Description

The present invention relates to a support-integrated soundproof wall unit in which a support and a panel are directly connected and integrated.

Conventionally, soundproof panels in which columns and panels are integrated are erected on the structural frame such as the ground covering along the edge of the viaduct and the balustrade foundation, and the noise generated from the railroad tracks and roads in the viaduct leaks to the surroundings. Soundproof walls are known to prevent.

For example, Patent Document 1 describes a precast concrete soundproof panel (1) provided with a fixing portion (11) fixed to the upper surface of a reinforced concrete structure and a panel portion (12) standing up against the concrete structure. In a precast concrete soundproof wall formed by fixing the upper surface in a row with anchor bolts (4), a water blocking material (72) is provided between the upper surface and the lower surface of the fixing portion (11) along the installation direction. A precast concrete soundproof wall characterized by interposing () is disclosed (claim 1, of the scope of the patent claim of Patent Document 1, paragraphs [0005] to [0024] of the specification, FIG. 1 of the drawing. , Fig. 2, Fig. 15 etc.).

However, since the precast concrete soundproof wall disclosed in Patent Document 1 is a concrete soundproof wall, it is heavy and difficult to install without a lifting machine such as a crane, and not only cannot it be installed in a narrow place. , There was a problem that it became a factor of cost increase. Further, since the precast concrete soundproof wall disclosed in Patent Document 1 is a concrete soundproof wall, there is a problem that the panel surface may be peeled off due to aged deterioration or the like, and a fall accident of the peeled piece may occur. There was also.

Further, Patent Document 2 describes an FRP soundproof wall (1) having a soundproof portion (2) and an attachment portion (3) to a building frame (14) provided below the soundproof portion (2). A soundproof wall having at least a panel portion (4) and having a weight per unit area of the panel portion (4) of 5 kg / m 2 or more and less than 10 kg / m 2 is disclosed (the soundproof portion (2) has at least a panel portion (4). Claim 1, claims of patent document 2, paragraphs [0016] to [0036] of the specification, and FIGS. 1, 2 and 2 of the drawings).

It is said that the soundproof wall described in Patent Document 2 can maximize the lightness while ensuring the necessary sound insulation performance and minimize the materials used, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Further, since it is made of FRP, there is no problem of surface peeling unlike a soundproof panel made of concrete.

However, since the soundproof wall described in Patent Document 2 is made of FRP, a mold is usually required, and a special part such as an end length portion, a corner portion, a curved surface portion, and a slope portion that cannot be accommodated by a normal one unit. There was a problem that it was difficult to manufacture and construct.

In order to solve the problem that these concrete soundproof walls are heavy and have surface peeling, and the problem that it is difficult to manufacture and construct the end scales and special parts of FRP soundproof walls, steel soundproofing Walls have also been proposed.

For example, Patent Document 3 includes a soundproof panel made of steel plate (wall body 11), left and right vertical members made of channel steel (12, 13), and a base member (14) made of a combination of steel plates. A steel soundproof wall unit in which a soundproof panel (wall body 11), left and right vertical members (12, 13) and a base member (14) are integrated is disclosed (claims of Patent Document 3). Item 1, paragraphs [0029] to [0047] of the specification, FIGS. 1, 2 and the like in the drawing).

However, in the steel soundproof wall unit described in Patent Document 3, not only the joint members such as rivets can be seen from the outside (private land side) of the bridge and the appearance is not good, but also the joint members can be inspected from the bridge side. It was difficult to do. In addition, there was a risk that the joining member would fall to the private land side outside the site due to deterioration over time or an accident. In addition, the steel soundproof wall unit described in Patent Document 3 has a step between the left and right vertical members (12, 13), which are columns, and the soundproof panel (wall body 11), which also makes the appearance unattractive. Therefore, when decorating the exterior such as painting, each member must be decorated individually, and there is also a problem that it takes time and effort to decorate each member such as color matching.

