Description
なお、本明細書における「仕上げ用化粧料」とは、メーキャップを施した肌の上に適用される化粧料(上地化粧料ともいう)を意味し、上記特許文献1における「仕上げ用メークアップ化粧料」や特許文献2における「オーバーコート」、あるいは「フィニッシングミスト」、「アフターメーキャップローション」等と呼称される化粧料を包含するが、肌に直接適用される下地化粧料や一般的なメーキャップ化粧料とは明確に区別される。
本発明の化粧料に配合される微細セルロース繊維(A成分)は、植物由来のセルロースからなるナノファイバー(ミクロフィブリル)であって、ミクロフィブリル同士が実質的に1本ずつにまで分散されたもの(セルロールシングルナノファイバー:CSNFとも呼ばれる)である。
本発明の化粧料に配合される皮膜形成能を持つ高分子(B成分)は、化粧料に配合しうる皮膜形成性高分子であれば特に限定されない。好ましくは、本発明においては、従来は主に整髪料にヘアスタイリング剤として配合されていた皮膜形成性高分子が使用される。具体的には、以下に挙げるようなウレタン系皮膜形成性高分子、アクリル系及びビニル系皮膜形成性高分子である。
ウレタン系皮膜形成性高分子としては、例えば、シリコーン/ポリエーテル系ポリウレタン樹脂(ヨドゾールPUD;アクゾノーベル(株)製))、「ルビセットP.U.R.」(BASF社製)、特開2006−213706号公報に記載のシリル化ウレタン系ポリマー等が挙げられる。アクリル−ウレタン系皮膜形成性高分子としては、例えば、「DynamX」(アクゾノーベル(株)製)等が挙げられる。
アニオン性の高分子としては例えば、アクリル酸アルキル・ジアセトンアクリルアミド共重合体〔プラスサイズL−53P、プラスサイズL−9909B、プラスサイズL−9948Bなど(いずれも互応化学工業(株)製)〕、アクリル酸アルキル・オクチルアクリルアミド共重合体〔Dermacryl 79(アクゾノーベル(株)製)〕、ポリエチレングリコール・ポリプロピレングリコール−25・ジメチコン・アクリレーツ共重合体〔ルビフレックスSILK(BASF社製)〕、アクリル酸・アクリル酸アミド・アクリル酸エチル共重合体〔ウルトラホールド8、ウルトラホールドStrong(いずれもBASF社製)〕、アクリル酸アルキル共重合体〔アニセットNF−1000、アニセットHS−3000など(いずれも大阪有機化学工業(株)製)〕などが挙げられる。
本発明における「水性媒体」は、水及び水と相溶性の水性媒体を含む。水と相溶性の水性媒体としては、エタノール等の炭素数1〜3の低級アルコールが挙げられる。
(1)タッピング試験
白色人工皮革(2.5cm×2.5cm)に20秒で一般的なファンデーションを1mg/cm2塗布する。その後、室温で30分間乾燥し、10cm離れた距離から同量の各試料を2回噴霧して塗布する。室温で30分間乾燥した後、10mg/cm2の水又は1mg/cm2の人工皮脂を滴下し、タッピング試験機を用いて10回のタッピングを行う(N=3)。タッピング後の人工皮革上のファンデーションの薄れ度合いから化粧くずれ抑制機能を判定する。
黒色人工皮革(5cm×10cm)に同量の各試料を20cmの距離から4回噴霧して塗布する。次に、ずり試験機の計測部に不織布を取り付け、加重20gにて10往復測定する。その後、不織布への色移りの程度から二次付着抑制機能を判定する。
被験者の顔にファンデーションを塗布した後、その上から同量の各試料を4回噴霧して塗布する。4時間後及び8時間後の経時変化を目視で観察し、化粧崩れや薄れなどが起きていないかを評価する(N=3以上)。
上記の試験(1)〜(3)の結果を以下の基準に従って評価した。
A+:試験終了後の人工皮革上のファンデーションの薄れが非常に少ない
A:試験終了後の人工皮革上のファンデーションの薄れが少ない
B:試験終了後の人工皮革上のファンデーションの薄れが比較的少ない
C:試験終了後の人工皮革上のファンデーションの薄れが大きい
D:試験終了後の人工皮革上のファンデーションの薄れが非常に大きい

Claims (6)
- 水性媒体中に、(A)微細セルロース繊維と(B)皮膜形成能を持つ高分子とを含有することを特徴とするメーキャップを施した肌の上に適用する仕上げ用化粧料であって、
水性媒体の配合量が80質量%以上であり、(A)微細セルロース繊維の配合量が0.01〜1.0質量%であり、(B)皮膜形成能を持つ高分子の配合量が0.1〜2.0質量%である、仕上げ用化粧料。 - 前記(A)微細セルロース繊維が、最大繊維径が1000nm以下で、数平均繊維径が2〜100nmのセルロース繊維であって、そのセルロースがI型結晶構造を有するとともに、セルロース分子中のグルコースユニットのC6位の水酸基が選択的に酸化されてアルデヒド基およびカルボキシル基に変性されており、上記カルボキシル基量が0.6〜2.2mmol/gの範囲であるものである、請求項1に記載の仕上げ用化粧料。
- 前記(B)皮膜形成能を持つ高分子が、シリコーン/ポリエーテル系ポリウレタン樹脂である、請求項1又は2に記載の仕上げ用化粧料。
- 多孔質粉末を更に含有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の仕上げ用化粧料。
- 粘土鉱物を更に含有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の仕上げ用化粧料。
- スプレーで噴霧して使用される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の仕上げ用化粧料。
