Claims (14)
- エネルギービームによって固化することができる造形材料の層を連続して照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体を付加製造する装置であって、
プロセスチャンバと、
エネルギービームを出力して、造形材料の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射するように構成された照射デバイスと、
塗布要素及び付着ユニットを含む塗布ユニットと、を有し、
前記塗布要素は前記造形材料を選択的に塗布するように構成され、
前記照射デバイスおよび前記塗布ユニットは、前記プロセスチャンバ内に配置され、
前記塗布要素は塗布表面を有し、前記塗布要素は、前記塗布表面上に前もって塗布された造形材料を造形平面の塗布領域へ移送するように構成されており、前記造形平面は造形板又は造形材料の以前に塗布された層を有し、
前記付着ユニットは、前記塗布要素の前記塗布表面の付着能力及び/又は造形材料の付着能力を調整して、造形材料を前記塗布表面に一時的に付着させるように構成されており、前記造形材料は、その少なくとも一部が、前記塗布要素の前記塗布表面の領域内に印加される吸引流又は真空によって前記塗布表面に一時的に付着する、3次元物体の付加製造装置。 - 前記塗布要素の前記塗布表面の前記領域内に前記吸引流又は前記真空を提供するように構成された吸引流又は真空生成ユニットを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記付着ユニットは、前記塗布領域に対応する前記塗布要素の少なくとも1つの移送領域内で前記塗布要素の前記塗布表面の前記付着能力を選択的に増大させ、且つ/又は前記塗布領域に対応する前記塗布要素の少なくとも1つの移送領域内で前記塗布要素の前記塗布表面の前記付着能力を選択的に減少させるように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記塗布表面の前記付着能力は、造形材料の以前に照射された層の接触圧力及び/又は残留熱を介して、受動的に調整可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記塗布領域は、造形されている3次元の物体及び/又は支持構造のそれぞれの層の横断面に対応する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記塗布要素は、板状の形状又は回転対称の形状を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記塗布要素は、前記塗布要素の転がり運動を介して造形材料を選択的に塗布するように構成されており、前記塗布要素は前記造形平面に対して可動である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記塗布要素上へ造形材料を塗布するように構成された造形材料供給ユニットを有し、前記塗布要素は、前記造形材料供給ユニットに対して可動に配置される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記塗布ユニットは、前記塗布表面及び/又は前記塗布領域上に塗布される造形材料の1つ以上の層の層厚さを調節するように構成されており、前記層厚さは少なくとも1つの塗布パラメータに基づいて調整可能である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの塗布パラメータは、
前記塗布要素と前記塗布領域との間の接触圧力、
前記塗布要素と、前記塗布要素上へ造形材料を塗布するように構成された造形材料供給ユニットとの間の接触圧力、及び/又は
前記塗布要素の回転速度に対応する、請求項9に記載の装置。 - 前記塗布要素の前記塗布表面を調節及び/又は清浄するように構成された調節ユニットを有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 3次元の物体を付加製造する方法であって、
3次元物体の付加製造装置の塗布ユニットの一部分を定める塗布要素であって、造形材料を選択的に塗布するように構成された塗布要素の塗布表面上に造形材料を前もって塗布することと、
前記塗布要素の前記塗布表面の付着能力及び/又は造形材料の付着能力を調整して、造形材料を前記塗布表面に一時的に付着させることであって、前記造形材料は、その少なくとも一部が、前記塗布要素の前記塗布表面の領域内に印加される吸引流又は真空によって前記塗布表面に一時的に付着する、前記塗布要素の前記塗布表面の付着能力及び/又は前記造形材料の付着能力の調整と、
前記造形材料を前記塗布表面から造形平面の塗布領域へ移送することであって、前記造形平面は造形板又は造形材料の以前に塗布された層を有する、前記造形材料の移送と、
を有する方法。 - 前記塗布領域に対応する前記塗布要素の少なくとも1つの移送領域内で前記塗布要素の前記塗布表面の前記付着能力を選択的に増大させること、及び/又は
前記塗布領域に対応する前記塗布要素の少なくとも1つの移送領域内で前記塗布要素の前記塗布表面の前記付着能力を選択的に減少させること、
を有する、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 造形材料の以前に照射された層の接触圧力及び/又は残留熱を少なくとも部分的に介して、前記塗布表面の前記付着能力を受動的に調整すること、
を有する、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
