前記屈曲板部20aの適所(図示例では平面視長方形の蓋体の長辺の両端及び中間部に対応する箇所)には、上方から見て外周部18及び膨出部20の境界線bより複数の補助凹部21が形成されている。この補助凹部21は、複数の蓋体を積み重ねたときに蓋体が相互に係止することを可能とするものである。
さらに屈曲板部20aの周方向の一箇所には、上方から見て膨出部20に食い込む凹入部22を形成している。この凹入部22の底部は、前記外周部18と面一に連続する平坦板部22aとしている。
この平坦板部22aには、略U字形の分離線24が穿設されている。図示例の分離線24は、平坦板部22aの外端側から内方へ延びる一対の側線部24aと、これら側線部24aの先端e2を結ぶV字形の先線部24bとで形成されている。分離線24により三方を仕切られる板部を、操作用切片28としている。図示例の一対の側線部24aは平行線であるが、これらの構造は、例えば、側線部24aの先端e2を交差するように結び分離線24全体の形状を略V字形に形成するなど、適宜変更することができる。
前記操作用切片28は基部28a及び先部28bを有する。基部28aは、側線部24aの基端e1寄りに位置し、操作用切片28を押し下げたときに周囲の頂板部分と連続している部分であり、先部28bは、前記先線部24b寄りに位置し、前記操作用切片28の押し下げにより最も下降する部分である。
前記分離線24は、前記操作用切片28を頂板16の外側から押し込むことにより、前記三方において当該操作用切片28が周囲の平坦板部分から分離し、先部28b側から下降して、挿入口Aが開口するように構成されていれば良い。本実施形態では、ミシン目である破断線として形成されているが、例えば薄肉の弱化線、或いはスリットとして形成しても良い。
図示例において、前記略U字形の分離線24を形成する前記一対の側線部24aの基端e1を直線的に結ぶ、肉薄線である補助屈折線26を形成している。なお、補助屈曲線26は、操作用切片28の基部側での屈曲が容易となる態様であれば、どのようなものでも良く、例えば、前記一対の側線部24aの基端e1から相互に近づく方向(対向方向)に突出する一対の切欠きを穿設した構造などとしても良い。また、補助屈曲線26は設けなくても良い。
なお、図示はしないが、頂板16の外縁に接する箇所に分離線24を設ける場合には、上方から見た分離線24の形状を、前記略U字形を中心線に沿って半分に切った形状(例えば略L字形)とすることができる。この場合には、前記L字形の両端のうち頂板外縁に接する一方端部から蓋周壁を縦断する第1補助分離線を延長するとともに、他方端部から中心線と直交する方向に補助屈折線を設け、この補助屈折線の先端から蓋周壁を縦断する第2補助分離線を垂下するとよい。また、分離線24の形状は、内容物取出し用治具Tを挿入し、保持可能であれば、これらに限られない。
前記構成において、図5に示す如く、例えば使用者の指やバターナイフなどの内容物取出し用治具Tなどで操作用切片28を押し込むと、操作用切片28が補助屈折線26を中心として下方へ回転して挿入口Aが開口する。この挿入口AにはバターナイフTを挿入して保持させることができる。
内容物を取り出すときには、前記挿入口AからバターナイフTを引きぬくと共に、容器体2から蓋体10を外し、バターナイフTを用いて、容器体2から所要両の内容物を切り取って、取り出せばよい。

すなわち、第1実施形態の構成中の凹入部22及び補助屈折線26を省略して、屈曲板部20aに分離線24を形成している。図示例の分離線24は、屈曲板部20aに切り込む一対の側線部24aを、外周部18との境界線b付近から屈曲板部20aの上端部付近に亘って穿設するとともに、これら一対の側線部24aの先端e2を直線状の先線部24bで連結してなるが、この構成は適宜変更することができる。例えば略U字形の分離線が後述の補剛リブを跨ぐように形成してもよい。
操作用切片28は、前記分離線24で三方を仕切られる屈曲板部分で弾性板部として形成されている。本発明の蓋体は、分離線24を頂板部に設けているので、シート成形を用いて効率良く製造することができる。すなわち、シート成形の場合には、金型の構成上、成形品の側面に分離線で仕切られた操作用切片を有する形態で成形することが困難であり、シート成形後に後加工として分離線を穿設する必要があった。これに対して本発明では、前述の通り分離線が頂板部に設けられているから、シート成形で容易に成形できる。
好適な図示例では、鍔部8の外半部8bに頂板16の外周部18を載置させるとともに、前記操作用切片28の先端部を可動板部30として残して、操作用切片の残りの部分の裏面から補剛突部32を突設し、この補剛突部32の下面を前記鍔部8の内半部8aに載置させている。
図示例の補剛突部32は、図6に点線で示すように内外方向に一定の幅を有する補剛リブとしている。この補剛リブの側方から見た形状は略扇形であり(図7参照)、その下端面のうち外周部18寄りの部分を鍔部8の内半部8aに載置しているが、この構造は適宜変更することができる。
この構成では、前記補剛突部32を形成することにより、操作用切片28が蓋周壁12と連結されている。それにより、操作用切片28に蓋周壁12の復元変形力が加わることで前記操作用切片28の弾性変形力をより強くすることができる。
また、この構成に変えて、前記補剛突部32を形成することにより、操作用切片28の変形できる部分を、前記可動板部30に制限する構成とすることもできる。
図10に示す如く、使用者の指やバターナイフTなどで前記可動板部30を外側から押し込むと、可動板部30が内方へ屈曲変形して、挿入口Aが開口するので、バターナイフTを挿入し、保持することができる。挿入口AからバターナイフTを引きぬくと、可動板部30が元の位置に弾性復元して、挿入口Aが閉塞する。しかる後に容器体2から蓋体10を外して、内容物を切り取ることができる。
なお、前記補剛突部32を設けているので、可動板部30が下方へ弾性変形する際に、可動板部以外の切片部分及び補剛突部32も僅かに弾性変形し、これらが曲り板バネ及び垂直板バネの組み合わせとして大きな弾発力を発揮する。その結果として、操作用切片28全体の弾性復元力が強くなっているため、挿入口Aの閉塞を確実にすることができる。

That is, in the case of sheet molding, it is difficult to mold in a form having an operation section partitioned by a separation line on the side surface of the molded product due to the structure of the mold, and the separation line is used as post-processing after sheet molding. In this configuration, the operating section 28 is connected to the peripheral wall 12 by forming the stiffening protrusion 32. As a result, the elastic deformation force of the operation section 28 can be further strengthened by applying the restoring deformation force of the lid peripheral wall 12 to the operation section 28.
Further, instead of this configuration, by forming the stiffening protrusion 32, the deformable portion of the operation section 28 can be limited to the movable plate portion 30.
As shown in FIG. 10, when the movable plate portion 30 is pushed in from the outside with a user's finger, a butter knife T, or the like, the movable plate portion 30 is bent and deformed inward, and the insertion port A opens. When the butter knife T is pulled out from the insertion port A, the movable plate portion 30 is elastically restored to its original position, and the insertion port A is closed.
