Description

The present invention relates to a knitted fabric knitting method for knitting a knitted portion and knitting a one-side knitted fabric portion and a other-side knitted fabric portion branching from the knitted portion starting from the knitted portion.

A flat knitting machine is used to knit a knitting part that is locked to a needle bed that faces the front and back, and the knitting part that faces the front and back is knitted from the knitting part as a starting point. Examples of the method of knitting the ground include the method described in Patent Document 1. In Patent Document 1, the first side stitch and the other side stitch are first knitted, and then the knitting portion is knitted by repeating the following knitting.
-A new one-sided stitch following the one-sided stitch is knitted on the formation direction side of the knitting portion with respect to the one-sided stitch, and a one-sided widening stitch is formed on the empty needle formed by the movement of the one-sided stitch.
-A new other side stitch following the other side stitch is knitted on the formation direction side of the knitting portion with respect to the other side stitch, and the other side widening stitch is formed on the empty needle formed by the movement of the other side stitch.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2013-11031

According to the technique of Patent Document 1, it is possible to knit an inconspicuous knitted portion that is naturally connected to the one-side knitted fabric portion and the other-side knitted fabric portion. However, depending on the type of knitting yarn used and the knitting structure of both knitted fabrics, the knitted portion may become wavy and the knitted portion may become conspicuous. This phenomenon is particularly remarkable when the knitted fabric has a rib structure. This is because the knitted portion is less likely to shrink than the rib structure that easily shrinks, and there is a difference between the shrinkage amount of the knitted fabric portion and the shrinkage amount of the knitted portion.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and one of the purposes thereof is to make the knitted portion conspicuous regardless of the type of knitting yarn and the knitting structure of the one-side knitted fabric portion and the other-side knitted fabric portion. The purpose is to provide a method of knitting knitted fabric that can be eliminated.

The knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention is
A knitting portion locked to both needle beds is knitted using a flat knitting machine having a needle bed on one side and a needle bed on the other side facing each other, and a yarn feeding member for feeding yarn to these needle beds. Then, in the knitting method of knitting the one-side knitted fabric portion and the other-side knitted fabric portion facing each other in the front-rear direction starting from the knitted portion, the knitted fabric is knitted.
One side base portion having the same width as the one side knitted fabric portion is formed on the one side needle bed, and each stitch of the one side base portion having the same width as the other side knitted fabric portion on the other side needle bed. Step A of forming the other side base part consisting of stitches connected to
Step B in which the one-side widening stitch connected to the stitch of the one-sided base portion is repeatedly formed on the one-sided needle bed in order from the end of the one-sided base portion in the knitting width direction.
A step of completing the knitting portion by repeating forming the other side widening stitch connected to the stitch of the other side base portion on the other side needle bed in order from the end portion of the other side base portion in the knitting width direction. C and
The one-side knitted fabric portion is knitted in the wale direction of the stitch row composed of the plurality of one-side widening stitches in the knitting portion, and the knitted fabric portion is knitted in the wale direction of the stitch row composed of the plurality of other-side widening stitches. The step D for knitting the other side knitted fabric portion is provided.
In step B,
Step b1 of knitting the first stitch following the wale direction of the end stitch of the one-side base portion, and
Step b2 of forming the first new stitch drawn from the first stitch by adding a premium to the first stitch,
Adjacent stitches adjacent to the end stitches of the one-side base portion, and one of the first stitches and the first new stitches are overlapped, and the stitches are referred to as new end stitches. Step b3, which defines the other stitch as the one-side widening stitch, is repeated.
In step C,
The step c1 of knitting the second stitch following the wale direction of the end stitch of the other side base portion, and
A step c2 of forming a second new stitch drawn from the second stitch by adding a premium to the second stitch.
Adjacent stitches adjacent to the end stitches of the other side base portion, and one of the second stitches and the second new stitches are overlapped, and the stitches are referred to as new end stitches. This is a knitted fabric knitting method in which the step c3, which defines the other stitch as the other side widening stitch, is repeated.
However, when the stitch of the one-side knitted fabric portion following the wale direction of the one-side widening stitch is used as the front stitch, the first stitch of the step b1 is used as the back stitch.
When the stitch of the one-side knitted fabric portion following the wale direction of the one-side widening stitch is used as the back stitch, the first stitch of the step b1 is used as the front stitch.
When the stitch of the other side knitted fabric portion following the wale direction of the other side widening stitch is used as the front stitch, the second stitch of the step c1 is used as the back stitch.
When the stitch of the other side knitted fabric portion following the wale direction of the other side widening stitch is used as the back stitch, the second stitch of the step c1 is used as the front stitch.

