Description

次に図面を参照すると、図1は、いくつかの実施形態による人工弁および/または送達システムの状態図である。たとえば、弁および送達システムは、組み立てられ、ならびに/または(たとえば、カテーテルおよび/もしくは経皮的送達を使用して患者に挿入されてもよい。いくつかの実施形態では、人工器官の展開は、人工器官を置くこと、および/または人工器官を配向すること、および/または生来の組織に人工器官を取り付けることを含んでもよい。場合によっては、送達後に、送達システムは、放出される、および/または回収される。
次に図面を参照すると、図2Aは、いくつかの実施形態による人工弁のブロック図である。いくつかの実施形態では、人工器官は、場合によっては、生来の組織224に取り付けられるフレーム228を含む。場合によっては、フレーム228は、1つまたは複数のアンカー226によって、および/または接合スカート(coaptive skirt)234によって、組織224に取り付けられる。フレームは、場合によっては、ダイヤフラム232aに取り付けられる。たとえば、フレームは、(たとえば、フレームの周縁で)縫合、および/または1つもしくは複数の支持体、および/または接合スカート234により、ダイヤフラム232aに取り付けられてもよい。たとえば、三尖弁の人工弁の場合、ダイヤフラムは、収縮期にフレームに対して閉じ、弁を通る流れを妨げてもよく、および/またはダイヤフラムは、拡張期にフレームから離され、1つもしくは複数の周縁流路266を開けてもよい。
図3は、いくつかの実施形態による人工弁および/または送達システムのブロック図である。場合によっては、人工器官を患者に位置決めおよび/または展開するために、送達システムが使用される。たとえば、送達システムは、場合によってはエクステンダ240に装着されたローレット242を含んでもよい。ローレットおよび/またはエクステンダは、場合によっては、人工器官および/または中空管246の早過ぎる放出を防ぐ。
図4は、いくつかの実施形態による人工弁の機能(448)を示すフローチャートである。いくつかの実施形態では、弁は、輪が曲がることを可能にしながら、流路、オリフィス、および/または輪を通る流れを制御してもよい。たとえば、弁は、一方向の流れを可能にしてもよい。場合によっては、弁は、軽度のおよび/または制御された逆流を可能にする。
図5は、いくつかの実施形態による人工弁の展開を示すフローチャートである。いくつかの実施形態では、中空管が、人工器官の第1の流路を通って伸長されてもよく(504)、および/またはエクステンダが、別の流路を通って伸長されてもよい(504)。代替および/または追加として、管および/またはエクステンダの両方が、同じ流路を通って伸長されてもよい(504)。たとえば、ローレットが、エクステンダによって、人工器官の遠位側で支持されてもよい。場合によっては、ガイド・ワイヤおよび/または中空管および/またはエクステンダは、管および/またはローレットの開口に通されてもよい(506)。たとえば、ガイド・ワイヤのチップは、ローレットに対して遠位に伸長してもよい。
図6は、いくつかの実施形態による、フレームが広げられ、弁が開いている人工弁の斜視図である。いくつかの実施形態では、三尖弁人工器官が、中心ダイヤフラム632を含む。ダイヤフラム632は、場合によっては、フレーム628の三尖弁輪の周縁の一部に沿って取り付けられる。たとえば、取り付けは、縫合630によるものであってもよい。場合によっては、ダイヤフラム632は、尖部668を含む。場合によっては、尖部668は、人工器官のフレーム628の上流に位置している。

Claims (16)
- 心臓の弁の心房側と前記心臓の弁の心室側との間に固定されるように構成された人工心臓弁であって、
心臓弁のオリフィスに嵌め込むようにサイズ設定され形作られたフレームであって、前記フレームは、前記心房側に配置されるように構成された心房端と、前記心室側に配置されるように構成された心室端とを有する、フレームと、
可撓性のダイヤフラムと、

前記フレームは、最小外周および最小断面を有し、
前記フレームは、流路を規定し、
前記心房側における前記フレームの前記心房端の外周が、前記心室側における前記フレームの前記心室端の外周より大きく、
前記可撓性のダイヤフラムは、前記流路を選択的にブロックし、少なくとも前記フレームの前記最小外周と同じ大きさの縁部、および前記フレームの前記最小断面よりも大きい表面積を有するダイヤフラムの側部を含み、
前記可撓性のダイヤフラムが、互いに対向する少なくとも2つの位置で前記フレームに連結され、前記連結は、複数の縫合線を使用して、前記縁部の長さの15%と50%の間の範囲にわたる長さに沿って前記フレームに連結され、その結果、各前記位置の前記ダイヤフラムの一部が、前記複数の縫合線によって前記長さに沿って部分的に広げられて保持され、前記可撓性のダイヤフラムが、前記流路を横切る非静止横材として機能し、前記流路を少なくとも2つの流路に分割し、
