Description

The present invention relates to a folding container used for transporting articles and the like.

Conventionally, as a container used for transporting articles or the like, a bottom wall component having a substantially rectangular bottom wall portion and a base portion protruding upward along each side side portion of the bottom wall portion. And a side wall part that is rotatably connected to each base part, and is configured to be assembleable in a box shape that opens upward, and each side wall part is folded over the bottom wall part. Folding containers that can be folded are known.

In addition, some folding containers are configured so that the folding containers can be stably stacked (stacked) with each other. More specifically, when the folded containers in the assembled state are stacked on the bottom wall portion, the outer peripheral side portion of the bottom wall component portion of the upper folding container (hereinafter referred to as "outer peripheral corresponding portion"). (Referred to as) is designed to abut and support the upper side of the side wall of the lower folding container. Further, the bottom wall portion includes a support portion that projects downward from a portion on the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral corresponding portion. When the folded containers in the assembled state are stacked, the support portion of the upper folding container is inserted (substantially fitted) into the inner peripheral side of the side wall portion of the lower folding container. Has been done.

Further, while providing a side wall side locking portion that protrudes upward from the upper side portion of the pair of long side side wall portions facing each other and extends along the lateral width direction of the long side side wall portion, the long side of the bottom wall portion is provided. There is a technique in which a bottom wall-side locking portion that protrudes downward from the outer peripheral corresponding portion corresponding to the side portion is provided so as to form a gap between the support portion and the support portion (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and the like). When such folding containers are stacked in an assembled state, the side wall locking portion of the lower folding container is inserted into the gap between the bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container and the support portion. NS. As a result, the displacement of the side wall locking portion of the lower folding container is regulated by the bottom wall side locking portion and the support portion of the upper folding container, and the side wall portion of the lower folding container becomes. It is possible to prevent a situation in which the folding container is tilted and displaced or deformed in the inner and outer peripheral directions.

Further, in the stacking work of the folding containers, the horizontal relative position of the folding container placed on the upper side of the folded container in the assembled state may be deviated in the lateral width direction of the side wall portion on the long side. In this case, the folding container placed on the upper side is slid to the upper side portion of the side wall portion of the lower folding container and slid (slide stack) until the relative positions match. At this time, as described above, the side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container is inserted into the gap between the bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container and the support portion. This makes it possible to perform slide stacking more smoothly and reliably.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2001-335029

By the way, since the side wall portion on the short side side of the folding container of Patent Document 1 is not provided with the locking portion on the side wall side, the side wall portion on the short side side is folded when the folding container is stacked in the assembled state. There is a concern that the container may be tilted and displaced or deformed in the inner and outer peripheral directions.

On the other hand, it is also conceivable to provide a side wall side locking portion on the short side side wall portion and also provide a bottom wall side locking portion corresponding to the side wall side locking portion. However, in this case, there is a concern that the slide stack as described above will be difficult to perform.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-exemplified problems and the like, and an object of the present invention is to prevent deformation of the side wall portion in a stacked state and to enable smooth execution of a slide stack. Means 1. A bottom wall portion having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, a first base portion projecting upward along a pair of first side edges facing each other, and a pair of opposite first base portions of the bottom wall portion. A bottom wall component having a second base portion that projects upward along the two side edges, and a bottom wall component.
A first side wall portion that is rotatably and displaceably connected to each of the first base portions,
A second side wall portion that is rotatably and displaceably connected to each of the second base portions is provided.
The first side wall portion and the second side wall portion are laid on the first base portion and the second base portion, respectively, in an upright position and above the bottom wall portion. In a folding container configured to be rotatable and displaceable between the laid position and the laid position.
Folding containers in an assembled state in which all the side wall portions are in the upright position can be stacked up and down.
Each of the first side wall portions includes a first side wall side locking portion that projects upward from the upper side portion of the first side wall portion and extends along the lateral width direction of the first side wall portion.
Each of the second side wall portions includes a second side wall side locking portion that projects upward from the upper side portion of the second side wall portion.
The bottom wall portion is a first side wall side locking portion and a second side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container when the folding containers in the assembled state are stacked among the bottom wall portions. A support portion that protrudes downward from a portion on the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral corresponding portion, which is a portion that is in contact with and is supported by the vehicle, is provided.
The bottom wall component
In the first outer peripheral corresponding portion located below the first base portion of the outer peripheral corresponding portion, the first outer peripheral corresponding portion projects downward from the first outer peripheral corresponding portion so as to form a gap between the outer peripheral corresponding portion and the support portion. 1 Bottom wall side locking part and
In the second outer peripheral corresponding portion located below the second base portion of the outer peripheral corresponding portion, the second outer peripheral corresponding portion projects downward from the second outer peripheral corresponding portion so as to form a gap with the support portion. 2 With a bottom wall side locking part
When the folded containers in the assembled state are stacked, the first side wall of the lower folding container is in the gap between the first bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container and the support portion. The second side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container is inserted into the gap between the second bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container and the supporting portion. Is inserted,
The bottom wall component includes a slide auxiliary protrusion that projects downward from the first outer peripheral corresponding portion.
The first side wall locking portion is provided with a storage recess for accommodating the slide auxiliary protrusion of the upper folding container when the folding containers in the assembled state are stacked.
Even when the horizontal relative position of the folding container placed on the upper side of the folded container in the assembled state deviates in the lateral width direction of the first side wall portion, the first bottom wall side of the upper folding container is used. The first side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container is inserted into the gap between the locking portion and the supporting portion.
When the horizontal relative position of the folding container placed on the upper side of the folded container in the assembled state deviates in the lateral width direction of the first side wall portion, the slide auxiliary protrusion of the upper folding container is lowered. A folding container characterized in that it is in contact with the upper surface of the first side wall side locking portion of the folding container on the side.