特開2001−40620号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2001-40620 特開2013−204234号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2013-204234 特開2015−10452号公報JP 2015-10452

Therefore, the present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is that the joint members have been inspected only from the inside of the structural skeleton that does not require scaffolding or special vehicles, and the structure. It is an object of the present invention to provide a soundproof wall unit which does not have a risk of the joining member falling to the outside of the skeleton and has a good appearance.

The soundproof wall unit according to the first invention is a soundproof wall unit juxtaposed with a structural frame, and includes a pair of left and right support column members made of steel and a face plate made of a steel plate that insulates noise. Each of the strut members has an outer flange folded back along the direction in which they are arranged side by side, and the face plate has left and right ends along the direction in which the left and right ends are arranged side by side in a bag shape inside the structural frame. It has a pair of left and right folded portions that are folded back, and the outer flange and the folded portion are fixed by a joining member from the inside of the structural frame, and the end faces of the pair of left and right folded portions are asymmetrical. The stepped portion or unevenness is formed, and the stepped portion or unevenness of the end faces of the pair of left and right folded portions adjacent to each other is fitted to each other so that the outer surface of the face plate is flush with each other. do.

In the soundproof wall unit according to the second invention, in the first invention, the face plate is formed with an upper folded portion whose upper end is folded back in a bag shape inside the structural skeleton, and the upper part of the pair of left and right strut members. A cross beam for reinforcing the rigidity is laid between the cross beams, and the upper folded portion is fitted to the cross beam.

In the soundproof wall unit according to the third invention, in the first invention or the second invention, the pair of left and right strut members are folded back inward between the strut members along the direction in which they are arranged side by side in addition to the outer flange. A rectangular box-shaped soundproof panel can be slidably mounted from above between the inside of the structural frame of the face plate and the inner flanges of the pair of left and right strut members. It is a feature.

In the soundproof wall unit according to the fourth invention, in the third invention, an upper reinforcing material having a U-shaped cross section is attached to the upper part of the support member, and the soundproof panel is hooked on the upper reinforcing material. It is characterized by being attached.

In the soundproof wall unit according to the fifth invention, in any one of the first to fourth inventions, a reinforcing plate for reinforcing the rigidity of the face plate is provided inside the structural frame of the face plate. A cushioning material is interposed between the reinforcing plate and the face plate.

According to the first to fifth inventions, the steps or irregularities of the left and right end faces adjacent to each other of the face plate are fitted to each other so that the outer surface of the face plate is flush with the private land side. When viewed from the outside of the structural skeleton, the strut members can be completely concealed. Further, since there is no gap between adjacent face plates, sound insulation and durability are improved. In addition, the outer flange and the folded part, which are the joints between the strut member and the face material, are fixed by the joint member from the inside of the structural skeleton, so there is no need for scaffolding or special vehicles, only from the inside of the structural skeleton. In addition to completing the inspection of the joint members, there is no risk of the joint members falling to the outside of the structural frame. Further, when viewed from the outside, the strut members are concealed by the face plate, and the outer surface of the face plate is flush with each other, so that the design is improved and the appearance is good.

In addition, according to the first to fifth inventions, since the soundproof wall unit is made of steel, it is lighter than the soundproof wall made of concrete, is easy to install (good workability), and has a surface. There is no problem of peeling.

In particular, according to the second invention, since the upper folded portion is fitted to the cross beam, the face plate and the cross beam are integrated, and the flexural rigidity and the torsional rigidity of the soundproof wall unit can be improved. In addition, since the cross beam replaces the roof of the reinforcing plate, the waterproof effect on the reinforcing plate is improved. Further, since all the cross beams and the like fit in the face plate, the fit is good and the design is improved. Moreover, when viewed from the outside of the structural skeleton, the joining members such as bolts and rivets can be completely concealed inside the face plate. Therefore, the risk of the joining member falling to the outside can be completely eliminated.

In particular, according to the third invention, the soundproof panel is configured to be slidable from above between the inside of the structural frame of the face plate and the inner flanges of the pair of left and right strut members. Not only can the rigidity be improved, but it is also possible to add soundproof panels to further improve the sound environment after the soundproof wall is installed. Moreover, since the soundproof panel is hooked by the inner flange, there is no possibility that the soundproof panel will come off and fall or fall on the track or road in the structural frame.

