Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the emergency lighting device 10 is an emergency light that lights up in an emergency such as a power failure. The lighting device 10 is mounted and installed on a ceiling surface as a surface to be mounted. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lighting device 10 is mounted downward with respect to the ceiling surface. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the surface of the lighting device 10 on the ceiling surface side will be referred to as the upper surface, and the surface opposite to the ceiling surface side will be referred to as the lower surface.

As shown with reference to FIGS. 5 to 7, the lighting device 10 includes the fixture main body 11, the main body unit 12 disposed on the fixture main body 11, the battery unit 14, and the makeup covering the fixture main body 11. A cover 15 which is a frame and a wiring 13 are provided.

As mainly shown in FIG. 7, the instrument main body 11 is, for example, a metal base plate formed in a disk shape. A wiring hole 20 for leading out the wiring 13 is formed in a circular shape in the substantially center of the instrument main body 11. A pair of mounting portions 21 for screwing and fixing to the mounting component 40 described later are formed in the peripheral portion of the instrument main body 11. One mounting portion 21 has a circular hole through which a screw can be inserted and an elongated hole that communicates with the circular hole and extends in the direction of the wiring hole 20. The other mounting portion 21 is two elongated holes that are formed so that screws can be inserted and extend in a direction orthogonal to the wiring hole 20 direction.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the main body unit 12 includes a radiator 31, a light source unit 32, and a power supply circuit unit 33, which are integrally combined to form a main unit 12.

The radiator 31 is made of, for example, aluminum die-cast, is fixed to the center of the instrument main body 11 by screwing, and is thermally connected to the instrument main body 11. That is, one end side of the radiator 31 is fixed to the center of the instrument main body 11 by screwing, and the light source unit 32 is installed on the other end side so that heat from the light source unit 32 can be dissipated.

The light source unit 32 has a light emitting module on which an LED is mounted and a transparent glass or resin lens that controls the light distribution of light emitted from the light emitting module.

An external power source such as a commercial AC power source is connected to the power supply circuit unit 33, and electric power is input to the power supply circuit unit 33. The power supply circuit unit 33 is a charging circuit that charges the battery unit 14 (battery unit 37) with an external power source, a power failure detection circuit that detects a power failure of the external power source, and a light emitting module that uses the power supply of the battery unit 14 (battery unit 37) when a power failure is detected. It has a lighting circuit for lighting, an inspection circuit for checking the state of the battery unit 14 (battery unit 37), the state of the light emitting module, and the like. Further, the power supply circuit unit 33 has an inspection switch 35, a monitor lamp, a receiving unit, and a transmitting unit arranged at the lower part.

As shown in FIG. 7, the power supply circuit unit 33 is arranged on the side portion of the radiator 31 in a direction intersecting the line connecting the mounting portions 21.

The battery unit 14 includes a battery unit 37, a battery mounting bracket 38, and a battery fixing spring 39. The battery unit 37 has a flat and substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and is a rechargeable battery such as a Ni-Cd battery, a nickel-metal hydride battery, or a lithium battery.

The battery mounting bracket 38 is attached to the instrument main body 11 and is formed by bending a metal plate so as to surround the battery portion 37.

The battery fixing spring 39 is formed by bending a metal rod-like body, and is attached to the battery mounting bracket 38 in order to detachably hold the battery portion 37 to the battery mounting bracket 38.

The battery unit 37 is connected to the power supply circuit unit 33 and is charged by the power supplied from the charging circuit of the power supply circuit unit 33, and also supplies power to the power supply circuit unit 33 in an emergency such as a power failure.

The wiring 13 is an insulatingly coated power supply line, one end side of which is electrically connected to the power supply circuit unit 33, and the other end side is led out from the wiring hole 20 of the instrument body 11 to the outside of the instrument body 11. NS. As shown in FIG. 6, the wiring 13 having one end connected to the power supply circuit unit 33 passes through the outer periphery of the mounting unit 21 and is led out from the wiring hole 20. In this case, since the wiring 13 is not excessively bent, the stress applied to the wiring 13 is suppressed. Further, as a result, the other end side of the wiring 13 is led out from the wiring hole 20 in the same direction as the arrangement position of the battery unit 37 with respect to the light source unit 32. As shown in FIG. 7, the wiring 13 may be derived from the battery unit 33 and the wiring 13 on the same straight line, or the wiring 13 may be derived from the wiring 13 and the arrangement direction of the charging unit 33 with respect to the light source unit 32 without overlapping the mounting unit 21. It may be a region direction in which the direction is a sharp angle.

A male outlet plug 30 that can be connected to a household 100V female outlet is connected to the other end of the wiring 13.

Further, a pair of springs 17a and 17b for attaching the cover 15 are provided on the outer peripheral edge of the instrument main body 11.