According to the means 1, in the work of stacking (stacking) the folding containers up and down, the position of the folding container placed on the upper side of the folded container in the assembled state in the horizontal direction is the position of the first side wall portion. Even if the container is displaced in the horizontal direction, the first side wall locking portion of the lower folding container is inserted into the gap between the first bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container and the support portion. In this state, the folding container placed on the upper side is slid on the upper side of the first side wall portion of the lower folding container, and is relatively smooth and reliable until the relative positions match. Can be slid to (slide stack).

Further, when the folded containers in the assembled state are stacked, the first side wall side of the lower folding container is in the gap between the first bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container and the support portion. The locking portion is inserted, and the second side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container is inserted into the gap between the second bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container and the support portion. It has become like. Therefore, when the folded containers in the assembled state are stacked, the first side wall portion and the second side wall portion of the lower folding container are tilted and displaced or deformed in the inner and outer peripheral directions of the folding container. As a result, it is possible to stabilize the stacked state of the folding containers.

Further, according to the present means 1, a slide auxiliary protrusion that protrudes downward is provided in the first outer peripheral corresponding portion, and when the folding container is slid-stacked along the lateral width direction of the first side wall portion, the slide auxiliary protrusion is provided. It is in contact with the upper surface of the first side wall side locking portion. That is, when the folding container is slid-stacked along the width direction of the first side wall portion, the second bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container is finally moved to the second side wall side of the lower folding container. It is necessary to get over the locking portion and be located on the outer surface side of the locking portion on the second side wall side. At this time, the slide auxiliary protrusion of the upper folding container slides in contact with the upper surface of the first side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container, so that, for example, the slide auxiliary protrusion is omitted and the upper folding container becomes the first. 1 Compared to the configuration in which the outer peripheral corresponding portion slides on the upper surface of the first side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container, the second bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container is the second of the lower folding container. It can be easily positioned relatively upward with respect to the locking portion on the side wall side. Therefore, it is possible to relatively easily lock the second bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container and the second side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container during the slide stack, and as a result, the step. The stacking workability can be improved.

Further, when the second bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container and the second side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container are locked via the slide stack, the slide auxiliary protrusion Will be accommodated in the accommodating recess. As a result, in the stacked state of the folding containers, the load of the upper folding container is basically supported only by the slide auxiliary protrusion, and the upper folding container is locked on the first bottom wall side. The first side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container is inserted into the gap between the portion and the supporting portion, and the second bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container and the locking portion. The state in which the second side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container is inserted into the gap between the support portion is made more reliable (the bottom wall side locking portion and the side wall side locking portion). Sufficient allowance can be secured).

It should be noted that "at least the first bottom wall side locking portion is provided between the slide auxiliary protrusion and the side side portion of the first side wall portion". In this case, by providing the first bottom wall side locking portion, the action and effect that the slide stack can be smoothly and surely performed can be operated more reliably.

Means 2. The folding container according to means 1, wherein the second bottom wall-side locking portion includes a slide auxiliary inclined surface that inclines upward toward the outside at a portion including the lower end portion of the outer surface. ..

According to the means 2, in the slide stack, the second bottom wall side locking portion of the upper folding container can be made easier to get over the second side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container, and the step. It is possible to further improve the stacking workability.