In particular, according to the fourth invention, since the upper reinforcing material is attached and the soundproof panel is hooked to the upper reinforcing material, the upper reinforcing material not only improves the strength of the upper structure of the soundproof wall unit, but also improves the strength of the upper structure of the soundproof wall unit. It becomes easier to put on and take off the soundproof panel, and it becomes easier to improve the sound environment after installing the soundproof wall. In addition, it is possible to further reduce the possibility that the soundproof panel will come off and fall or fall on the track or road in the structural frame.

In particular, according to the fifth invention, since the reinforcing plate is arranged and the cushioning material is interposed between the reinforcing plate and the face plate, the reinforcing plate improves the bending rigidity and the torsional rigidity of the soundproof wall unit. Not only can it be made to do so, but it is also possible to suppress the contact noise when the reinforcing plate and the face plate come into contact with each other due to vibration, wind, or the like. In addition to that, a cushioning material is interposed in the face plate and a reinforcing plate is added, so that the sound insulation performance is improved.

FIG. 7 is a front view of the soundproof wall unit 1 seen from the inside of the bridge (the surface seen from the inside of the bridge, which is a structural frame, is the front. The same applies hereinafter), and FIG. 8 is the soundproof wall unit 1. It is a rear view. FIG. 9 is a side view of the soundproof wall units 1 arranged side by side in the direction of the bridge axis, and FIG. 10 is a plan view thereof. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 7, and FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 and 11, the soundproof wall unit 1 according to the present embodiment is a structural frame such as a ground covering portion of the bridge B1 as a balustrade along the edge of the bridge B1 such as a railway bridge or a road bridge. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the soundproof wall unit 1 according to the present embodiment is a support-integrated soundproof wall unit in which a support column member 2 and a panel face plate 3 are directly connected and integrated. Is.

Here, the column-integrated type means that a plurality of soundproof panels are provided between the flanges of steel columns made of H-shaped steel, channel steel, etc., which are erected on the ground covering of the bridge, like the conventional soundproof wall. It is not a soundproof wall fitted over the steps, but a soundproof wall in which the column members and the face plate are directly connected and integrated to form one panel unit.

As shown in FIG. 2, the soundproof wall unit 1 according to the present embodiment includes a pair of left and right support column members 2 and a face plate 3 that insulates noise. In addition, the soundproof wall unit 1 has a reinforcing plate 4 for reinforcing the rigidity of the face plate 3, a pair of upper and lower cross beams 5 and 6 bridged between the strut members 2, and a joint portion between the cross beams 5 and the strut member 2. It also includes an upper reinforcing member 7 for reinforcing, a lower fixing member 8 for fixing the lower portion of the support column member 2, and the like.

(Strut member)
The strut member 2 is a pair of left and right steel materials having a Z-shaped horizontal cross section located at both left and right ends of the soundproof wall unit 1, and the strut member 2 of the soundproof wall unit 1 resists an external force such as a wind load by its cross-sectional performance. It has the function as.

As shown in FIGS. 5, 6 and 12, the support column member 2 has a web 20 and an outer flange in which the outer end of the web 20 is folded outward along the direction in which the soundproof wall unit 1 is arranged side by side. It is composed of 21 and an inner flange 22 that is folded inward along the direction in which the inner ends of the web 20 are arranged side by side. It should be noted that the outside or the inside along the direction in which they are arranged side by side means that the direction in which the support columns 2 of the same soundproof wall unit 1 are separated from each other is the outside and the direction in which the support members 2 are approached is the inside (hereinafter, the same applies).

The web 20 requires a width for both the outer flange 21 and the inner flange 22 for the strut member 2 to secure the cross-sectional strength as a strut, and is set to create a space for accommodating the soundproof panel 9 described later. Further, the outer flange 21 needs a width for ensuring the cross-sectional strength as a support, and is set for the purpose of being fixed from the inside by joining the face plate 3 described later with a rivet, a screw, or the like. Similarly, the inner flange 22 also requires a width for ensuring the cross-sectional strength, and also has a function of hooking the face plate 3 and the soundproof panel 9 as described later.

