Description
a.前記薄層の積層体を、前記第1のガラス板又は前記第2のガラス板の面のうちの1つへ付着させること、
b.前記薄層の積層体で被覆された面を支持体上に載せて配置すること、
c.段階(a)で使用したガラス板の未被覆の面のうちのゾーンに、粘度が10Pa・s未満である組成物の液体エナメルを付着させること、
d.前記ガラス板を、曲げるため又は成形するために、500℃と650℃の間の温度まで加熱すること、
e.前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板の間に前記熱可塑性中間層を取り付けること、
f.真空下でこの集成体の脱気を行うこと、次いで、
g.前記集成体をシールしオートクレーブで処理すること。
本明細書に開示される発明は以下の態様を含む:
[1]車両の外部と接する第1のガラス板、車両の内部と接する第2のガラス板、及び2つの前記ガラス板の間に配置された熱可塑性中間層を少なくとも含み、前記ガラス板のうちの少なくとも1つが、傷付きやすい複数の機能層を含む薄層の積層体を備えている、自動車のための積層グレージングを製造するための方法であって、以下の段階を含む、方法:
(a)薄層の前記積層体を、前記第1のガラス板又は前記第2のガラス板の面のうちの1つへ付着させること、
(b)前記積層体で被覆された面を支持体上に載せて配置すること、
(c)段階(a)で使用したガラス板の未被覆の面のうちのゾーンに、粘度が10Pa・s未満である組成物の液体エナメルを付着させること、
(d)前記ガラス板を、曲げるため又は成形するために、500℃と650℃の間の温度まで加熱すること、
(e)前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板の間に前記熱可塑性中間層を、薄層の前記積層体で被覆した面が前記中間層の方を向くように取り付けること、
(f)この集成体を真空下で脱気すること、次いで、
(g)前記集成体をシールしオートクレーブで処理すること。
[2]段階(c)を、前記エナメルの組成物が連続的に供給されるブラシタイプの供給ヘッドを少なくとも1つ備えた少なくとも1台の自動化アプリケータロボットにより実施することを特徴とする、上記[1]に記載の方法。
[3]前記ロボットが、前記支持体上に前記被覆された面を載せて保持しておくのを可能にする手段も備えていることを特徴とする、上記[2]に記載の方法。
[4]段階(c)を、前記グレージングの全体にわたり前記エナメルを同時に印刷するために少なくとも2つの供給ヘッドを備えた1台以上のロボットにより行い、前記供給ヘッドのおのおのが、前記グレージングの一部分にわたって前記付着を行うことを特徴とする、上記[1]〜[3]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[5]段階(c)において付着させる前記エナメルが液体組成物であり、その粘度が2Pa・sと5Pa・sの間であることを特徴とする、上記[1]〜[4]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[6]段階(a)において付着させる薄い機能層の前記積層体が、少なくとも1つの銀層を含むことを特徴とする、上記[1]〜[5]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[7]上記[1]〜[6]のいずれか一つに記載の方法によって得ることができる、少なくとも2つのガラス板と熱可塑性中間層とを含む積層グレージングであって、前記ガラス板のうちの少なくとも一方のものの前記熱可塑性中間層の方を向いた面に位置している傷付きやすい機能層の積層体と、同じガラス板の他方の面上の少なくとも1つのエナメルストリップトとを含むことを特徴とする、積層グレージング。
[8]反射防止性、太陽光制御性、半反射性、及び/又は伝導性を有することを特徴とする、上記[7]に記載のグレージング。
Claims (7)
- 車両の外部と接する第1のガラス板、車両の内部と接する第2のガラス板、及び2つの前記ガラス板の間に配置された熱可塑性中間層を少なくとも含み、前記ガラス板のうちの少なくとも1つが、傷付きやすい複数の機能層を含む薄層の積層体を備えている、自動車のための積層グレージングを製造するための方法であって、以下の段階を含む、方法:
(a)薄層の前記積層体を、前記第1のガラス板又は前記第2のガラス板の面のうちの1つへ付着させること、
(b)前記積層体で被覆された面を支持体上に載せて配置すること、
(c)段階(a)で使用したガラス板の未被覆の面のうちのゾーンに、粘度が10Pa・s未満である組成物の液体エナメルを付着させること、
(d)前記ガラス板を、曲げるため又は成形するために、500℃と650℃の間の温度まで加熱すること、
(e)前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板の間に前記熱可塑性中間層を、薄層の前記積層体で被覆した面が前記中間層の方を向くように取り付けること、
(f)この集成体を真空下で脱気すること、次いで、
(g)前記集成体をシールしオートクレーブで処理すること。 - 段階(c)を、前記エナメルの組成物が連続的に供給されるブラシタイプの供給ヘッドを少なくとも1つ備えた少なくとも1台の自動化アプリケータロボットにより実施することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ロボットが、前記支持体上に前記被覆された面を載せて保持しておくのを可能にする手段も備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- 段階(c)を、前記グレージングの全体にわたり前記エナメルを同時に印刷するために少なくとも2つの供給ヘッドを備えた1台以上のロボットにより行い、前記供給ヘッドのおのおのが、前記グレージングの一部分にわたって前記付着を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 段階(c)において付着させる前記エナメルが液体組成物であり、その粘度が2Pa・sと5Pa・sの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 段階(a)において付着させる薄い機能層の前記積層体が、少なくとも1つの銀層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記積層グレージングが、反射防止性、太陽光制御性、半反射性、及び/又は伝導性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