Here, the front surface is from the other side needle bed side (one side needle bed side) to the one side needle bed side (other side needle bed side) when viewed from the one side needle bed side (other side needle bed side). It is a stitch drawn from the old stitch toward. The back stitch is a stitch that is pulled out in the opposite direction to the front stitch. Further, the stitches of both base portions in step A may be knit stitches or hook stitches.

As one form of the knitted fabric knitting method of the present invention,
When the stitches of the one-side knitted fabric portion following the wale direction of the one-sided stitches are used as the front stitches, in the step b3, the first stitches are overlapped with the adjacent stitches, and the first new stitches are stitched on the one-sided stitches. Defined as eyes
When the stitches of the other side knitted fabric portion following the wale direction of the other side widening stitches are used as the front stitches, in the step c3, the second stitches are overlapped with the adjacent stitches, and the second new stitches are added to the other side. The form defined as the eye can be mentioned.

As one form of the knitted fabric knitting method of the present invention,
When the stitch of the one-side knitted fabric portion following the wale direction of the one-side widening is used as the back stitch, in the step b3, the first new stitch is overlapped with the adjacent stitch, and the first stitch is the one-side widening stitch. And stipulate
If the back stitch of the stitch of the following in the wale direction of the other side widening stitch the other side knitted fabric part, overlapping the step the second new stitch in c3 to the adjacent stitch, the other side widening stitch the second stitch Can be mentioned.

As one form of the knitted fabric knitting method of the present invention,
In the step A, a form in which the one-side base portion and the other-side base portion are knitted by alternately forming stitches on the one-side needle bed and the other-side needle bed can be mentioned.

In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the first stitch and the second stitch constituting the knitted portion are formed depending on whether each stitch of the one-side knitted fabric portion and the other side knitted fabric portion is a front stitch or a back stitch, respectively. It is decided whether to make the front side or the back side. By doing so, it is possible to knit a knitted fabric having a knitted portion that follows the contraction and deformation of the knitted fabric portion. In a knitted fabric provided with such a knitted portion, the knitted portion follows the contraction and deformation of the knitted fabric portion, so that the knitted portion can be made inconspicuous.

Further, in the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, since the widening stitches that are the starting points of knitting the one-side knitted fabric portion and the other-side knitted fabric portion are formed by increasing the stitches, the stitches of the knitted fabric portion are clogged. Therefore, it is difficult to make holes in the knitting part, and the knitting part looks good.

Further, in the knitted fabric knitting method of the present invention, the one-side base portion and the other-side base portion connected to the front and rear are first formed, and the distance between the front and rear base portions is determined. Therefore, the spacing between the stitches of the knitting portion is unlikely to vary, and the formation state of each stitch tends to be uniform, so that the knitting portion can be finished neatly.

In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, when the stitches of the one-side knitted fabric portion and the other-side knitted fabric portion following the widening stitches are front stitches, the new stitches formed by the extra stitches are used as the widening stitches. The appearance of the protrusion can be further improved.

In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, when the stitches of the one-side knitted fabric portion and the other-side knitted fabric portion following the widening stitch are back stitches, the first stitch and the second stitch in which the new stitches are drawn are set as the widening stitches. Therefore, the appearance of the stitching portion can be further improved.

In the knitted fabric knitting method of the present invention, both base portions can be efficiently formed by alternately knitting the stitches constituting both base portions. In addition, since the knitting conditions for both base parts are met, the knitting part is beautifully finished.

It is the schematic of the knitted fabric (skirt) shown in Embodiment 1. It is a knitting process 1st figure which shows the procedure of the knitting method of the knitted fabric which concerns on Embodiment 1. FIG. 2 is a knitting process second diagram showing a procedure of a knitted fabric knitting method according to the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is a knitting process third diagram showing a procedure of a knitted fabric knitting method according to the first embodiment.