As shown in FIG. 5, the support column member 2 supports the face plate 3 and serves as a support column by being joined to the left turn-back portion 31 and the right turn-back portion 32 of the face plate 3 described later to the outer flange 21 of the support column member 2. It is functioning.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 7, the inner flange 22 has a wide width near the lower end near the ground covering portion of the bridge B1 where the acting bending moment becomes large. In this way, by improving the cross-sectional performance only in the portion where the acting bending moment becomes large and narrowing the width of the other portions, the required cross-sectional rigidity is secured and the weight of the member is reduced.

The inner flange 22 is fixed to the anchor bolt AB via the lower fixing member 8 described later, so that the support column member 2 is fixed to the bridge B1.

Although the horizontal cross section of the strut member 2 has been described by exemplifying a Z-shaped one, the horizontal cross section of the strut member 2 is not limited to the Z-shape, and can counter external forces and is described above. Any shape may be used as long as the cross section can achieve the above object. Further, the pair of strut members 2 can be made asymmetrical. However, as will be described later, the inner flange 22 of the strut member 2 is preferably folded inward along the direction in which the face plate 3 and the soundproof panel 9 are arranged side by side in order to prevent the face plate 3 and the soundproof panel 9 from falling off.

(Face plate)
As shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 8, the face plate 3 according to the present embodiment has high corrosion resistance in the shape of a rectangular shape in a horizontal view having a thickness of 1.6 mm × a width of 1.0 m × a height of about 1.5 m. The face plate main body 30 made of a plated steel plate is used as a substrate. As shown in FIGS. 2, 5, and 12, the face plate 3 is formed with a pair of left and right folded portions in which the left and right end portions of the face plate main body 30 are folded inward. The left turn-back portion 31 is located at the left end when viewed from the front (inside), and the right turn-back portion 32 is located at the right end.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 5, the left turn-back portion 31 and the right turn-back portion 32 are all aligned from the plate surface of the face plate main body 30 so as to be along the direction in which they are arranged side by side (bridge axis direction). It has a bag-like shape folded 180 degrees. Further, the end faces of the left turn-back portion 31 and the right turn-back portion 32 are formed with left-right asymmetrical steps, and as shown in FIG. 6, adjacent face plates 3 are fitted to each other and are perpendicular to the face plate main body 30. The configuration is such that there is no deviation in any direction. Therefore, the resistance to the wind load of the entire soundproof wall 10 is improved, and the durability of the soundproof wall 10 is improved.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, even when the adjacent left turn-back portion 31 and the right turn-back portion 32 are fitted to each other, the outer surfaces of the plurality of side-by-side face plates 3 are flush with each other without any step. It is configured to be. Therefore, when viewed from the outside of the bridge on the private land side, the strut member 2 can be completely concealed, the design is extremely good, and the appearance is good.

Further, when viewed from the outside, the strut member 2 can be completely concealed. Therefore, in order to prevent reflected light from the private land and improve the design, the exterior of the soundproof wall 10 is decorated with paint or the like. However, it is only necessary to decorate the outer surface of the face plate main body 30 of the face plate 3, which is extremely economical. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, by forming a resin film laminated steel sheet in which a fluororesin film or the like is adhered and laminated to a steel sheet only on one outer surface of the face plate 3, durability and weather resistance are high and designability is achieved. Can be high.

As the face plate 3 according to the present embodiment, a step portion is formed on the end faces of the left turn-back portion 31 and the right turn-back portion 32 and the face plates 3 are fitted to each other. The unevenness of the above is formed, and the unevenness of adjacent face plates may be fitted to each other. In short, it suffices that the end faces of the pair of left and right folded portions are asymmetrical and the adjacent face plates 3 are fitted to each other.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2, 7 and the like, a pair of upper and lower folds of the face plate 3 in which a part of the steel plate protrudes from the upper and lower ends of the face plate main body 30 and is folded inward in a U-shaped cross section. The part is formed. The upper folding portion 33 is located at the upper end, and the lower folding portion 34 is located at the lower end.

