Description
− パリソンを金型内で膨張させて薬剤容器を形成する、成形工程と、

Claims (9)
- 薬剤容器(2’)を製造、充填、封止する方法であって:
パリソン(2)を金型(1)内で膨張させて薬剤容器(2’)を形成する、成形工程と、
薬剤(M)を薬剤容器(2’)に充填する、充填工程と、
薬剤容器(2’)の首部(2.2’)の遠位端を封止する、封止工程と
を含むブローフィルシールプロセスを含み、
ここで、金型(1)は、薬剤(M)の毛細管効果を可能にするほど十分に小さな内半径(r)で首部(2.2’)が形成されるように寸法設定され、その結果、充填工程および封止工程の後に首部(2.2’)内に残る気泡が、毛管力によって首部(2.2’)内に固定される、
前記方法。 - 金型(1)は、少なくとも100hPaの毛管圧(p(h))の薬剤(M)の毛細管効果を可能にするほど十分に小さな内半径(r)で首部(2.2’)が形成されるように寸法設定されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金型(1)は、1.4mm以下の内半径(r)で首部(2.2’)が形成されるように寸法設定されている、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 金型(1)は、7mm〜30mmの長さで首部(2.2’)が形成されるように寸法設定されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 封止工程において、首部(2.2’)は、気泡を保持するセクションで切断される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 液体薬剤(M)用の薬剤容器(2’)であって、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造され、薬剤(M)の毛細管効果を可能にするほど十分に小さな内半径(r)の首部(2.2’)を有し、その結果、首部(2.2’)内に残る気泡が、毛管力に
よって首部(2.2’)内に固定される、前記薬剤容器。 - 首部(2.2’)の内半径(r)は、少なくとも100hPaの毛管圧(p(h))の薬剤(M)の毛細管効果を可能にするほど十分に小さい、請求項6に記載の薬剤容器(2’)。
- 首部(2.2’)の内半径(r)は、1.4mm以下である、請求項6または7に記載の薬剤容器(2’)。
- 首部(2.2’)は、7mm〜30mmの長さを有する、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤容器(2’)。
