また、比較的温度に依存しないオイル性状(例えば、色情報やコンタミ等級など)のセンサ情報については、上記(式1)の第2項以下の係数を調整することで温度に依存するものと同様に(式1)の形態で表現できる。
(1)上記の実施形態では、メーカ用コンピュータ104のコントローラ104aに、油圧ショベル501で利用されているオイルの複数のオイル性状(粘度、密度及び誘電率)のセンサ情報A,B,Cの時間変化がオイルの異常の原因を特定するうえで有意な変化か否かを判定するための判定値であり、センサ情報A,B,Cの時間変化の傾向を示す変化量指標値ごとに定められた変化量判定値を記憶した記憶装置210と、複数のオイル性状のセンサ情報A,B,C、及び複数のオイル性状のセンサ情報A,B,Cごとに規定された異常判定値SAh,SAl,SBh,SChに基づいてオイルの異常を判定する異常判定部211と、異常判定部211でオイルが異常と判定されたとき、その異常と判定されたオイル性状の種類、複数のオイル性状のセンサ情報A,B,Cの変化量指標値、及び記憶装置210に記憶された変化量判定値に基づいてオイルの異常の原因を特定する原因特定部212と、原因特定部212で特定された原因に応じた対応マニュアルを他の端末(例えば、コントローラ110及びコンピュータ111,112の少なくとも1つ)に送信するマニュアル送信部213とを備えた。
Claims (3)
- 機械のオイルに基づく不具合の原因を特定する原因特定部と、
前記原因特定部によって不具合を解消するための対応マニュアルを送信する送信部と、
前記原因特定部によってオイル採取が必要な不具合であると特定された場合、端末に問診事項を送信する問診事項送信部と、
前記問診事項に対する前記端末からの回答を受信する情報受信部と、
前記回答に基づいて不具合の原因を特定できない場合、オイルの採取を伴うオイル分析を促す通知をするオイル分析勧告部とを備えることを特徴とする異常診断システム。 - 前記送信部は給排気系、エンジン回転摺動部の摩耗、吸排気系の異常、または全般に関するマニュアルのうち、少なくともひとつを送信することを特徴とする請求項1記載の異常診断システム。
- 前記問診事項送信部はさらに、複数の問診事項の中から、前記端末からの回答に応じて一つの問診事項を順次送信することを特徴とする請求項1記載の異常診断システム。