The cross beam 5 described later is inserted and fitted inside the U-shaped cross section of the upper folded portion 33, and the cross beam 6 described later is inserted and fitted inside the lower folded portion 34, and the rivet RB and the like are inserted from the inside. It is fixed with joint members such as bolts. As described above, the face plate 3 is fitted by the folded-back portion so as to cover the support column member 2 and the cross beams 5 and 6 constituting the frame of the soundproof wall unit 1, and is fixed by the joining member from the inside. Therefore, the bending rigidity and the torsional rigidity of the soundproof wall unit 1 are improved. Further, since the cross beam 6 serves as a roof substitute for the reinforcing plate 4 described later, the waterproof effect on the reinforcing plate 4 is improved.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, the face plate 3 and the strut member 2 can be joined only from the inside with the rivet RB exemplified as the joining member, and the degree of deterioration of the joining member can be inspected. It only needs to be from the inside of the bridge, which does not require scaffolding or special vehicles. Further, since the outer side of the rivet RB is covered with the face plate 3, a part of the joint member such as the head of the rivet RB may be torn and damaged due to an accident or deterioration over time. However, there is no risk of those debris falling outside the bridge. Therefore, it is extremely safe.

(Reinforcing plate)
The reinforcing plate 4 is a horizontally-viewed rectangular member having a width of about 1.0 m and a height of about 1.5 m, which is bent from a highly corrosion-resistant plated steel plate having a thickness of 0.6 mm. As shown in FIG. 2, the reinforcing plate 4 is arranged inside the face plate 3 and has a function of reinforcing the rigidity of the face plate 3 and complementing the sound insulation performance.

As shown in FIGS. 2, 7, and 12, the reinforcing plate 4 has a flat plate portion 40 and a ridge portion having a trapezoidal cross section formed in the center of the flat plate portion 40 in order to increase rigidity. It is composed of 41 and a side piece portion 42 in which both left and right ends of the flat plate portion 40 are bent inward to be joined to the support column member 2.

Further, a cushioning material (not shown) made of a resin sheet (resin film) such as a bonding tape or a fiber material such as a fiber mat is interposed between the reinforcing plate 4 and the face plate 3. Since the cushioning material is interposed, it is possible to suppress the contact noise when the reinforcing plate 4 and the face plate 3 come into contact with each other due to vibration, wind, or the like.

In addition to that, the reinforcing plate 4 can not only improve the bending rigidity and the torsional rigidity of the soundproof wall unit 1, but also the sound insulation performance is improved because the face plate 3 is provided with a cushioning material and the reinforcing plate 4 is added. improves. The side piece portion 42 can also fix the reinforcing plate 4 to the face plate 3 by using a web 20 (support member 2) and riveting or the like.

(Horizontal beam)
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 7, and 7 and the like, the cross beams 5 and 6 have a U-shaped cross section that is bridged over the above-mentioned support column members 2 at the upper and lower ends to form the frame of the soundproof wall unit 1. It is a steel material, and the open end on the cross section is attached downward so that water does not collect in each case.

Further, as described above, the upper folded portion 33 of the face plate 3 is externally fitted and fitted to the cross beam 5 and fixed by the joining member, and the lower folded portion 34 is externally fitted and fitted to the cross beam 6. It is fixed with a joining member.

(Upper reinforcement)
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 10, the upper reinforcing member 7 is a steel material having a U-shaped cross section, and one side piece having an open end mounted on the upper side is joined to the inner flange 22 of the strut member 2. It is joined by a member, and the other side piece is joined to the cross beam 5 by a joining member. The upper reinforcing member 7 has a function of reinforcing the joint portion between the strut member 2 and the cross beam 5 and preventing the strut members 2 from twisting each other.

By providing the upper reinforcing material 7, not only the strength of the superstructure of the soundproof wall unit 1 is improved, but also a function of hanging the soundproof panel described later is provided.