<Embodiment 1>
In the first embodiment, an example of knitting the skirt (knitted fabric) 100 shown in FIG. 1 will be described. The skirt 100 is formed by connecting the front knitted fabric portion (other side knitted fabric portion) 20F and the rear side knitted fabric portion (one side knitted fabric portion) 20B in a tubular shape, and the skirt 100 and the knitting portion 101. The knitting end portions 102 are all set to the side of the skirt 100. That is, the skirt 100 is obtained by knitting from the side thereof, knitting in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 1, and finishing knitting on the opposite side. In particular, at the boundary between the knitted portion 101 and both knitted fabric portions 20F and 20B, the shrinkage and deformation of both knitted fabric portions 20F and 20B become unstable, and the knitted portion 101 is easily conspicuous. By making the knitting portion 101 inconspicuous, the commercial value of the skirt 100 increases. Here, the knitted fabric for forming the knitting portion 101 of this example is not limited to clothing, and may be, for example, small items such as bags or industrial materials such as furniture covers.

Hereinafter, the knitting method of the knitting portion 101 of the skirt 100 will be described with reference to the knitting process diagram shown in FIGS. 2 to 4. The flat knitting machine used for knitting the skirt 100 is a four-bed flat knitting machine having two sets of front and rear needle beds extending in the left-right direction and facing each other in the front-rear direction. The flat knitting machine may be a two-bed flat knitting machine, and in that case, it is preferable to perform needle pulling knitting in which empty needles are provided between adjacent stitches.

The "S + number" described in the small columns of FIGS. 2 to 4 indicates the number of the knitting process, and the large column to the right of the small column shows the state of knitting in each knitting process. The black dots in the large column indicate the knitting needle, the inverted triangle mark indicates the yarn feeding member, and the uppercase alphabet in the margin indicates the position of the knitting needle. The round mark in the large column indicates the front stitch, the diamond mark indicates the back stitch, the double mark indicates the overlapping stitch, and the filled mark indicates the stitch knitted in the knitting process.

In this example, the knitting portion 101 is knitted on the premise that the knitted fabric portions 20B and 20F (see FIG. 1) of the 1 × 1 rib structure are knitted in the direction of the wale of the knitting portion 101. Specifically, the front stitches of the rear knitted fabric portion 20B (front knitted fabric portion 20F) are used for the BD (FD) knitting needles A, C, and E, and the front stitches of the BD (FD) knitting needles B, D, and F are used for the BD (FD) knitting needles B, D, and F. , The knitting portion 101 is knitted on the premise that the back stitch of the rear knitted fabric portion 20B (front side knitted fabric portion 20F) is knitted.

In S1 of FIG. 2, the knitting needles A to F of the lower rear needle bed (one side needle bed, hereinafter referred to as BD) and the lower front needle bed (the other side needle bed, hereinafter referred to as FD) are referred to as FD. ) Knitting needles A to F alternately form stitches (corresponding to step A). In this example, since the knitting yarn is hung on the empty needle, both base portions 10B and 10F formed by the hooks are formed. Both base portions 10B and 10F may be formed after forming hooks on the knitting needles A to F with the drawn yarn. In this case, both base portions 10B and 10F made of knit stitches are formed.

Here, it is advantageous in terms of knitting efficiency to form both base portions 10B and 10F by alternately knitting stitches on BD and FD, but forming both base portions 10B and 10F by other methods. You can also do it. For example, both base portions 10B and 10F may be formed by forming a hook of a drawing thread on a BD or FD, knitting a knit stitch with respect to the hook, and further increasing the number of knit stitches.

In S2, the yarn feeding member is moved to the right RS, and knit stitches are knitted on the knitting needles F to A of the BD. This S2 is a knitting performed because the one-side base portion 10B is formed by a hook that is difficult to transfer, and may not be performed when the one-side base portion 10B is composed of knit stitches. That is, this S2 is an auxiliary knitting, and the newly knitted stitch of S2 can be considered as a new one-sided base portion 10B following the wale direction of the one-sided base portion 10B. In terms of knitting efficiency, in S2, knit stitches are knitted at once on all the hooks of the one-side base portion 10B, but knit stitches may be knitted one by one on the hooks to be knitted after S3.

From S3 onward, one-side widening stitches 1c (S6, etc.) connected to the stitches of the one-sided base portion 10B are formed on the one-side needle bed BD in order from the end of the RS in the right direction in the knitting width direction of the one-sided base portion 10B. Repeat (equivalent to step B).

