Claims (3)
- 電極板、前記電極板の一方面に設けられた正極、及び前記電極板の他方面に設けられた負極を含むバイポーラ電極と、前記バイポーラ電極の外縁部に設けられた樹脂部と、を有するシート状の樹脂付電極が積層された蓄電モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記樹脂付電極が載置された第1平面と、前記第1平面と前記樹脂付電極を介して対向するハンドの第2平面とにより、前記樹脂付電極の反りを矯正するように前記樹脂付電極を挟持する工程と、
反りが矯正された状態の前記樹脂付電極の外縁の位置を検出する工程と、
検出された前記位置に基づき、前記樹脂付電極の厚さ方向から見て、前記樹脂付電極の外縁が搬送装置の載置領域の外縁と一致するように、前記ハンドにより前記樹脂付電極を前記載置領域に搬送して載置する工程と、
載置された前記樹脂付電極が前記第2平面と前記載置領域とにより挟持された状態で、前記樹脂付電極を前記載置領域に固定する工程と、
固定された前記樹脂付電極を前記搬送装置によって搬送する工程と、
を含む蓄電モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記固定する工程では、前記樹脂付電極の厚さ方向から見て矩形状を呈する前記樹脂付電極の対角線上の角部に位置する一対の固定部によって前記樹脂付電極を固定し、
前記一対の固定部のそれぞれは、前記樹脂付電極の隣り合う一対の辺において前記樹脂付電極を固定する、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記搬送装置によって前記樹脂付電極を搬送した後、前記樹脂付電極の固定を解除して前記樹脂付電極を前記載置領域から積層領域に搬送して積層する工程を更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電モジュールの製造方法。