It is preferable that the upper reinforcing member 7 is provided with a hanging member (not shown) for hanging a wire rope or the like when the soundproof wall unit 1 is lifted by a lifting machine, such as by attaching a hanging hook or an eyebolt. This is because it is easy to lift with a lifting machine.

(Lower fixing member)
As shown in FIGS. 2, 11 and the like, the lower fixing member 8 includes a base plate 80 which is a member for fixing the lower part of the support member 2 to the anchor bolt AB and a holding metal fitting which presses the base plate 80 against the ground covering portion. It is composed of 81, a back reinforcing member 82 for reinforcing the cross beam 6, and the like.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 11, the base plate 80 is formed by bending a steel plate having a thickness of about 6.0 mm, which is made of a highly corrosion-resistant plated steel plate, to form a plate body 80a having a U-shaped cross section. It is a member on which a number of reinforcing ribs 80b are formed. Further, two anchor holes 80c through which anchors are inserted are bored in the bottom plate of the plate body 80a. The anchor hole 80c is an elongated hole for adjusting the position with the anchor bolt AB.

Since the bending stress acting on the base plate 80 is the distance to the reinforcing rib 80b due to the tensile force acting on the anchor bolt AB, the anchor hole 80c which is a long hole is formed in order to bring the reinforcing rib 80b closer to the anchor bolt AB. Reinforcing rib 80b is attached in the immediate vicinity of. The reinforcing rib 80b may be attached to the plate body 80a by either joining with a joining member or welding.

As shown in FIG. 2 and the like, the presser foot fitting 81 is made of a rectangular hot-dip galvanized steel sheet having a thickness of about 12 mm and having a size that fits in the base plate 80. The presser foot fitting 81 is a member provided for reducing the weight of the entire soundproof wall unit 1 by thinning the base plate 80, the support column member 2, and the like with the vicinity of the anchor bolt AB where stress is concentrated as a separate member. When the plate thickness of the lower fixing member is 12 mm or more, the holding metal fitting 81 is not always necessary.

As shown in FIG. 2, the back reinforcing material 82 is a steel material formed by bending a steel plate having a thickness of about 4.5 mm, which is made of a highly corrosion-resistant plated steel plate, into a U-shaped cross section with an open upper portion. .. The back reinforcing member 82 is mounted in the cross beam 6 at the joint portion between the support member 2 and the cross beam 6, and reinforces the cross-section U-shaped opening end of the cross beam 6 so as not to be crushed by the transmission stress from the base plate 80. It has a function. Of course, if the cross beam 6 has high rigidity and the back reinforcing member 82 is not required in terms of strength, it goes without saying that it is not necessary to provide the back reinforcing member 82.

(Soundproof panel)
Next, the soundproof panel 9 which is an optional member of the soundproof wall unit 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 to 15.

In the first place, the soundproof wall unit 1 constitutes a single-layer sound insulation wall that insulates sound by increasing the transmission loss according to the weight rule by the weight of the steel plate alone even if there is no sound absorbing material. However, the soundproof wall unit 1 according to the present embodiment is fitted with a soundproof panel 9 in order to enhance the soundproof effect and to take measures against complaints from neighboring residents after installation, and a sound absorbing material or sound insulating material is provided therein. It is possible to add materials.

FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a mounting state of the soundproof panel 9 on the soundproof wall unit 1. Further, FIG. 14 is a front view showing a single unit of the soundproof panel 9, and FIG. 15 is a front view showing a state in which the soundproof panel 9 is attached to the soundproof wall unit 1.

As shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, the soundproof panel 9 includes a vertically long rectangular box-shaped housing 90 made of punching metal in which a large number of holes are bored in a stainless steel plate having a thickness of about 0.6 mm. A soundproofing material such as a sound absorbing material or a sound insulating material can be loaded in the housing 90. As shown in FIG. 13, the soundproof panel 9 is slid-mounted from above in the space between the inner flange 22 and the cross beam 5 between the two strut members 2 of the soundproof wall unit 1 to join the rivet RB or the like. It is fixed with a member. For this reason, not only the soundproof panel 9 can be additionally installed after the installation of the soundproof wall unit 1, but also the inner flange 22 causes an accident in which the soundproof panel 9 comes off to the track or road inside the bridge. Can be prevented.