In S3, the end stitch 1a (see S2) of the one-side base portion 10B locked to the BD knitting needle A is used as the knitting needle A of the upper front needle bed (the other side needle bed, hereinafter referred to as FU). Move it. After that, the yarn feeding member is moved to the left LS to knit the first stitch 1 following the wale direction of the end stitch 1a (corresponding to step b1). Since the first stitch 1 is organized by FU, it is a backfire when viewed from the BD side.

In S4, the first stitch 1 is temporarily returned to the BD knitting needle A. Then, in S5, a premium is added to the first stitch 1 to form the first new stitch 2 drawn from the first stitch 1 (corresponding to step b2). By adding a premium to the first stitch 1, the first stitch 1 which is the old stitch is moved to the knitting needle A of the FU, and the first new stitch 2 which is the stitch drawn from the first stitch 1 is the knitting needle A of the BD. Is formed in.

Here, the movement of the first stitch 1 of S4 is performed because it cannot be increased with respect to the stitch locked to the upper needle bed. Since it is simply a mechanical problem of the flat knitting machine, it is not necessary to perform S4 if the flat knitting machine can increase the stitches of the upper needle bed.

In S6, defines a neighbor stitch 1b one side base portion 10B, one of the stitches either the first stitch 1 and the first new stitch 2, the overlaid the double stitch 3 and the new end stitch 1a At the same time, the other stitch is defined as one side widening stitch 1c (step b3). The adjacent stitch 1b is a stitch of the one-side base portion 10B that is adjacent to the end stitch 1a at the time of S2. In this example, the first stitch 1 is moved to the knitting needle B of the BD to form the lap stitch 3, and the first new stitch 2 is a one-sided widening stitch 1c while being locked to the knitting needle A of the BD.

Here, unlike S6, the first new stitch 2 of S5 may be overlapped with the adjacent stitch 1b, and the first stitch 1 may be moved to the knitting needle A of the BD to be defined as one side widening stitch 1c. However, since the stitches of the one-side knitted fabric portion 20B (FIG. 1) following the wale direction of the one-side widening stitch 1c are planned to be the front stitches of the 1 × 1 rib structure, the stitches are knitted as shown in S6 of FIG. The knitting portion 101 (FIG. 1) is finished more beautifully by performing the above. Further, in this example, the first stitch 1 is superposed on the adjacent stitch 1b so that the first stitch 1 is arranged inside the skirt 100 (FIG. 1), but the adjacent stitch 1b of S5 is the BD. It is also possible to retract the knitting needle B to another knitting needle, move the first stitch 1 to the knitting needle B of the BD, and superimpose the adjacent stitch 1b on the first stitch 1. Depending on how the first stitch 1 and the adjacent stitch 1b are overlapped, the finish of the knitting portion 101 may be beautiful.

In S7, a new first stitch 4 following the wale direction of the new end stitch 1a (layered stitch 3) is knitted (second step b1). Since the first stitch 4 is organized by BD, it is a front stitch when viewed from the BD side.

In S8, a premium is added to the first stitch 4 (second step b2). By this increase, the first stitch 4 is moved to the knitting needle B of the FU, and the first new stitch 5 which is the stitch drawn from the first stitch 4 is formed on the knitting needle B of the BD.

In S9, the first new stitch 5 is superposed on the adjacent stitch 1b locked to the knitting needle C of the BD, and the stitch 6 is defined as the new end stitch 1a. In S10, the first stitch 4 is the knitting needle of the BD. It is moved to B, and the first stitch 4 is defined as one side widening stitch 1c (second step b3).

Here, the first stitch 4 may be overlapped with the adjacent stitch 1b, and the first new stitch 5 may be defined as one side widening stitch 1c. However, since the stitch of the one-side knitted fabric portion 20B (FIG. 1) formed on the knitting needle B of the BD and continuing in the wale direction of the one-side widening stitch 1c is planned to be the back stitch of the 1 × 1 rib structure, S9, When the knitting is performed as shown in S10, the knitting portion 101 (FIG. 1) is finished more beautifully.

After that, the knitting of S3 to S6 and the knitting of S7 to S10 are alternately repeated. In S11 of FIG. 3, a state in which the overlap 3 is formed at the last stitch of the one-side base portion 10B (FIG. 2) is shown.

