Claims (4)
- チャンバーおよびアンカー部分を含むインフュージョンデバイスであって、チャンバーが挿入デバイスを受容するための近位の入口を有し、アンカー部分がチャンバーから遠位に延在し、かつ、骨内への確実な配置のために構成されたインフュージョンデバイス;
骨内にインフュージョンデバイスを埋め込むための駆動機構;
注入された流体の逆流を防ぐためにチャンバーの近位の入口をカバーするセプタム;
骨の部位にインフュージョンデバイスをガイドするためのガイドワイヤー;および
アンカー部分を通って延在する末端開口チャンネルであって、チャンバーに対して流体連通し、および、遠位末端の開口部で終端し、開口部を通って挿入デバイスが出ることができ、かつ、骨髄に向けて方向付けられ得る実質的にまっすぐな経路を提供するチャンネル
を含む、インフュージョンシステムであり、
ドライバーを回転させることによりインフュージョンデバイスに回転力が伝達されるように、駆動機構が、インフュージョンデバイスに相補的に連結される、インフュージョンシステム。 - 駆動機構にガイドワイヤーをロックするためのロック部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のインフュージョンシステム。
- 駆動機構が、ロック部材を収容するためのカニューレを含む、請求項2に記載のインフュージョンシステム。
- ガイドワイヤーが、セプタムを貫通するための鋭利な近位末端を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のインフュージョンシステム。