Further, as the sound absorbing material to be loaded, a foamed resin such as polyurethane foam or a fiber material such as glass wool is preferably used, and the material absorbs sound by diffusely reflecting and attenuating the noise passing through the holes of the housing 90. If it is used as appropriate. Instead of the sound absorbing material, a sound insulating material such as a steel plate that insulates sound according to the weight rule may be attached. Further, both the sound absorbing material and the sound insulating material may be attached. In this way, it can be installed with various measures such as adding a sound absorbing material only, a sound insulating material only, and a sound absorbing material and a sound insulating material.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the soundproof panel 9 is attached with an engaging plate 91 whose left and right ends are bent into an L-shaped cross section on the upper surface of the housing 90. .. As shown in FIG. 13, the engaging plate 91 is configured to be hooked on the upper reinforcing member 7 attached near the upper end of the support column member 2 described above. Therefore, even if the joint member is broken due to an accident or the like, it is possible to reliably prevent an accident in which the soundproof panel 9 comes off not only on the private land side but also on the track or road inside the bridge.

As described above, since the soundproof panel 9 can be retrofitted to the soundproof wall unit 1, it is possible to add the soundproof panel 9 according to the sound environment after the installation of the soundproof wall 10. Moreover, since the soundproof panel 9 is hooked by the inner flange 22, there is no possibility that the soundproof panel will come off and fall or fall on the track or road in the bridge.

According to the soundproof wall unit 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention described above, when viewed from the outside of the bridge on the private land side, the support column member 2 can be completely concealed by the face plate 3, and a plurality of connected members can be completely concealed. The outer surface of the face plate 3 can be flush with each other. Therefore, the design is improved and the appearance is good. Further, since there is no gap between the adjacent face plates 3, sound insulation and durability are improved.

Further, according to the soundproof wall unit 1, the outer flange 21 and the folded portion (left folded portion 31, right folded portion 32), which are the joint portions between the support member 2 and the face plate 3, are joined from the inside of the bridge to the rivet RB or the like. It is fixed with a member. Therefore, the inspection of the joint member can be completed only from the inside of the bridge, which does not require scaffolding or a special vehicle, and there is no risk of the joint member falling to the outside of the bridge.

In addition, since the soundproof wall unit 1 is made of steel, it is lighter in weight than the soundproof wall made of concrete, is easy to install (good workability), and does not cause a problem of surface peeling. Further, as compared with the soundproof wall made of FRP, it is easier to manufacture the end length portion and the special portion, and it is possible to easily repair the damaged part at a low cost.

Further, the face plate 3 of the soundproof wall unit 1 is formed with an upper folded portion 33 so that it can be fitted to the cross beam 5 which is another member. Therefore, when viewed from the outside of the bridge, the joining member is completely formed. It is possible to conceal the inside of the face plate. Therefore, the risk of the joining member falling to the outside can be completely eliminated.

Further, in the soundproof wall unit 1, cross beams 5 and 6 are bridged between two support column members 2 to form a frame, and a face plate 3 is fitted to the frame from the outside. Therefore, the bending rigidity and the torsional rigidity of the soundproof wall unit 1 can be improved.

The soundproof wall unit 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above, but all of the previously performed embodiments merely show examples of embodiment in carrying out the present invention. Therefore, the technical scope of the present invention should not be construed in a limited manner by the above-described embodiment and the illustrated embodiment.

In particular, although the bridge has been described as an example of the structural skeleton in which the soundproof wall units 1 are arranged side by side, it can be installed in any structural skeleton. Further, as the steel material constituting the soundproof wall unit 1, a highly corrosion-resistant plated steel sheet or the like has been described as an example, but the steel material constituting the soundproof wall unit 1 is not limited to the highly corrosion-resistant plated steel material, and can be applied to other steel materials. Needless to say.