In S12, the yarn feeding member is moved to the left LS to knit the terminal stitch 7 following the wale direction of the overlap 3 of S11, and then the yarn feeding member is inverted to knit the knit stitches on the knitting needles F to A of the FD. Then, a new other side base portion 10F that follows the wale direction of the other side base portion 10F is formed. The terminal stitch 7 may be regarded as the last one-sided widening stitch 1c. The new other side base portion 10F may be knitted by using a yarn feeding member different from S11. Further, unlike S12, knit stitches may be knitted one by one at the hooks to be knitted after S13.

Here, the terminal stitch 7 may be further increased. In that case, the stitch drawn from the terminal stitch 7 is set as the last one-side widening stitch 1c, and the terminal stitch 7 moved to the knitting needle F of the FU by the extra stitch is the knitting needle F in the vicinity thereof (for example, the knitting needle F of the FD). It is good to overlap with the stitches.

From S13 onward, the other side widening stitch 1f (S20, etc.) connected to the stitches of the other side base portion 10F is repeatedly formed in the FD in order from the end of the RS in the right direction in the knitting width direction of the other side base portion 10F (S20 or the like). Process C equivalent). Of course, the formation of the other side widening stitch 1f may be started in order from the end of the left LS in the knitting width direction of the other side base portion 10F.

In S13, the end stitch 1d (see S12) of the other side base portion 10F locked to the knitting needle A of the FD is used as the knitting needle A of the upper rear needle bed (one side needle bed, hereinafter referred to as BU). Move it. After that, the yarn feeding member is moved to the left LS to knit the second stitch 8 following the wale direction of the end stitch 1d (corresponding to step c1). Since the second stitch 8 is organized by BU, it is a backfire when viewed from the FD side.

In S14, the second stitch 8 is temporarily returned to the knitting needle A of the FD. Then, in S15, the second stitch 8 is relatively increased to form the second new stitch 9 drawn from the second stitch 8 (corresponding to step c2). By adding a premium to the second stitch 8, the second stitch 8 which is the old stitch is moved to the knitting needle A of the BU, and the second new stitch 9 which is the new stitch drawn from the second stitch 8 is the knitting needle of the FD. Formed in A.

In S16, the adjacent stitch 1e of the other side base portion 10F and one of the second stitch 8 and the second new stitch 9 are overlapped, and the stitch 10 is defined as a new end stitch 1d. , The other stitch is defined as the other side widening stitch 1f (step c3). The adjacent stitch 1e is a stitch of the other side base portion 10F that is adjacent to the end stitch 1d at the time of S12. In this example, the second stitch 8 is moved to the knitting needle B of the FD to form the lap stitch 10, and the second new stitch 9 is set to the other side widening stitch 1f while being locked to the knitting needle A of the FD. Here, the method of stacking the second stitch 8 and the adjacent stitch 1e may be the opposite of the stacking method of S16.

In S17, a new second stitch 11 following the wale direction of the new end stitch 1d (layered stitch 10) is knitted (second step c1). Since the second stitch 11 is organized by FD, it is a front stitch when viewed from the FD side.

In S18, a premium is added to the second stitch 11 (second step c2). By this increase, the second stitch 11 is moved to the knitting needle B of the BU, and the second new stitch 12 which is a new stitch drawn from the second stitch 11 is formed on the knitting needle B of the FD.

In S19, the second new stitch 12 is superposed on the adjacent stitch 1e locked to the knitting needle C of the FD, and the stitch 13 is defined as the new end stitch 1d. In S20, the second stitch 11 is the knitting needle of the FD. It is moved to B, and the second stitch 11 is defined as the other side widening stitch 1f (second step c3).

After that, the formation of S13 to S16 and the formation of S17 to S20 are alternately repeated. In S21 of FIG. 4, a state in which the overlap 10 is formed at the last stitch of the other side base portion 10F (FIG. 3) is shown. In S22, the yarn feeding member is moved to the left LS, and the terminal stitch 14 following the wale direction of the last overlap 10 is knitted to complete the knitting portion 101. The terminal stitch 14 can be regarded as the last widening stitch 1f on the other side. The terminal stitch 14 may be further increased. In that case, the new stitch formed by the premium is set as the last widening stitch 1f on the other side, and the terminal stitch 14 moved to the knitting needle F of the BU by the premium is a knitting needle in the vicinity thereof (for example, the knitting needle F of the BD). It is good to overlap with the stitches of.