Means 3. The second bottom wall side locking portion includes a bottom wall side step disassembling auxiliary inclined surface that inclines upward inward at a portion including the lower end portion of the inner side surface.
The means 1 or 2 is characterized in that the second side wall side locking portion includes a side wall side step disassembling auxiliary inclined surface that inclines upward inward at a portion including the upper end portion of the outer surface. Folding container as described.

According to the means 3, among the stacked folding containers, the upper folding container is slid in the width direction of the first side wall portion with respect to the lower folding container to eliminate the stacked state (stage disassembly). ) When the worker pulls the second side wall on the front side of the upper folding container toward the worker while pulling it slightly, the second side wall on the second side wall located on the back side for the worker. The bottom wall side locking portion can easily get over the second side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container. Therefore, it is possible to improve the workability of step disassembly.

Means 4. Means 1 to 3 characterized in that the bottom wall constituent portion is provided with a guide protrusion that is adjacent to the outer peripheral side of the bottom wall portion with respect to the slide auxiliary protrusion and projects downward from the slide auxiliary protrusion. Folding container described in any of.

According to the means 4, it is possible to more reliably prevent a situation in which the slide auxiliary protrusion of the upper folding container falls off from the first side wall side locking portion of the lower folding container during the slide stack.

Hereinafter, one embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the folding container 1 has a bottom wall portion 3 having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view and a bottom wall along each long side portion (first side side portion) of the bottom wall portion 3. The long side base portion 4 as the first base portion protruding upward from the portion 3 and the bottom wall portion 3 protruding upward along each short side portion (second side side portion) of the bottom wall portion 3. It is provided with a bottom wall constituent portion 2 including a short side base portion 5 as a second base portion. Further, the folding container 1 has a long side side wall portion 6 as a first side wall portion rotatably connected to each long side base portion 4 and a short side base portion 5 respectively. It is provided with a short side side wall portion 7 as a second side wall portion rotatably connected. The bottom wall component 2, the long side side wall 6, and the short side side wall 7 of the present embodiment are made of polypropylene.

The long-side side wall portion 6 and the short-side side side wall portion 7 have an upright position standing above the long-side side base portion 4 and the short-side side base portion 5, respectively, and the center of the bottom wall portion 3. It is configured so that it can be rotatably displaced between the laying position and the laying position on the side of the part. Further, as shown in FIG. 5 and the like, the protruding length of the long side base portion 4 from the bottom wall portion 3 is longer than the protruding length of the short side base portion 5 from the bottom wall portion 3. 4. As shown in FIG. 7, the formation position of the long side bearing portion 11 for rotatably supporting the long side side wall portion 6 is also for rotatably supporting the short side side wall portion 7. It is located above the formation position of the short side bearing portion 12. Further, the lateral width of the long side side wall portion 6 is configured to be substantially the same as the longitudinal width of the bottom wall constituent portion 2, and the lateral width of the short side side wall portion 7 is substantially the same as the distance between the pair of long side side base portions 4. It is configured in the same way.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, the folding container 1 in the assembled state in which all the long side side wall portions 6 and the short side side side wall portions 7 are in the upright position is provided with all the long side side wall portions 6 and the short side side wall portions 6. In the case of the folded state in which the short side side wall portion 7 is in the laid position, the pair of short side side wall portions 7 are first displaced to the laid position, and then the long side side wall portion 6 is placed in the laid position. It is configured to be displaced to. When the folding container 1 is in the folded state, the short side side wall portion 7 which is the laid position overlaps above the bottom wall portion 3, and the long side side wall portion 6 which is the laid position is short. It overlaps above the side wall portion 7.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the long side side wall portion 6 is provided with a long side hinge portion 13 that is rotatably connected to the long side bearing portion 11 of the long side base portion 4. Has been done. The long side hinge portion 13 has a hinge main body 14 projecting downward from the lower side portion of the long side side wall portion 6 and laterally from the lower end portions of both side surfaces of the hinge main body 14 in the lateral width direction of the long side side wall portion 6. It is provided with a pair of protruding shaft portions (not shown). Further, the short side side wall portion 7 is provided with a short side hinge portion 16 that is rotatably connected to the short side bearing portion 12 of the short side base portion 5. The short side hinge portion 16 also includes a hinge main body 17 and a shaft portion (not shown).

