膜を引っ込み位置に移動させる吸引源と、前記1または2以上の真空およびエアブロー出口に適用され前記予備成形面と下側薄膜との間に空気流を生じさせて空気圧を増大させ前記下側薄膜を膨張位置とする加圧空気源とを選択的に適用する真空およびエアブロー出口と、
3次元輪郭形状を有する少なくとも1つの接触面を有する中空チャンバ状の真空箱であって、該少なくとも1つのチャンバが、吸引源を適用して前記少なくとも1つのチャンバ内に真空を生じさせる、または、加圧空気源を適用して前記少なくとも1つのチャンバ内に空気流および空気圧の増大を生じさせるように前記接触面に連結されている、真空箱と、
前記少なくとも1つの接触面に対向する上側面と、前記予備成形部品に選択的に接触する下面とを備え、
前記少なくとも1つの接触面を覆って延びる上側薄膜が、前記少なくとも1つのチャンバに加圧空気源が適用されたときの膨張位置と、前記少なくとも1つのチャンバに吸引源が適用されたときの待避位置との間で移動し、
前記上面と下面との間で延びる上側薄膜開口であって、前記少なくとも1つのチャンバを通した前記上側薄膜への吸引源又は加圧源への適用が、前記上側薄膜開口を通って前記予備成形部品に作用できるようにする上側薄膜開口と、
前記真空箱に連結され、前記予備成形部品に係合し移動させるために、前記真空箱を下側予備成形ツールに相対する位置に移動させるロボットと、
前記真空箱に結合され密閉箱環境を作り出す真空蓋と、を備えている、
ことを特徴とする自動モールド予備成形システム。 - 前記下側予備成形ツールが、係合位置と非係合位置との間で上下方向に移動可能である、
請求項11に記載の自動モールド予備成形システム。 - 前記予備含浸材料の少なくとも1つの層が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、チョップド炭素繊維、チョップドガラス繊維、炭素繊維織布、一方向炭素繊維、50mmより短いチョップド炭素繊維を含むシートモールド組成物、およびその組み合わせから実質的になる少なくとも1の群を有する予備成形材料に基づくエポキシを含んでいる、
請求項11に記載の自動モールド予備成形システム。 - 前記上側薄膜と下側薄膜とが、硬化シリコーン膜で作られ、前記予備成形部品に接触する非粘着面を提供する、