When the knitting portion 101 is completed, the one-side knitted fabric portion 20B and the other-side knitted fabric portion 20F are knitted with the knitting portion 101 as the starting point of knitting (corresponding to step D). Specifically, in S23, after the plurality of one-sided widening stitches 1c constituting the first stitch row 50B are distributed to BD and FU, a 1 × 1 rib structure is continuously formed in the wale direction of the first stitch row 50B. One side knitted fabric portion 20B is knitted. In S24, after the plurality of other side widening stitches 1f constituting the second stitch row 50F are distributed to the FD and the BU, the other side knitted fabric of the 1 × 1 rib structure is continuously formed in the wale direction of the second stitch row 50F. The 20th floor is organized. In the knitted fabric (skirt) 100 of this example, since the one-side knitted fabric portion 20B and the other-side knitted fabric portion 20F are not connected at the end portion in the knitting width direction, the yarn feeding member used in S24 is used in S23. It is different from the thread feeding member. When knitting a knitted fabric in which both knitted fabric portions 20B and 20F are connected in a tubular shape, it is preferable to knit both knitted fabric portions 20B and 20F continuously using one yarn feeding member.

As described above, the one-side widening stitch 1c (FIG. 2) and the other-side widening stitch 1f (FIG. 3), which are the starting points of the knitting of the one-side knitted fabric portion 20B and the other-side knitted fabric portion 20F shown in FIG. 4, are divided. By forming by increasing the number, the stitches of the knitting portion 101 are clogged, holes are less likely to be formed in the knitting portion 101, and the appearance of the knitting portion 101 is improved.

Further, in the knitted fabric knitting method of this example, by knitting the knitted portion 101 so as to satisfy the following conditions, the knitted portion 101 that follows the contraction and deformation of the knitted fabric portions 20B and 20F is knitted. Can be done. In the knitted fabric 100 (FIG. 1) provided with such a knitting portion 101, since the knitting portion 101 follows the contraction of the knitted fabric portions 20B and 20F, the knitting portion 101 can be made inconspicuous.
When the stitch of the one-side knitted fabric portion 20B following the wale direction of the one-side widening stitch 1c (S22 in FIG. 4) is used as the front stitch (S23 in FIG. 4), the step b1 related to the formation of the one-side widening stitch 1c. The first volume 1 of the above is the back stitch (S3 in FIG. 2).
When the stitch of the one-side knitted fabric portion 20B following the wale direction of the one-side widening stitch 1c (S22 in FIG. 4) is used as the back stitch (S23 in FIG. 4), the step b1 related to the formation of the one-side widening stitch 1c. The first volume 4 is a front stitch (S7 in FIG. 2).
When the stitch of the other side knitted fabric portion 20F following the wale direction of the other side widening stitch 1f (S22 in FIG. 4) is used as the front stitch (S24 in FIG. 4), the step c1 related to the formation of the other side widening stitch 1f. The second volume 8 is the back stitch (S13 in FIG. 3).
When the stitch of the other side knitted fabric portion 20F following the wale direction of the other side widening stitch 1f (S22 in FIG. 4) is used as the back stitch (S24 in FIG. 4), the first step c1 related to the formation of the other side widening stitch 1f. The second stitch 11 is a front stitch (S17 in FIG. 3).

Further, in the knitting method of the knitted fabric of this example, as shown in S2 of FIG. 2, the one-side base portion 10B and the other-side base portion 10F connected to the front and rear are first formed, and between the front and rear base portions 10B and 10F. Interval is determined. Therefore, the spacing between the stitches of the knitting portion 101 is unlikely to vary, and the formation state of each stitch tends to be uniform, so that the knitting portion 101 can be finished neatly.

<変形例>
<Modification example>
The yarn feeding member for knitting the knitting portion 101 of the first embodiment may be a plating carrier having a plurality of yarn feeding ports. In addition, the knitted fabric portions 20B and 20F may have a rib structure other than 1 × 1, for example, a 1 × 2 or 2 × 2 rib structure, or may have a vertical structure.