Further, as shown in FIG. 3 and the like, insertion protrusions 21 projecting outward are provided on both sides of the outer surface of the short side side wall portion 7. On the other hand, the long side side wall portion 6 is provided with a locking wall 22 protruding inward from both side portions of the inner surface, and when the folding container 1 is assembled on the locking wall 22. An insertion hole portion 23 into which the insertion protrusion 21 of the short side side wall portion 7 is inserted is provided. With this configuration, the lateral side wall portion 7 on the short side side is prevented from being tilted to the outside, and the positional deviation between the side wall portion 6 on the long side side and the side wall portion 7 on the short side side in the vertical direction is prevented. It has become.

Further, on the outer surface side of the short side side wall portion 7, a lock mechanism 24 for preventing the inward tilt displacement of the short side side wall portion 7 is provided. The lock mechanism 24 includes a pair of left and right slide pieces 25 provided so as to be retractable on each side of the long side side wall portion 6, and when the folding container 1 is in the assembled state, the tip portion of the slide piece 25 is provided. Is inserted into a locking recess (not shown) provided on the inner surface side of the long side side wall portion 6. In addition, the lock mechanism 24 includes an operation unit 26 that can be operated by an operator, and by performing a predetermined operation of the operation unit 26, both the pair of left and right slide pieces 25 are displaced to a position where they have come out of the locking recess. It is designed to do.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the long side side wall portion 6 and the upper portion of each short side side wall portion 7 penetrate in the thickness direction of the long side side side wall portion 6 and the short side side side wall portion 7. However, a handle portion 27 is provided so that the operator can handle it. Further, corresponding to each handle portion 27, each long side side wall portion 6 and each short side side wall portion with respect to the inner surface side of each long side side side wall portion 6 and each short side side side wall portion 7. A handle cover 28 is provided so as not to protrude inward from the inner surface of the portion 7 and close the handle portion 27. The handle cover 28 is elastically deformable, deforms inward when the operator inserts the fingertip into the handle portion 27, and holds by its own elastic force when the fingertip is removed from the handle portion 27. It is designed to return to the posture of closing the hand portion 27.

The distance between the pair of short side base portions 5 is longer than twice the height (vertical width) of the short side side wall portions 7. For this reason, the heights of the pair of short side side wall portions 7 that are laid down are aligned. On the other hand, the distance between the pair of long-side base portions 4 is shorter than twice the height (vertical width) of the long-side side wall portions 6. Therefore, when the folding container 1 is folded, one of the pair of long-side side wall portions 6 is displaced to the laying position, and then the other long-side side side wall portion 6 is moved. , It is displaced to the laying position so as to be overlapped above the one long side side wall portion 6 which has already been set to the laying position. That is, the pair of long side side wall portions 6 are folded so as to overlap each other. Further, the long side bearing portion 11 is configured to allow displacement of the long side side wall portion 6 of the long side side wall portion 6 in the laying position in the vertical direction, and is a pair of lengths in the laying position. Both of the side side wall portions 6 extend in the substantially horizontal direction.

By the way, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and the like, each long side side wall portion 6 projects upward from the inner portion of the long side side wall portion 6 of the upper side portion of the long side side side wall portion 6, and has the length. A long side wall side locking portion 31 as a first side wall side locking portion extending along the lateral width direction of the side side wall portion 6 is provided. The long side wall side locking portion 31 of the present embodiment is provided over the entire width direction of the long side side wall portion 6.

Further, each short side side wall portion 7 projects upward from the inner portion of the short side side wall portion 7 of the upper side portion of the short side side side wall portion 7, and is along the lateral width direction of the short side side side wall portion 7. A short side wall side locking portion 32 is provided as an extending second side wall side locking portion. The short side wall side locking portion 32 of the present embodiment is provided only in a range including the center portion in the lateral width direction of the short side side wall portion 7. In addition, in the present embodiment, among the upper side portions of the short side wall portion 7, the general portion including the portions adjacent to both sides of the short side wall side locking portion 32 is the upper surface of the short side wall side locking portion 32. It is the same height as. Further, the upper surface of the long side wall side locking portion 31 has the same height as the upper side portion of the short side side wall portion 7 (the upper surface of the general portion and the upper surface of the short side locking portion 32).

