Claims (15)
- 弁輪の近傍に弁輪リングまたはシンチングコードを送達するための装置であって、
細長の内芯部であって、遠位端部、および近位-遠位間方向に前記内芯部を貫通して延在するチャネルを有する細長の内芯部と、
前記内芯部の前記遠位端部を越えて遠位方向に延在する、前記内芯部に対して取り付けられた少なくとも4つの支持アームと、
それぞれが遠位端部を有する少なくとも4つのアンカ打込み機であって、前記支持アームのそれぞれ1つによりそれぞれが支持される少なくとも4つのアンカ打込み機と、

を備える、装置。 - 前記第1のシャフトは前記チャネル内に摺動可能に配設され、前記第1のバルーンは前記第1のシャフトの位置を摺動自在に調節することにより前記第1の位置へと移動可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のバルーンは、前記第1のシャフトの位置を摺動自在に調節することにより前記チャネル内におよび前記支持アームの近位に位置する第2の位置へと移動可能である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 遠位端部を有する、前記内芯部の周囲に配設された外方スリーブをさらに備え、
前記外方スリーブは、延伸位置と後退位置との間において前記内芯部に対して摺動可能であり、
前記外方スリーブが前記延伸位置にある場合に、前記支持アーム、前記アンカ打込み機、および前記第1のバルーンは前記外方スリーブ内に配設され、
前記外方スリーブが前記後退位置にある場合に、前記アンカ打込み機および前記支持アームの少なくとも一部分は、前記外方スリーブの前記遠位端部を越えて遠位方向に延在する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - ノーズコーンをさらに備え、前記ノーズコーンは、前記ノーズコーンが近位位置にあり前記外方スリーブが前記延伸位置にある場合に、前記外方スリーブの前記遠位端部に配設されるように、前記近位位置と遠位位置との間で移動可能である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のシャフトは前記ノーズコーンを越えて遠位方向に延在し、前記第2のバルーンは前記ノーズコーンを越えて遠位方向に位置する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ノーズコーンは、前記第2のシャフトに対して取り付けられ、前記第2のシャフトの位置を摺動自在に調節することにより前記近位位置と前記遠位位置との間で移動可能である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のシャフトは前記チャネル内に摺動可能に配設され、前記第1のバルーンは前記第1のシャフトの位置を摺動自在に調節することにより前記第1の位置へと移動可能であり、前記第2のシャフトは前記ノーズコーンを越えて遠位方向に延在し、前記第2のバルーンは前記ノーズコーンを越えて遠位方向に位置し、前記ノーズコーンは前記第2のシャフトに対して取り付けられ、前記ノーズコーンは前記第2のシャフトの位置を摺動自在に調節することにより前記近位位置と前記遠位位置との間で移動可能である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記チャネル内に摺動可能に配設された第3のシャフトをさらに備え、前記ノーズコーンは前記第3のシャフトに対して取り付けられ、前記ノーズコーンは前記第3のシャフトの位置を摺動自在に調節することにより前記近位位置と前記遠位位置との間で移動可能である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ノーズコーンは前記第2のバルーンを越えて遠位方向に位置する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- シンチングコードと、
少なくとも4つのアンカであって、前記アンカのそれぞれが、前記アンカ打込み機のそれぞれ1つの中に配設され前記シンチングコードに対して連結される、少なくとも4つのアンカと
をさらに備え、
前記支持アームは、前記アンカ打込み機の前記遠位端部が前記弁輪の形状の外辺部に沿って分散された状態で、前記弁輪の前記形状に対応する位置に前記アンカ打込み機の前記遠位端部を保持するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 弁輪リングと、
少なくとも4つのアンカであって、前記アンカのそれぞれが、前記アンカ打込み機のそれぞれ1つの中に配設され前記弁輪リングに対して連結される、少なくとも4つのアンカと