As represented by FIG. 5, the cover 15 is made of metal, for example, and is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape with an open upper surface. On the bottom surface of the cover 15, a light source opening 50 is formed in a circular shape through which the lens of the light source 32 is inserted and exposed in the center. A pair of spring receiving brackets are provided inside the cover 15, and the cover 15 is fixed to the appliance main body 11 by the springs 17a and 17b provided on the appliance main body and the spring receiving brackets.

Further, when the lighting device 10 is installed on the mounting surface, for example, the ceiling surface, the lighting device 10 is screwed and fixed to the ceiling surface via the mounting component 40.

As shown in FIG. 8, the mounting component 40 is formed of, for example, a hot-dip galvanized steel plate having an inverted trapezoidal side surface, and is fixed to a pair of mounting surfaces 43 to which the instrument main body 11 is fixed and a surface to be mounted. It has a mounting surface 44 and a component side surface 45. A mounting surface 43 is formed on one end side of the component side surface 45, and a mounting surface 44 is formed on the other end side, and the mounting surface 43 and the mounting surface 44 are formed in a direction in which they intersect each other. The mounting component 40 is configured to secure a space S (see FIG. 2) through which the wiring 13 passes between the appliance main body 11 and the mounted surface. Specifically, the fixture main body 11 and the mounted surface The separation distance is larger than the diameter of the wiring 13.

As shown in FIG. 9, the mounting component 40 has a first pair of mounting holes 41 for mounting the mounting portion 21 of the instrument body 11 on the mounting surface 43, and the mounting surface 44 is mounted on the mounted surface. A second pair of mounting holes 42 are formed. The separation distance of the first pair of mounting holes 41 and the separation distance of the second pair of mounting holes 42 are the same separation distance, that is, they are formed at the same pitch and intersect with each other, specifically, It is provided at orthogonal positions.

The mounting component 40 is a lighting device in which a second pair of mounting holes 42 are screwed and fixed to the surface to be mounted, and a mounting portion 21 of the fixture main body 11 is screwed and fixed to the first pair of mounting holes 41. 11 is fixed to the surface to be attached.

Next, a method of attaching the lighting device 10 of the present embodiment will be described.

When installing the lighting device 10, first, in order to mount the mounting component 40 shown in FIG. 8 on the mounted surface, the mounting component 40 is mounted on the mounted surface through the second pair of mounting holes 42 of the mounting component 40. Screw it in place. If the first pair of mounting holes 41 and the surface to be mounted are screwed and fixed at the time of mounting, the first pair of mounting holes 41 and the second pair of mounting holes 42 have the same pitch. The mounting component 40 can be remounted on the mounted surface without the need to make new screw holes on the mounted surface.

Next, as shown in FIG. 9, in order to attach the instrument main body 11 to the attachment component 40, the attachment portion 21 of the instrument main body 11 and the first pair of attachment holes 41 are screwed and fixed. As shown in FIG. 7, the battery unit 37 attached to the instrument body 11 is arranged on the side of the light source unit 32 arranged in the center of the instrument body 11, and the wiring 13 is the battery unit 37 with respect to the light source unit 32. It is derived in the same direction as the arrangement of. Therefore, a large space is provided on the side (on the left side in the drawing) where the battery unit 37 is not arranged with respect to the light source unit 32 of the instrument main body 11. Further, the mounting portion 21 is provided in a region that intersects the arrangement direction of the battery portion 37 with respect to the light source portion 32 and is opposite to the direction in which the battery portion 37 is arranged with respect to the power supply circuit portion 33. Therefore, when the instrument main body 11 is screwed and fixed to the mounting component 40, the mounted component and the wiring 13 do not get in the way and the work becomes easy.

As shown in FIG. 2, the wiring 13 derived from the appliance main body 11 passes between the appliance main body 11 and the surface to be attached, and the outlet plug 30 attached to the tip of the wiring 13 is provided on the ceiling or wall. It is connected to the outlet.

In this case, since the mounting component 40 is formed so that the distance between the instrument main body 11 and the mounted surface is larger than the diameter of the wiring 13, the derived wiring 13 is prevented from hitting the mounted surface and bending. This makes it possible to reduce the burden on wiring.

Next, the cover 15 is fixed to the instrument body 11 screwed and fixed to the mounting component 40 by the springs 17a and 17b provided on the instrument body 11 and the spring receiving portion metal provided inside the cover 15.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the lighting device 10 can be easily attached to the surface to be attached only by screwing and fixing the illuminating device 10 to the surface to be attached via the attachment component 40. Further, when the instrument main body 11 is screwed and fixed, the mounted parts and the wiring 13 do not interfere with the screwing work, and the workability can be improved. Further, since it is not necessary to pass the wiring 13 through the back side of the mounted surface, the lighting device 10 can be easily mounted without the need for electrical work, and even a general consumer who does not have a qualification such as an electrician can easily mount the lighting device 10. An emergency lighting device that can be attached can be provided.