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4, 5 and 6, the bottom wall portion 3 is formed by stacking a substantially rectangular plate-shaped bottom plate portion 33 and a folding container 1 in an assembled state among the bottom plate portions 33 (stages). When (stacked), the outer peripheral corresponding portion 34 (bottom wall portion 3), which is a portion supported by abutting the upper side portion 6 of the long side side wall portion 6 and the short side side side wall portion 7 of the lower folding container 1. Of these, a support portion 37 that protrudes downward from a portion on the inner peripheral side of the upper surface side (a portion where the long side base portion 4 and the short side base portion 5 are formed) is provided. The support portion 37 is configured such that ribs protruding downward from the bottom plate portion 33 are provided in a grid pattern in a bottom view. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the outer peripheral corresponding portion 34 of the bottom plate portion 33 of the present embodiment is provided so as to be located above the inner peripheral side portion thereof. In FIG. 6 (and FIGS. 7 to 11 described later), the side wall portions 6 and 7 of the upper folding container 1 are omitted for convenience.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5 and the like, the bottom wall component 2 is formed in the long side outer peripheral corresponding portion 35 as the first outer peripheral corresponding portion located below the long side base portion 4 of the outer peripheral corresponding portion 34. The longitudinal bottom wall side locking portion 38 as the first bottom wall side locking portion protruding downward from the long side outer peripheral corresponding portion 35 so as to form a gap with the support portion 37, and the outer peripheral corresponding portion. Of 34, the short side outer circumference corresponding portion 36 as the second outer circumference corresponding portion located below the short side base portion 5 is supported on the short side outer circumference so that a gap is formed between the support portion 37 and the support portion 37. It is provided with a short bottom wall side locking portion 39 as a second bottom wall side locking portion protruding downward from the portion 36. In the present embodiment, the lower surface of the longitudinal bottom wall side locking portion 38 and the lower surface of the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 are at the same height position.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, in the present embodiment, the longitudinal bottom wall side locking portions 38 are provided in the vicinity of both ends of the long side side portions of the bottom wall portion 3, and the bottom wall component portion 2 It is provided along the long side side portion of the bottom wall portion 3 so as to be flush with the outer peripheral surface. Further, the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 is provided in a range including the central portion of the short side side portion of the bottom wall portion 3, and the bottom wall is flush with the outer peripheral surface of the bottom wall constituent portion 2. It is provided along the short side portion of the portion 3.

Then, as shown in FIG. 6, when the folded containers 1 in the assembled state are stacked, the longitudinal bottom wall side locking portion 38 and the support portion 37 of the upper folding container 1 (see FIGS. 5 and 8). ), The long side wall side locking portion 31 of the lower folding container 1 is inserted. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, in the gap between the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 of the upper folding container 1 and the support portion 37, the short side wall side locking portion 32 of the lower folding container 1 Is configured to be inserted.

With this configuration, in the stacked state of the folding container 1 in the assembled state, the long side side wall portion 6 and the short side side wall portion 7 of the lower folding container 1 are tilted and displaced in the inner and outer peripheral directions of the folding container 1. It is suppressed from being deformed or deformed. Further, in the work of stacking the folding containers 1, the horizontal relative position of the folding container 1 placed on the upper side of the folded container 1 in the assembled state is deviated in the lateral width direction of the long side side wall portion 6. Even in this case (in some cases, they may be placed in a staggered manner), as shown in FIG. 8, the lower part is in the gap between the longitudinal bottom wall side locking portion 38 of the upper folding container 1 and the support portion 37. It is assumed that the long side wall side locking portion 31 of the folding container 1 on the side is inserted. As a result, the folding container 1 placed on the upper side can be slid to the upper side portion of the long side side wall portion 6 of the lower folding container 1 and slid (slide stack) until the relative positions match. can.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, the bottom wall component 2 of the present embodiment has a slide auxiliary protrusion 41 protruding downward from the long side outer peripheral corresponding portion 35, and a bottom wall portion with respect to the slide auxiliary protrusion 41. A guide protrusion 42 that protrudes downward from the slide auxiliary protrusion 41 is provided adjacent to the outer peripheral side of the third. The slide auxiliary protrusions 41 are provided in pairs so as to be located closer to the central portion of the long side portion of the bottom wall portion 3 than the respective longitudinal bottom wall side locking portions 38, and are adjacent to each slide auxiliary protrusion 41. A guide protrusion 42 is provided. In the present embodiment, the lower surface of the slide auxiliary protrusion 41 is located slightly below the lower surface of the short bottom wall side locking portion 39. Further, the guide protrusion 42 is provided at the same position as the longitudinal bottom wall side locking portion 38 (equal to the outer surface of the long side base portion 4) in the inner and outer peripheral directions of the bottom wall portion 3, and has a thickness of the longitudinal bottom. It is the same as the wall-side locking portion 38. According to this configuration, when the folding container 1 is slid-stacked, at least the slide auxiliary projection 41 of the upper folding container 1 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the long side wall side locking portion 31 of the lower folding container 1. (The upper surface of the long side wall side locking portion 31 is slidably contacted while being guided by the guide protrusion 42).

