Description

- エンジンと、
第1回転機と、
前記エンジンが連結された第1回転要素と、前記第1回転機が連結された第2回転要素と、出力部材が連結された第3回転要素とが差動回転可能に連結され、かつ前記第1回転機から反力トルクを出力することにより、前記エンジンから前記出力部材にトルクを伝達するとともに、前記エンジンから出力されたトルクのうち前記出力部材側に伝達するトルクの割合が第1所定値となる第1モードと、前記割合が前記第1所定値よりも小さい第2所定値となる第2モードとを設定可能に構成された伝動機構と、
前記出力部材にトルク伝達可能に連結された第2回転機と
を備え、
前記第2回転機から後進トルクを出力することにより後進走行するように構成され、
前記エンジンが作動している場合に前記伝動機構を介して前記エンジンから前記出力部材に伝達されるトルクが、前記後進トルクに対抗するハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記伝動機構を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記ハイブリッド車両が前記後進走行しかつ所定動力以上の動力が前記エンジンから出力される場合に、前記第1モードを設定することを制限するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記所定動力以上の動力が前記エンジンから出力されていることを、走行パワー、前記エンジンと前記第1回転機と前記第2回転機との出力、要求駆動力、蓄電装置の充電残量、前記蓄電装置の電圧のいずれか一つに基づいて判断するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記エンジンの排気を浄化する浄化装置を更に備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記浄化装置の温度が所定温度以下の場合に、前記所定動力以上の動力が前記エンジンから出力されていると判断するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
駆動力を出力することを要求するアクセル操作と、制動力を出力することを要求するブレーキ操作とが同時に操作されて停車している場合に、前記所定動力以上の動力が前記エンジンから出力されていると判断するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記エンジンの排熱を所定部材に吹き付けるデフロスターを更に備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記デフロスターを作動させている場合に、前記所定動力以上の動力が前記エンジンから出力されていると判断するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記所定動力以上の動力が前記エンジンから出力されることが想定されている場合に、前記第1モードを設定することを制限するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記エンジンから前記所定動力以上の動力を出力する場合に、前記第1回転機から反力トルクを出力し、前記エンジンから前記所定動力未満の動力を出力する場合に、前記第1回転機から反力トルクを出力しないように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項7に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記エンジンから前記所定動力以上の動力を出力しかつ前記第1回転機から反力トルクを出力する場合に、前記伝動機構を介して前記エンジンから出力部材に伝達されるトルクが、前記後進トルクに対抗するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記第1回転機は、発電機能を有する第1モータを含み、
前記第2回転機は、電力が供給されることにより駆動トルクを出力するモータを含み、
前記第1回転機は、前記エンジンから前記伝動機構を介して入力される動力を電力に変換でき、前記変換された電力を前記第2回転機に供給して、前記第2回転機から前記後進トルクを出力するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