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 includes a slide auxiliary inclined surface 43 that inclines upward toward the outside at a portion including the lower end portion of the outer surface. ing. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, when the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 of the upper folding container 1 gets over the short side wall side locking portion 32 of the lower folding container 1 at the end of the slide stack. Even if the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 and the short side wall side locking portion 32 come into contact with each other, the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 is guided upward by the slide auxiliary inclined surface 43. Relatively smoothly, the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 of the upper folding container 1 is located on the outer surface side of the short side wall side locking portion 32 of the lower folding container 1.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1, 8 and the like, when the folded containers 1 in the assembled state are stacked, the slide auxiliary protrusion 41 of the upper folding container 1 is provided on the upper side of the long side side wall portion 6. A storage recess 44 for housing is provided. Therefore, when the stacking of the folded container 1 in the assembled state is completed, as shown in FIG. 6, the slide auxiliary protrusion 41 of the upper folding container 1 and the long side wall side engagement of the lower folding container 1 are completed. The state in which the upper surface of the stop portion 31 is in contact with the upper surface is eliminated, and the upper surface of the long side wall side locking portion 31 of the lower folding container 1 and the upper folding container 1 over the entire width direction of the long side side wall portion 6 The bottom wall portion 3 (long side outer peripheral corresponding portion 35) comes into contact with the bottom wall portion 3. Further, the inner side surfaces of all the longitudinal bottom wall side locking portions 38 of the upper folding container 1 are in contact with or close to the outer surface of the long side wall side locking portions 31 of the lower folding container 1. It has become. Regarding the short side of the folding container 1, the upper surface of the short side wall side locking portion 32 of the lower folding container 1 and the bottom wall portion 3 (short side outer peripheral corresponding portion 36) of the upper folding container 1 Are in contact with each other.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 has a bottom wall side step disassembling auxiliary inclination that inclines upward inward at a portion including the lower end portion of the inner side surface. It has a surface 45. Further, the short side wall side locking portion 32 includes a side wall side step disassembling auxiliary inclined surface 46 that inclines upward inward at a portion including the upper end portion of the outer surface. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, among the stacked folding containers 1, the upper folding container 1 is slid in the lateral width direction of the long side side wall portion 6 with respect to the lower folding container 1 to be stacked. When performing the work of eliminating the state (disassembling the steps), the worker pulls the short side side wall portion 7 on the front side of the upper folding container 1 toward the worker side while slightly pulling it up, and the worker pulls it toward the worker side. It is necessary for the short side wall side locking portion 39 on the short side side wall portion 7 side located on the back side to get over the short side wall side locking portion 32 of the lower folding container 1 inside the folding container 1. At this time, as shown in FIG. 11, even if the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 and the short side wall side locking portion 32 come into contact with each other, the bottom wall side step disassembling auxiliary inclined surface 45 and the side wall side step The side locking portion 39 on the short bottom wall side is guided upward by the disassembling auxiliary inclined surface 46, and the locking portion 39 on the short bottom wall side of the upper folding container 1 is relatively smoothly guided to the lower folding container 1. It is located on the inner surface side of the short side wall side locking portion 32 of the above.

As shown in FIG. 5 and the like, the bottom wall component 2 of the present embodiment is formed between the pair of slide auxiliary protrusions 41, each slide auxiliary protrusion 41, and each slide auxiliary protrusion 41 to the bottom wall portion 3. Auxiliary leg portions 47 projecting downward from the long side outer peripheral corresponding portion 35 are provided between the positions separated from both ends of the long side side portion by a predetermined distance. The auxiliary leg portion 47 is provided along the long side portion of the bottom wall portion 3 like the longitudinal bottom wall side locking portion 38, and has a downward protrusion length and thickness from the long side outer peripheral corresponding portion 35. Is the same as the longitudinal bottom wall side locking portion 38. When the folded containers 1 in the assembled state are stacked, as shown in FIG. 6, the auxiliary leg portion 47 of the upper folding container 1 has the lower folding container 1 as well as the longitudinal bottom wall side locking portion 38. It is configured to be in contact with or close to the outer surface of the long side wall side locking portion 31 of the above.

Further, in the present embodiment, the lid member 51 as shown in FIG. 12 can be attached to the folding container 1. The lid member 51 includes a top wall portion 52 having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, and a substantially square frame-shaped outer peripheral wall portion 53 projecting downward from the outer peripheral edge of the top wall portion 52. Then, when the lid member 51 is put on the folded container 1 in the assembled state, the outer peripheral wall portion 53 of the lid member 51 hits the outer surface of the long side wall side locking portion 31 of the long side side wall portion 6. It is configured to be in contact with or in close proximity. As described above, in the present embodiment, the long side wall side locking portion 31 is provided on the entire long side side wall portion 6 in the lateral width direction, and the outer peripheral wall portion 53 of the lid member 51 is provided on the long side wall side locking portion. It can be located outside the 31 and above the upper side portion of the long side side wall portion 6. In particular, in the present embodiment, the outer surface of the long side side wall portion 6 of the folding container 1 and the outer surface of the outer peripheral wall portion 53 of the lid member 51 are substantially flush with each other. The lid member 51 of this embodiment is made of polypropylene.

As described in detail above, according to the present embodiment, when the folding containers 1 are stacked, the relative position of the folding container 1 placed above the folding container 1 in the assembled state in the horizontal direction is determined. Even if the side wall portion 6 on the long side is displaced in the horizontal width direction, the lower folding container 1 is in the gap between the longitudinal bottom wall side locking portion 38 of the upper folding container 1 and the support portion 37. It is assumed that the long side wall side locking portion 31 of the above is inserted. As a result, the folding container 1 placed on the upper side is slid on the upper side portion of the long side side wall portion 6 of the lower folding container 1 so as to slide relatively smoothly and surely until the relative positions match. Can be stacked.

Further, when the folded containers 1 in the assembled state are stacked, the lower folding container 1 is placed in the gap between the longitudinal bottom wall side locking portion 38 of the upper folding container 1 and the support portion 37. The long side wall side locking portion 31 is inserted, and the short side wall side of the lower folding container 1 is inserted into the gap between the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 of the upper folding container 1 and the support portion 37. The locking portion 32 is inserted. Therefore, when the folded containers 1 in the assembled state are stacked, the long side side wall portion 6 and the short side side wall portion 7 of the lower folding container 1 are tilted and displaced in the inner and outer peripheral directions of the folding container 1. It is possible to prevent a situation in which the folding container 1 is deformed or deformed, and as a result, it is possible to stabilize the stacked state of the folding container 1.

Further, according to the present embodiment, when the slide auxiliary protrusion 41 projecting downward is provided in the long side outer peripheral corresponding portion 35, and the folding container 1 is slid-stacked along the lateral width direction of the long side side wall portion 6. The slide auxiliary protrusion 41 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the long side wall side locking portion 31. That is, when the folding container 1 is slid-stacked along the lateral width direction of the long side side wall portion 6, the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 finally gets over the short side wall side locking portion 32. It needs to be located on the outer surface side of the short side wall side locking portion 32. At this time, the slide auxiliary protrusion 41 of the upper folding container 1 slides on the upper surface of the long side wall side locking portion 31 of the lower folding container 1, so that, for example, the slide auxiliary protrusion 41 is omitted and the upper side is omitted. Compared to the configuration in which the long side outer peripheral corresponding portion 35 (lower surface of the bottom plate portion 33) of the folding container 1 slides on the upper surface of the long side wall side locking portion 31 of the lower folding container 1, the upper folding container 1 is shorter. The bottom wall side locking portion 39 can be easily positioned relatively upward with respect to the short side wall side locking portion 32 of the lower folding container 1. Therefore, it is possible to relatively easily lock the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 of the upper folding container 1 and the short side wall side locking portion 32 of the lower folding container 1 during the slide stack. As a result, the stacking workability can be improved.

Further, when the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 of the upper folding container 1 and the short side wall side locking portion 32 of the lower folding container 1 are locked via the slide stack, The slide auxiliary projection 41 is accommodated in the accommodating recess 44. As a result, in the stacked state of the folding container 1, the longitudinal bottom wall of the upper folding container 1 is avoided while avoiding the situation where the load of the upper folding container 1 is basically supported only by the slide auxiliary protrusion 41. The long side wall side locking portion 31 of the lower folding container 1 is inserted into the gap between the side locking portion 38 and the support portion 37, and the short bottom of the upper folding container 1 is inserted. The state in which the short side wall side locking portion 32 of the lower folding container 1 is inserted into the gap between the wall side locking portion 39 and the support portion 37 is made more reliable (longitudinal bottom wall side engagement). It is possible to sufficiently secure a hooking allowance between the stop portion 38, the short side wall side locking portion 39, the long side wall side locking portion 31, and the short side wall side locking portion 32).

Further, the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 includes a slide auxiliary inclined surface 43 that inclines upward toward the outside at a portion including the lower end portion of the outer surface. Therefore, in the slide stack, the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 of the upper folding container 1 can be made easier to get over the short side wall side locking portion 32 of the lower folding container 1, and the steps can be made. It is possible to further improve the stacking workability.

Further, the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 includes a bottom wall side step disassembling auxiliary inclined surface 45 that inclines upward inward at a portion including the lower end portion of the inner side surface, and the short side wall side locking portion 39. Reference numeral 32 denotes a side wall side step disassembling auxiliary inclined surface 46 that inclines upward inward at a portion including the upper end portion of the outer surface. For this reason, among the stacked folding containers 1, when the upper folding container 1 is slid in the lateral width direction of the long side side wall portion 6 with respect to the lower folding container 1 to perform the step disassembling. When the worker pulls the side wall 7 on the short side on the front side of the upper folding container 1 slightly while pulling it toward the worker, the bottom on the side wall 7 on the short side located on the back side for the worker. The wall-side locking portion 39 can easily get over the short side wall-side locking portion 32 of the lower folding container 1. Therefore, it is possible to improve the workability of step disassembly.

In addition, the bottom wall component 2 is provided with a guide protrusion 42 that protrudes downward from the slide auxiliary protrusion 41 adjacent to the outer peripheral side of the bottom wall portion 3 with respect to each slide auxiliary protrusion 41. Therefore, when the slide stack (or the step disassembling work by sliding the upper folding container 1 in the left-right direction as described above), the slide auxiliary protrusion 41 of the upper folding container 1 is the length of the lower folding container 1. It is possible to more reliably prevent a situation in which the locking portion 31 on the side wall side falls off.

The content is not limited to the description of the above embodiment, and may be implemented as follows, for example. Of course, other application examples and modification examples not illustrated below are also possible.

(A) In the above embodiment, the short side wall side locking portion 32 is provided with the slide auxiliary inclined surface 43 and the bottom wall side step disassembling auxiliary inclined surface 45, and the short side wall side locking portion 32 is provided with the side wall side step disassembling assistance. Although the inclined surface 46 is provided, these can be omitted as appropriate. Further, in the above embodiment, the guide protrusion 42 is provided adjacent to each slide auxiliary protrusion 41, but the guide protrusion 42 can be omitted.

(B) In the above embodiment, the lower surface of the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 is located slightly above the lower surface of the slide auxiliary protrusion 41, but the lower surface of the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 is. , It may be located below the lower surface of the slide auxiliary protrusion 41, or may be located at the same height. That is, when the slide auxiliary protrusion 41 is provided, the height position of the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 of the upper folding container 1 is set in the slide stack as compared with the case where the slide auxiliary protrusion 41 is not provided. The lower folding container 1 can be easily positioned relatively upward with respect to the short side wall side locking portion 32. Therefore, at the time of slide stacking, the effect is that the short bottom wall side locking portion 39 of the upper folding container 1 can easily get over the short side wall side locking portion 32 of the lower folding container 1. Of course, when the lower surface of the auxiliary leg portion 47 is located below the lower surface of the short bottom wall side locking portion 39, such an action effect is more prominently exhibited.

(C) In the above embodiment, when the folding container 1 is covered with the lid member 51, the outer peripheral wall portion 53 of the lid member 51 is prevented from protruding outward from the outer surface of the long side side wall portion 6. In addition, although the long side wall side locking portion 31 is provided over the entire width direction of the long side side wall portion 6, the slide stack is restricted in the middle before the stacking of the folding container 1 is completed. It suffices if it is configured to be avoidable. For example, the long side wall side locking portion 31 is close to both side portions of the long side side wall portion 6 of the longitudinal bottom wall side locking portion 38 of the upper folding container 1 when the folding containers 1 are stacked. The pair of longitudinal bottom wall side locking portions 38 may be continuously provided in the range between the portions where they are arranged.

(D) In the above embodiment, the pair of short side side wall portions 7 are placed in the laying position first, and then the pair of long side side wall portions 6 are placed in the laying position. The side side wall portion 6 may be placed in the laying position first, and then the pair of short side side wall portions 7 may be placed in the laying position. Further, in the above embodiment, the height positions of the pair of short side side wall portions 7 set as the laying positions are aligned, while the pair of long side side wall portions 6 set as the laying positions overlap each other vertically. However, for example, the short side side wall portions 7 which are laid down may be configured to overlap each other vertically, or the height position of the long side side wall 6 which is laid down may be. It may be configured to be aligned.
